I ordered two medium size Christmas bunches for my wife on our first Christmas as husband and wife, and my Nan. The delivery did not arrive on the Monday as promised/arranged, and there was no call, email or explanation. Yodel said to ring florist, which I did, but spent 47 minutes on hold, only to get an answer machine. I raised an online complaint, but no response to that either. The flowers arrived four days later, but I was not aware of this until they were blown around the garden, as the driver had decided to climb my fence to leave them in the rear, but no card left. The flowers were of poor quality, broken, wilted and far smaller than expected for the money. I have constantly tried to contact iflorist, but no one will answer, even for sales. Must be on it's way out of business, and I suspect they will be no more very soon, so please think carefully before you use them.
