I was trying to buy these certain earphones to replace the broken old ones (that really fits well in my ear and sound good for their price range) and I couldn´t get them from this seller through Amazon because they wouldn´t deliver to my country. Then I found this website. No problems. Made the order and in a few days I got my headphones delivered to my home. Fast delivery. I was a bit surprised, I think the fastest I ever had when ordering from out of the country.
Been buying from several other places before, got this web as recommendation from a friend who is very satisfied with the website's services. Don't make the same mistake as I did by buying from other well known websites, in most cases I've received some faulty products or lengthy delivery times.
the item ordered arrived the day after, even if there was a problem with the headphones after 2 months (i'm not really lucky in general), there is a really good customer service, they exchange my item and I received it also the day after! so well done Iheadphones

The most likely reason for all of this is that iheadphones.co.uk is in fact a robot sent from the future to capture the headphones market with incredible customer service and then use it to destroy the world. I bought a set of headphones off these guys ten months back and was happy with how fast they delivered them, I ordered on a Friday afternoon and they were here on the Saturday morning (with standard delivery!).
Recently the headphones developed a fault where the volume in one ear was lower than the other! I looked on Senheiser's website and it quotes: "The first year of the warranty is with the retailer where you purchased your product. Please contact them to arrange a repair or replacement.", I instantly thought "Oh no this is going to be a hassle...will I get them replaced?!?!"
I contacted iHeadphones and the process was simple, just go on their website and request a returns number, print out a returns slip and send them off.
Within a week of sending them off they had received the headphones, agreed that they were faulty, contacted me with the options of:
1: Replace them for the same make/model
2: Exchange them for any other make/model of the same value
3: Put the cost of the ones I sent back towards a more expensive pair
I went for an upgrade to a set of Bluetooth headphones, they just charged me the difference and one day after I told them what I wanted to do the new ones arrived at my door!
I can't rate these guys highly enough, I've told all my friends, family and people I work with about how impressed I am with them.
iHeadphones has managed to achieve that perfect balance between in-your-face sales and customer neglect. They were responsive when I needed them, but not heavy-handed. Order fulfillment was prompt and I received a very nice followup email to check on my satisfaction.
Perfect 10 on customer service. The product arrived in excellent condition, but I haven't had time to really test it out. I have complete confidence I will be 100% satisfied.
Before placing the order, I thoroughly researched which set of headphones I wanted. I usually order within my own country (USA), but have never had problems with orders from the UK. Everything went smoothly with this order. I highly recommend this company.
Price of item was good so set up an account with my business address including Company name.
Ordered item and printed order and invoice. All showed full address including Company.
No email sent with tracking number despite what site states. I had to phone to get tracking number. I again asked does package have my full address.
Then watched tracking throughout day. Item failed delivery as query over address. Despite everything order just had my name, rest of address totally incomplete. I had to drive 1.5 hours to collect from Leics.
So could never use again as postage lets Company down.
Why not use account details like the order and invoice do.
I placed an order yesterday, before the 3PM cut off for next day delivery. By this morning I had received no confirmation of shipping. When I called to query this, I was told 'Of course it hasn't shipped yet, you only place the order at 2:50' When I pointed out that the cut off for next day delivery was 3PM, not 2:49PM, no apologies were offered.
A refund was promised, but hasn't showed in my account yet.

Cant make a comment about the product as I have not received it, placed an order with iHeadphones on the 6th March 2012, and just over 2 weeks later I still havnt received my headphones. Apparently I have to wait another week to allow Royal Mail sufficient time to deliver my parcel.

Ideal for use with the i-phone for making and receiving calls. My callers complain they can hear an echo of their voice, and I don't think the clarity is brilliant. Making and receiving calls was the prime purpose I purchased a bluetooth headset. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase as they do what I want them to do. If you only listen to music, and need to make/receive the odd telephone call, use a corded headphone.

- why do they sell only headphones? i want to see them in different catagories. i am really glad to shopping from iheadphone.
Had to return a pair of headphones through no fault of iheadphones. Took them over 2 months to sort out a replacement, with me getting told conflicting information. Eventually had to settle for another pair which I didn't want just because I wasn't going to be given a refund and it was getting quite annoying waiting for a replacement pair.
I did receive the new headphones sent, but I am not happy with them at all!!! Have checked the website and seen the pair of headphones I initially requested a replacement for are now available but I'm not ready to face the hassle and difficulty with the customer service department in trying to get somewhere with this so marking this as a loss on my part as I have headphones I cannot use!!!!
Very doubtful I will be using this company again and would advise my friends to be cautious when dealing with them
I placed a near £300 order 3 days ago, whch qualified me for free express next day delivery. The goods still haven't arrived. It took them 24 hours to respond to my query when they didn't turn up following the day of order, thus losing another delivery day. In their response they promised delivery for the next day, and the goods haven't arrived. The online account order status still shows 'processing' [therefore still not despatched] and I'm still awaiting a call back from their customer services who couldn't give me a live update on my order when I called. Very poor performance so far.
The headphones arrived within 48 hours of my placing the order, and they're great value for money. The website said they were as good as headphones at twice the price - and they were right! I'm VERY pleased with their performance - and that of the company. I'd use iHeadphones again and would happily recommend to others..
Headphones I wanted were out of stock, so I took the offer of being emailed when they were available, which I duly was. I placed the order & received within 2 days, & the price was the most competitive I could find.
