Ordered flowers for a 30th birthday in the USA and they never arrived! iFlorist did not even tell me about this! Money was taken out instantly and customer service have not answered my questions. terrible service, DO NOT ORDER!! A girl in customer service if you can call it that thought giving me a refund was good customer service!!!! They are cowboys and I will be reporting this to Trading Standards as by the looks online they do this to most customers. I have never written a review online so you can see how much I am annoyed by this 'customer service'! They do not have email address's either so expect customers to write a formal letter to their operations manager. I have learnt my lesson and guess that I will probably never see my refund giving the fact the advisor didn't even apologise. This is an every day occurrence for this company so take my advice - DO NOT ORDER!
