I thought this would be a good site as it was based in UK and seemed easy to use, My flowers were to be sent to California,
The flowers I ordered looked scruffy and thrown together. I complained to the company who looked into the matter and promised to send a replacement. They are currently waiting for International link and then they will contact me to set a delivery date.
I am confident they will deal with this effectively but I am sad that they did not get it right first time.
I ordered flowers for my mothers 85th birthday in Australia. The picture looked lovely and I scaled up an extra £10 for extra flowers rounding up to an arrangement for £54.80 which included £4.90 delivery in Australia. The flowers my mother received were definitely not worth the money I paid so I complained to iflorist who opened a ticket and advised they would check with the Australian end for an explanation. A couple of weeks went by with no word back from iflorist so having got the phone number of the Australian florist, I called them directly to find out their side of the story. They advised me they had not heard a word from iflorist and that the order they received was for $50 AUD which at the time and exchange rate would have been £30...meaning iflorist kept £25 for themselves...YES..AS GOOD AS HALF the amount I paid. I think this is disgusting and DISHONEST!! The Australian florist advised out of the $50 they received, they had to take out $10 delivery, $5 for packaging, paper, ribbon etc and the 3 roses in the arrangement were $6 each plus a few carnations, 2 gerbras and a bit of greenery. The Australian end are not at fault. It is GREEDY iflorist. They need to be exposed so that other consumers do not fall victim. I have sent iflorist a further 3 emails and tried phoning but have had NO response on any front. I am totally disappointed and will also report them to trading standards as I feel its highway robbery!! BUYERS BEWARE!!
Having ordered flowers for my elderly mother's birthday on 1st Nov, I was mortified to discover, upon asking her, than none had been received. That was 25 days ago and in the intervening time I have chased iFlorist repeatedly, asking for an explanation of why no flowers were delivered. I have made five phone calls and sent five emails asking for an explanation. My emails went largely unanswered save for an automated ticket number response and every time I called customer service I was fobbed off and promised a response that same day or first thing the next day - responses which never came. Each time I called and went through the whole saga again with a new customer service person that person was apologetic, but unable to help.
I was never called back as promised by iFlorist, was never given an explanation via e-mail.
Finally, when I called yesterday, 25 days after my mother's birthday, they admitted that the delivery hadn't taken place, and that the reason was that the delivery person couldn't find my mother's house. She has lived there for 20 years, the house has been there for 250 years. The postman, gas man, electricity man and everyone else can find it, but apparently iFlorist's delivery person cannot, nor can he or she use a phone to call the supplied contact number to communicate the issue to me
I'm never, ever, ever going to use this company again - they are unreliable, unhelpful and unresponsive. They have now, finally, agreed (gee, thanks!) to a refund for the flowers that never arrived, but I'm not holding my breath based on my experience of their promises!
Ordered "Next Day" Flowers on a Saturday. Website repeatedly assured us of delivery on Monday. Didn't arrive. When I complained, they said their terms and conditions specify 48 hours. I looked, they don't. The terms and conditions suggest allowing 48 hours for POSTAL delivery. But their website actually doesn't offer postal delivery. The website offers "Same Day" or "Next Day" courier delivery.
Their T&C's state under Paragraph 83. "We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied as to... the truth of any information given on our website; the merchantability or fitness of the goods... compliance with any law.... [or] non-infringement of any right.
That pretty much says it all. In other words, they feel free to lie on the website, not deliver when they say they will, to provide unfit goods and to operate outside the law....
My best friend has to lie face down for a week or more following eye surgery so I sent her some flowers. In my mind I had an image of a graceful bouquet full of scented lilies, roses and other gently coloured flowers. I chose to allow the florist to make the selection-there was no room for instruction as to colour but I did request a large bouquet. It arrived on time but I was disappointed by it being screaming yellow with an odd mixture of sunflowers and yellow lilies with one over large lily taking central place in the bouquet. It did not seem large to me-I can't imagine what small might have been like. I was rather disappointed but realise that sending flowers means you are in the hands of the local florist-and of course American autumn flowers may be different from ours. I just thought it was a raucous colour-but in the circumstances certainly eye catching-literally and metaphorically.
Always beautiful flowers and always on time...I have tried other florist and have been so disappointed. Your flowers always illicit lovely compliments and the one time things went wrong due to the weather you made amends with apologies and more beautiful flowers.

The flowers were ordered for friends who had recently lost a loved one. They arrived in very good time, and my friends were very pleased.
They sent me pictures which showed all the different blooms as offered with my selection, however, I was very surprised that, having chosen a premium florist, the arrangement was particularly untidy and unprofessional in appearance.

Ordered a basket of flowers for my friend in England,as it was her 78th birthday,she text me yesterday to say they were delivered, and was so pleased to receive this nice suprise.The selection of the arrangement was perfect and no roses[as she has a garden full of them].Many thanks for your good ,prompt service.
I had flowers sent to St John's church in Rowland's Castle (Hampshire) (for the funeral service of my friend Mr Alfred Beer for 11.30 on 20 November. I myself was at this service and never saw the flowers, nor do I know or have I heard whether and where they were delivered. They must have gone somwhere but they were not at the funeral service! Can you please find out and confirm to me what happened to them?
I have used iFlorist on several occasions when ordering flowers for birthdays, weddings and funerals. The product is always of the highest quality and I have also found iFlorist support to be exceptionally prompt and efficient should I have any concerns about my order. As I live in North America this is a excellent and convenient way for me to get flowers to friends and relatives for important occasions.
I am thoroughly disappointed. I chose a winter design, all in dark colours and the most expensive on your international shipping choices. Whilst I read and understood the disclaimer about the availability of exact design, the lack of any foliage and random yellow and white flowers which did not match have left me completely disappointed. What a shame when it was to congratulate my daughter and her husband on the birth of their son. I would welcome your comments and am worried others would be equally disgusted.

I went for the middle of the road flowers. Next time i will certainly go for the top end. I got a photo of what showed up and it was about 6 blooms. I would have been embarrassed had i sent the standard. I would prefer their website be a little more clearer as to how many blooms are in each level.
Forgot daughters birthday, and wanted to continue in good health, so at the last moment went on line and booked a next day delivery.
Pleased to say still in good health, flowers delivered without any problem.
This was only the second (and last) time that I have used iFlorist, the first experience was very negative but I decided to give them another go.
Needing same day delivery I was lured by their promise of same day delivery by a local Florist, when delivery was not made and I contacted them, it was pointed out to me that as I had chosen "free" delivery this could take place any time within 48 hours as set out in the terms and conditions. As it turned out delivery was made to a shop next door to the recipient.
Very misleading I think, on the order page of their website there is nothing to suggest anything other than free next day delivery.
When the Bouquet (upgraded for an extra £10) arrived, it was difficult to judge whether it had actually been upgraded at all, the quantity of the blooms were certainly no different than the standard Bouquet so I imagine it was simply bulked up with greenery.
Despite meticulous care the blooms did start to wilt after just two days and at the time of writing, just three days later the Bouquet is ready for the compost heap.
Vastly overpriced for what I received and given my last experience with IFlorist Customer services It really is not worth my time and effort to take up my issues with them, much easier to write it off as a poor experience not to be repeated.
I ordered a bouquet together with a balloon and a box of chocolates for my partner's birthday.
The order was dealt with and delivered promptly early Saturday morning by Linda at Lu Lu's flowers of Erdington, Birmingham.
The bouquet was perfectly arranged with bright vibrant flowers and plenty of greenery, the huge balloon an instant hit with my partner (she's such a child at heart!) and the ample box of chocolates were a welcome treat.
My sincere thanks to Linda for providing such a wonderful service. I will definitely be using this florist again!
It arrived a day late and missed the birthday the excuse was the delivery van broke down which was a total lie as they told me that the e-mail arrived too late to process.As for your free delivery that's a joke unless you don't care when the flowers arrive.You have to pay for same day delivery or garruanteed delivery free delivery for what then only if you have a 48hour birthday.This is the Ryanair of flower delivery.I will never use it again.
I have been a member of Iflorist for a few years. In that time I have received lots of orders which have been profitable. When offering my customers the relay service I have never had any complaints. I am very happy with the service you offer and would not beloing to another relay service. Only one query. I have not received as many orders from you guys this month?
I ordered the pink gerbera and green pompom crysanths heart for a funeral. I had never ordered flowers from the internet and worried that they might not be as nice as they looked on lineThey arrived prompt and were even more beautiful than they looked in the photo/ infact it was the loviest heart wreath I have ever seen.i have never reviewed a florist before but I cannot praise you enough I would give you ten stars if I could
This is the first time that I used iflorist as I had to get some flowers for my uncle's funeral which is in a different location to where I live. The flowers were beautiful. I will definitely use this company again but hopefully in better circumstances next time.
