Incredible quality and fantastic reliability!

I have used Iflorist twice before and both times I have been totally satisfied with their quality of flower arrangements and reliable delivery. My mum and my daughter have been utterly pleased and surprised with their bouquets recently.

Unacceptable flowers, no customer service

I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day which arrived on time but unfortunately were already dying. I took some pics and sent them to iFlorist, no response. After more than a week I sent a follow up email and still have had no response. Very disappointing lack of customer service. Mum was not at all impressed with the flowers and there were very few in the box for £30. I understand mistakes happen but to ignore two emails is unacceptable

Not on time but they made up for it!

The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the specified day which was a real disappointment as they were for a sick friend just out of hospital. However the problem was rectified as soon a I phoned to complained the next day - and within the next hour not one but two bouquets were delivered to her door - along with a £5 voucher for her and a £5 voucher for me!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of choice and the range of prices on the website. The flowers were delivered on the day specified and the recipient was delighted with them. I shall not hesitate to use this site again. Many thanks.

Absolutely Awful!!!

I ordered some Mother's Day flowers, 3 days before Mother's Day this year. Those flowers never arrived.
I phoned 'customer service' the day after to find that the flowers had 'never left the warehouse', with no explanation as to why! So, when I did eventually get through to someone after a day of trying (and I do mean a whole day), they offered me a large bouquet. I declined and simply asked for my money back as Mothers Day had been and gone. So the wait for the money continued.
I write this review some 2 weeks after Mother's Day and only today ( after my FIFTH) phone call to an 0844 number have I got an e-mail from the company saying my money will be credited back to my account, but this could take up to 5 days! All in all, no flowers for Mother's Day, several phone calls to I-florist at MY expense and it will be 3 weeks of waiting for my £20 back! Totally, totally awful experience and NEVER will I ever look to another on-line florist (apart from the better know ones) for ordering flowers...I-florist seriously need to review how they do business and I cannot believe a company such as this can survive with such appalling customer service. Truly awful. I beg anyone out there NOT to be tempted by the cheaper prices of this company; you WILL be left feeling like I have.

Brilliant

It was brilliant to be able to get a beautiful large, flower basket delivered...they are so hard to come by and the ones I could find elsewhere seemed small and uninspiring. I also thought this was great value. I haven't seen the basket, but my friend said it was beautiful, and the flowers were in lovely Spring colours and made her cry happy tears. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Order not delivered

We ordered a lovely large bouquet on 10 March 2014 to be delivered on 11 April 2014 but sadly the flowers were never delivered. My mother and the family were sending flowers to celebrate the Golden Wedding of her sister. We live in Scotland UK and my aunt in Oregon USA. The non-delivery was so disappointing. We are now trying to get the matter resolved and find out what has happened.

Can't believe the ineptitude

SUMMARY: Not only do they fail to deliver on their promises but they make it extremely difficult to contact them to seek redress for their incompetence.

I have ordered from iFlorist before and didn't remember anything remarkably bad going on so when I got their email advertising Mother's Day bouquets I decided to place an order. I was flying home to Northern Ireland to visit my mum for Mother's Day and thought I was being sensible planning in advance rather than rushing around last minute.

One week before Mother's Day I ordered one of their bouquets. I was disappointed they could only offer a single delivery option that covered the Saturday and Sunday of the following week, but reluctantly accepted that the flowers might be a day early. No problem.

I then got an email on the Tuesday advising me that my order had been "allocated" and was "ready for shipping". The email confirmed the delivery would take place on 29th March, one day before Mother's day. Fair enough, as long as they were there on time.

Unfortunately the 29th came and went. I therefore had to race around last minute on the Sunday to pick of a bunch of flowers and a card, probably paying over the odds and certainly limiting my choice - not to mention the fact I'd now had to pay twice! What's the use in delivering Mother's Day flowers the day after Mother's Day?!

The flowers finally arrived at approximately 2pm on Monday 31st March, the day after Mother's Day. I called iFlorist to complain almost immediately and was directed by their call advisor to email my complaint from the website. I did this, asking whether they this was standard practice or an irregular slip in quality that merited some redress. Within a couple of hours they replied. This time they told me I had to put my request 'in writing' (i.e. via post) 'as per company policy'.

I find this to be an absolute disgrace in this day and age; to be redirected from one channel to another not once but twice. iFlorist clearly don't value their customers in any way, shape or form. They don't want to hear from you, they just want you to pay your money and take your chances.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this and won't be ordering from iFlorist again.

Reliable everytime i have use them with lovely flowers and easy to order.

I have used the service of iflorist on quite a few occasions and they have never failed to deliver. There range of chose of flowers is brilliant, the ease of ordering on the internet is stress free. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS COMPANY 1 STAR, AS I THINK IT’S THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.

I PURCHASED A DEAL FROM KBG DEALS WHICH GAVE ME A £49 GIFT VOUCHER FOR IFLORIST FOR £25 TO WHICH I THEN USED ON A BUNCH OF FLOWERS TO GIVE MY MUM ON MOTHERS DAY. I PAID AN EXTRA £16 ON TOP OF THE KBG DEAL IN ORDER TO GET AN EVEN BIGGER BUNCH AND A BALLOON, AFTER ALL MY MUM IS GREAT SO SHES DESERVES IT.

THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON TIME THE DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY, ALL WAS GOOD.......WELL UNTIL MY MUM OPENED THE BOX. INSIDE WERE THE SMALLEST BUNCH OF FLOWERS IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE AND TO MAKE THINGS EVEN WORSE THEY WERE THE WRONG BUNCH AND ALREADY HALF DEAD. MY MUMS FAVORITE COLOUR IS PURPLE WHICH IS WHY I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED A BUNCH OF FLOWERS WITH LILAC ROSES IN IT.....BUT NO THESE WERE NOT WHAT ARRIVED...INSTEAD I GOT DEAD CREAM (WELL BROWN) ROSES.....RIDICULOUS!!! AND HOW EMBARRASSING FOR ME TO LET MY MUM THINK ID ORDERED HER THIS APPALLING BUNCH OF FLOWERS. DEFIANTLY NOT THE £66 POUND BUNCH OF FLOWERS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. SO I DECIDED TO GIVE IFLORIST A RING......SURPRISE SURPRISE...NO ANSWER!!! SO I LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING THEM TO GET BACK TO ME, AND ALSO SENT THEM AN EMAIL.

I HEARD NOTHING FOR A WHOLE WEEK WHICH I THINK IS DISGUSTING IN ITSELF AND WHEN I DID FINALLY HEAR SOMETHING IT WAS SIMPLY A TEMPLATE EMAIL STATING THAT I SHOULD SEND PHOTOS THROUGH AND THAT THEY WOULD RESOLVE AND CONTACT ME WITHIN 24HOURS. SO OBVIOUSLY I SENT THE PICTURES RIGHT AWAY.....AND WAITED....AND WAITED ....AND WAITED......4 DAYS LATER ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A RING....AFTER A 25MIN WAIT SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERED TO WHICH THERE RESPONSE WAS SIMPLY..."WE'RE BUSY AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU WHEN WE CAN" I WAS FUMING.....THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

AFTER ANOTHER WEEK OF WAITING I FINALLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT ANOTHER BUNCH OF FLOWERS WHERE ON THEY'RE WAY AND BEING DELIVERED ON THE FRIDAY, AND A £5 GIFT CARD FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I WASN’T PERTICUALLY HAPPY WITH THIS, BUT AT LEAST MY MUM WAS GETTING THE FLOWERS SHE DESERVED.

SO FRIDAY CAME, MY MUM WAITED IN ALL DAY……NO FLOWERS!!
SATURDAY….NO FLOWERS
SUNDAY…..NO FLOWERS!!

ENOGUH WAS ENOUGH!!! I GAVE THEM A RING THIS MORNING! AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER TO WHICH IWAS TOLD “YOU CAN, MANGERS ONLY CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL” AND THEYRE IN A MEETING!! SO SHE AGREED TO LOOK AT MY CASE INSTEAD. “OHH THE FOWERS APPEAR TO HAVE GOTTEN LOST” I WAS TOLD!!! HOW RDICCUOUS!!!! I INSTESTED ON SPEAKING TO A MANGER AND WAS AGAIN TOLD NO!!! SO I SIMPLY ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT HAVE A REFUND BECAUSE I WOULD NEED TO SPEAK TO KBG DEALS….EVEN THOUGH IT IS IFLORISTS MISTAKE!!!

I AM NOW WAITING ON A MANGERS CALL….GOD KNOWS WHEN THIS WILL BE!!!!

I LEAVE THIS AS A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BUY FLOWERS FROM IFLORIST!!! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THIS COMPANY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DECENT FLOWERS OR CUSTOMERS CARE OR SATIFACTION!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hassle Free Flowers.

A good collection of Beautiful flowers to choose from, with the option of same day deliver, which was just what i was looking for, although other companies offer this the flowers I had chosen weren't then available for the same day delivery to the address i required.
Great simple checout system, no hassles. would definitley use Iflorist again.
