[french branch] Not a same date service, but good customer service
So I placed an order on saturday with the intention on getting it delivered on sunday. On suday I was contacted by the staff with the question whether or not it could be delivered on monday.. Which kinda ruined the moment so I had to use the other service to get the flowers on sunday (that service was good enough to have flowers delivered same sunda -- same day the order was placed. Under two hours, to be precise) On monday I had to contact the support in order to get the flowers actually delivered on monday evening. Not sure if contacting support helped but the delivery guys called minutes after I left the report online.
The flowers's quality was good.
