Easy and reliable service

This is the second time I've used iFlorist to send flowers to my friend in the US. I know that the flowers will be of great quality and arrive on the right day. My friend loved them last year and I'm sure she'll love them this year!

The flowers I sent to my daughter, after she gave birth to my dear grandson, were of the highest quality. They outshone flowers that had been sent from Harrods. She was very pleased to received them, and I was really pleased that they were of such an excellent standard.

Terrible customer services, 3 emails and 2 phone calls no reply back....

I would never use this Company again, they just sent me a £5 voucher towards another order, I would have preferred the query sorted out, why would I want to buy more flowers, this is NOT the complaint, please see email below.
I will never use them again ans will now stick to the florist I can trust

I ordered Mothers' Day flowers and chocolates re order above to find when my Mum opened the chocolates how disappointed and shocked I was when see opened them to find a chocolate missing from the box....I was so embarrassed (from the box Best of British, Sloane Square Chocolates, Luxury collection, London) are these boxes not checked before they are sent out ??

A easy way to say sorry!!

I'm away overseas with work; she was stuck at home with the children and because of an idiot parking his car in a no parking zone, she reverses into another car. I moaned, she got upset and I feel guilty as I know she is trying her best. Thank goodness iflorist makes it easy and more importantly cheap (especially because we now have to pay for car repairs).

Great flowers, great prices

I was recommended iFlorist from a friend. Flowers are posted in a nice box, which is perfect to transport flowers and keeping them from getting damaged. The range of flowers are great, nice arrangements and prices are better than most competitors. Lots of great deals too. Mine came with a free personalised card, which is perfect.

An excellent service in all respects.

This was so simple to do. The ordering was easy to follow and the job was delivered on time much to the delight of the recipient.
I have used this service for international deliveries before, and the recipient has always been full of praise for the quality of the goods.
In fact they returned pictures this time of what they had received, and it looked even better than the pictures we ordered from.
Very well done.

Easy to use site with affordable bouquets

Don't say it with iflorist!

Firstly what an appaling service. Ordered flowers for mothers day only to be dissapointed. Emailed me on the day wanting a contact number for the recipitant, a bit late. I had left my number as the flowers were meant to be a suprise! I replied immediately and got no response, I then emailed back pointing out my dissatisfaction. Still no response. Luckilly I had paid through paypal, so was able to raise a claim and get money back. Had I paid by any other means this would not be the case. What this company have done to me and many others is fraud, they take your hard earned money and do not deliver the promised service. And have yet to respond in any way.
I still wanted my mother to receive flowers so I went to interflora, what a difference! This is a company that do it right. DO NOT USE IFLORIST, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Excellent service

I ordered flowers for a friend's special day, and when they arrived she rang to say how really gorgeous they were. I had never used Iflorist before, but would recommend the service. I received an email to say they had been delivered.

Failure To Deliver&Failure To Respond:

Ordered a Mother's Day Bouquet which has never arrived,and all follow-up querying
emails to "customer-care" (a complete misnomer as it seems to be non-existant)have
not been responded to.A total failure in all respects,and I think you can draw your own
conclusions ,not just from my experience,but previous reviewers who have suffered
the same shocking "service" from this company.
It appears all the TLC was poured into a very attractive enticing website-luring in customers to part with their money--and then failing to deliver their end of the bargain.
Isn't there a word for this......?
I'll be pursuing this further,and expect a full refund.Too too late for apologies now.

Awful Service

Ordered a bouquet... for delivery the following day.... Five days later the flowers still hadn't arrived.. And the support service also hasn't responded.

-- They were super efficient in taking the money though...

Whatever you do... do not use this service... there are many other online florists that provide a great service.

Great Bouquet, Poor Delivery

The bouquet that I ordered for Mothers Day was magnificent and really beautiful. However, despite being assured that the flowers would be delivered over the Mothers Day weekend and receiving an e-mail that they had been delivered, the flowers did not actually arrive until the Monday afternoon.

As I am working abroad, this was really disappointing as my mum thought I had forgotten about her.

I have e-mailed the company to complain and am waiting for a reply.

Failed to deliver and failed to respond to queries - awful service

I placed an order for flowers and chocolates on the 25th March for delivery on Mothers Day weekend. Order was confirmed with delivery date of 29th March. Delivery was not made and despite sending three queries to iFlorist customer relations department to address the problem, I have yet to receive a response. I am now following up with credit card company for refund. A truly unprofessional organisation, who cannot be trusted to deliver or address customer's concerns in a timely manner.

After reading that iFlorist claimed to be the highest rated online florist in the UK, a quick check confirmed that they have significantly better feedback than Interflora but are way behind the customer ratings for eFlorist and other online florists and only achieve 22 out of 27 in trustpilot's flowers category. Less hype and more substance would be helpful. Clearly a breach of advertising standards.

Dying flowers - FOUR days after Mother's Day!

Obviously this has not been rectified yet otherwise I would be saying well done what a fantastic complaints department - BUT NO! I have heard nothing since the 7th so i'm guessing that 'iflorist' shall be changing their - "you're never too late to spoil a special someone or celebrate a special or precious moment in time - however short and whatever the notice - with a beautiful fresh bouquet of flowers." & " we're well versed in providing unrivalled levels of choice, service and value, without a compromise on quality." from their 'flowers UK' home page statement!??

The order was not successfully delivered at all! I do admit that I placed the wrong house number on the order (it should have been number 40) but this does not detract from the fact that the order that I placed (Thursday 28th April) was to be successfully delivered on the 30th or the 31st, according to payment agreement. As the tracking details clearly show this was not the case:

Clearly the order was not passed on to the depot until the Wednesday 3rd April and processed the following day where the courier service was excellent, delivering the same day. Furthermore, this protracted time scale would presumably account for the poor quality of flowers reported to me by the lady at number **. For this reason I am actually quite glad that my mother did not get to see these flowers and would hope that along with a full refund to myself you might rectify this issue with some FRESH flowers to number ** ********** road and as an added bonus, to number ** for her troubles when calling iflorist. As I do not believe that iflorist has done everything they possibly could have done regarding the service they claim to offer - I certainly have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter until now.

Delivered a day late, after 3 days in delivery package - presumed dead!

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Thursday 10th. I have used various methods/companies over 40 years of regularly organizing flowers to be delivered to friends and colleagues. Perhaps I have been lucky, they have all been delivered on the correct day, without fail until yesterday! The absolute prerequisite for flower delivery, whether for funerals, weddings, birthdays or other occasions, is that they arrive on the day- not after the event! I complained by email first thing this morning, to receive an irritating automated response. The next communication was a cheery email "your recent order has been successfully delivered as requested" - really? Delivered on the wrong day, after having been packaged since 22.00 on Monday, I expect they are dead. I haven't heard from my colleague, who I do not know well, so it will be awkward to establish how embarrassed she was. I have asked for a refund and an apology, having looked at some of the reviews, I expect a battle ahead!

Hopeless

My sons ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day. They did not arrive until after the weekend and by that time had spent considerable time in the box and arrived battered and half dead.

Customer service was appalling but finally (2 weeks later) they offered a replacement bouquet. This was declined but sent anyway and the replacements arrived almost as battered as the first bouquet. Absolutely hopeless.

Don't waste your time and money using these people

Perfect, easy & simple!

Wanted to send flowers the same day without a massive delivery cost... iflorist was perfect!
I selected my same day flowers, chose the delivery method (of the 3 offered the free option was preferred) then paid via Paypal.
Flowers received within the timescales 8am - 6pm and were beautiful.
I would recommend and use again in the future.

Delivered a trashy bunch of carnations instead of Yellow roses for Mothers Day!

ordered my expensive bunch of yellow roses (I specifically wanted exactly that) well in advance of Mothers Day- about 2/3 weeks in advance. Flowers were delivered on the saturday (day before) mothers day.
My Mum rang
she had received a very poor bunch of 3 dodgy coloured carnations (one Purple!) and some unknow tightly budded other flowers in a bunch, and a small box of chocolates.
My mother used to be a florist, and was appalled at the quality of the flowers- a rubbish garage forecourt bunch would have been better quality
I immediately emailed customer support- which obviously was the 29th March 2014
Here I am 13 DAYS LATER after 3 emails to iFlorist, support numbers OLD-141-38615 & AJT-835-46703, no actual emails or calls from iFlorist support apart from automated emails from their support.
RUBBISH DO NOT USE unless you want your loved ones to be VERY disappointed and think you are the sort of person who sent cheap flowers
