I thought my flowers had been picked out of the dustbin. I cant believe I paid £40 for this!!!! Im so furious and they never get back to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE THROWING AWAY MONEY. They have an absolute appauling customer service!!!!!! I dont even know how they cant put customer satisfactory on their website when its all customer disgust.

The ordering experience was very good. I chose a mixed bouquet to send to a friend who had been in hospital. The bouquet she received was red roses. I would not have sent red roses to her.
I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mothers day, choosing iflorist above other services because they did deliver on that particular day. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, they were old and dying (had brown bits on them) and the card was poor quality (the printing was scabby) with another customers message inside; it really does ruin the sentiment when the card signs off from someone else.
The service is awful, I've had to continually repeat the problem, no reply to messages, no follow ups, I sent pictures as soon as they asked for them and now I'm being told the company don't give refunds!! What happened to the 'Satisfaction Guarantee?'. And to quote the company on the issue of the misprinted card '[Name] Message cards got mixed up with some orders due to rush time.' They don't care at all, let alone have any idea about consumer law in Britain.
Don't be fooled by the positive reviews; it's very clear that they have problems when the complaints are of the same nature. I include a link to a website regarding iflorist posting fallacious positive reviews on themselves in the past [Link]
Flowers were ordered for Mothers Day and delivered on the wrong day. The bunch received was much smaller than pictured (Rose & Lilly Bouquet image showed 7 Lillies, received 2 that were both closed). Customer service's department (if there is one) doesn't appear to feel the need to respond to the complaint.
I purchased my flowers, wine and what i assumed would come with it was a box of FREE chocolate! Not only did the wine that i paid for not deliver but the chocolates didn't either! When i phoned up i was assured that i was going to get a refund put through for that day which i understood would take 3 to 4 working days to come through and the girl told me that she would send out the free box of chocolates like it should have been!! After phoning up for the second time last Thursday I am only now getting an email stating i will get my refund that will take up to another 3 to 4 working days and i am yet to see the chocolates! Being a student in liverpool i tried to surprise my mum back home and thanks to iflorist ruined my surprise! May i add the first time I had rang iflorist querying about my purchase the girl on the phone was rude, cheeky and not very helpful at all! I do not recommend to shop here at ALL! Even the flowers that were sent out did not look like much and looked dead! Absolute disgrace!

The basket of flowers were wonderful and much appreciated by everyone, they were then passed on to the nursing home that looked after June in her last days. They were very thankful and were going to use the basket for future garden displays

Was getting fed up of paying a premium price at Inter Flora for wilted flowers that were seldom delivered on time..chanced upon Iflorist on Google and figured they couldn't be any worse, in fact they turned out to be far better.
Pricing is probably similar however the flowers look fresh, the delivery and communications are far better, will be using them again.

I ordered the large bouquet of lilies, together with a vase and delivery, at a total cost of just over £60. Delivery came as expected and the vase and presentation of the flowers that arrived was excellent. My only criticism is that I was expecting more actual flowers for this amount of money. We only received 4 lily stems and some greens!
I order flowers every year for Mothers's day in the UK, as I live in USA and it is different.
Other than the photo you see online you never really know how good the flowers are that you are sending. When your Mum tells you they are beautifula and still lovely after a week, it makes me happy that i made the right decision in choosing IFlorist.

My bf paid 50 pounds for the flowers and paid extra on top on that to get the flowers delivered on valentine's day. It didn't get delivered until the day after, and the flowers were SO small and half dead. never been so disappointed!!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THERE!!!!!
It was really easy to order and they sent emails confirming each step. It was great that I already knew the flowers had been delivered when mum rang. I don't know what the flowers looked like in reality, I'm guessing they looked the same as the ones I'd chosen online, only that mum said they were lovely. I guess I can get her to take a photo.

They sent a half dead bouquet of a mixture of cheap flowers that I DID NOT order!!
I have contacted them many times asking for a refund and that they sent the wrong flowers but I have not had one reply from them!
Very disappointing and I will NEVER EVER order through iflorist again and I will make sure that no one that I know will either!
I initially went to one of your competitors , but they required a phone number and they would not accept an order without. I googled yourselves and you were happy to take my order without a phone number. The recipient of the flowers were very happy with them and sent a picture to show me how nice they were. You ended up with one happy Yank and one happy Brit.
I was really satisfied with the service, the flowers were delivered on time, they looked beautiful and my girlfriend couldn't have been more pleased, which of course really pleased myself. I will definately be using the same service again.
Flowers were delivered on time to the correct address. My sister was delighted with them and I received notification from Iflorist that they had arrived

I went to there website but its very complicated to leave feed back .
So I rang and made my complaint, I have been offered no solution other than to now write a letter as there is no one other than a girl who answers the phone to speak to .I can't spend anymore time on what has been a very bad experience.

Not having used Iflorist before, and reading mixed reviews on international florist servicesin general, I was doubtful about the wisdom of sending flowers from the UK to Texas,USA.
I need not have worried, the flowers ordered were delivered on time and date and were described by the recipient as beautiful.

I was a bit worried sending flowers to USA as I didn't know if the recipients would be out at work and have no phone number for either of them.
However both bouquets arrived safely and my cousins each sent me a photo. They are lovely and apparently are beautifully scented too.
So well done Iflorist, I will use you again.
I-Florist have a good selection of hand tieds, baskets and funeral arrangements, athough it would be nice to have a cheaper funeral item, or maybe a florist choice, my customers and I dont always want to spend a fortune on funeral arrangements, it would be nice to have a choice of some single or double ended ones for under £35.00.

Absolutely pathetic, STAY AWAY. The Mothers Day flowers which I ordered were delivered a day late (Monday 8pm instead of Sunday) despite requesting Mothers Day delivery. Customer Service have been appauling and have still not contacted me several days later, despite my complaint being escalated. This company has treated me appallingly and I recommend that if you would like your flowers to be delivered on time, then you do NOT order from them from iFlorist.
I can understand that for mothers day free delivery you can deliver on the fri, sat or the day booked the Sunday, they arrived on the Saturday which was great for the flowers, so at least they appeared alive for 1 day, had they arrived on the booked day they would already be dead, roses should last about a week, these didn't
Beautiful flowers delivered for Mother's Day. They were beautifully presented and very colourful and my 94 year old mother was delighted with them. In fact my sister had paid more for her flowers and admitted that they were inferior to mine.
I shall certainly order again for other special occasions.
After reading all the online reviews I was extremely worried about the flowers I had ordered for my mum for Mother's Day - so much so I ordered another bunch from another well know florist. I live abroad and couldn't be with my mother so it was important a good service was delivered.
All though iFlorist did not respond to my mails and it was impossible to get any info about the status of the delivery, the flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. They made my mum's day.
Everything this company does is substandard: wrong delivery day, flowers damaged, vase broken, bouquet not as described. They agreed to re deliver on the right day, couldn't get that right, flowers even worse and again damaged, looked like £2.99 for the local garage.
Raised a complaint in their customer service "ticket" center - no response, three tries later, I used the chat line - no use what so ever, she emailed me confirming the delivery date! No attempt to address any of the issues raised, but marked the ticket "pending closed".
Stay away - rubbish at flower arranging, delivery and customer support.
Giving others flowers is something I like to as I enjoy making people smile and know they appreciate how special they must be. Sometimes I will buy flowers in a shop and drop them off, but on those special occasions I like to order them and have them delivered. I have had some good experiences and feed back in the past, but Iflorist made my Mum's Mother's Day extra special for her. The flower basket was beautiful and Mum couldn't stop looking at it, with a warm glow. She was so impressed she actually called the local florist who had put the arrangement together and thanked them. Iflorist has my vote and is definitely the only way to order flowers on-line - 2 thumbs up !!! Thank you.
iFLORIST Dont wast your money this company is the worst i have ever used. I ordered a lovely basket of yellow and cream mixture of flowers for mothers day, as my mother was spending the weekend at my brothers house i got them delivered there. they never arrived until the Monday which by this time she was back home. There was no way in getting them to her as she lives miles away so i contacted them yesterday 14th and they agreed ed to resend them to my mothers address today 15th, The first lot were not the basket i ordered the were pink roses no basket. I have just found out that the second lot of flowers were delivered today as promised but they were also pink flowers not the basket of yellow ones. They looked like a £20 pound's bunch of flowers from TESCO and as if that wasn't bad enough they resent them to my brothers again instead of my mothers. VERY DISAPPOINTING WILL NEVER USE AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO GET THEM RESENT FREE OF CHARGE. WHAT A WAST AF £40
