I ordered flowers for my auntie who had just returned home after a long stay in hospital on the 20/12 and I paid extra for a quick delivery. On the 21/12 at 1:46pm I received an email asking for my aunties phone number and at 3:36pm I responded with the phone number.
On the 24/12 I sent 2 emails, the first asking when the flowers would be delivered and if I would receive a refund for the quick delivery costs. Later on that evening I sent another email saying that I would actually prefer to cancel the order because the moment had gone, I wanted the flowers to be sent pre Christmas and therefore would rather have a refund.
On the 31/12 I sent a complaint email to say that I had yet to receive a response and that I am still waiting for a refund. It is now the 7/1/2014 and I still haven't heard anything from the company. I am really disappointed.
