Having just read some reviews it appears I am not alone in my experience with iflorist. I ordered Christmas kisses which was supposed to contain Red roses and orchids but what I received was a cheap and nasty bunch of chrysanthemums and pine cones that looked like they cost £5 from a petrol station. I am extremely angry about this, I felt so embarrassed having to apologize to my sister in law (the recipient) about the state of them, being Christmas eve and due to work commitments I didn't have time to go out and replace them. I tried ringing the company but just got an automated reply telling me to email, needless to say I have had no response from them. I imagine that the positive feedback they have received comes from buyers who never actually get to see the flowers because lets face it most customers buy them for relatives/friends who live some distance away and the recipients are not likely to say they are rubbish especially as they are unaware of what was ordered. I shall be contacting trading standards about this company.
