Great service so I went back and bought more!
Bought a headphone set at a great price through Amazon as a Christmas present so was expecting them to be just OK. When they didn't work on Christmas morning I was expecting major hastle and possibly loads of excuses why they couldn't be exchanged! Wow what a refreshing change to find a really helpful, friendly company who exchanged them with no bother. I like them so much I bought another pair from iHeadphones for my husbands birthday. No hesitation recommending them.

Just the best online purchase ever. Is there 6 stars!!! Well! Just two reasons is more than enough to expedite my happiness buying from iHeadphones. 1) Could cancel one of my orders just like that - no questions asked. 2) Delivery delight - received my stuff much earlier. uhmm.. let me add one more.. :) Product - Pristine condition .. I have been buying headphones from iheadphones for over 2 years now and I have found their service and prices to be excellent. The latest headphone I bought from them was £10 cheaper than anywhere else, even at the duty free in Heathrow. Any returns or faulty merchandise was dealt with fairly hassle free and I have been very pleased with them over the last 2 years. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and product
Saw an advert in Metro magazine and decided to purchase, emailed details expecting a long wait but was delighted to receive the headphones 2 days later and without having to pay postage. Excellent!

Great Aftersales care 6 months on!
I purchased a set of headphones from these guys via amazon marketplace. 6 months later, they packed up. Not really expecting much, I got in touch, and within a day of sending them back, a new pair arrived in their place. All of my communication with customer services was fast, and their replies were polite and useful.
I will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Excellent choice of headphones but incredibly long wait for delivery
I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the rage of headphones offered by iHeadphones. I was looking to purchase the Sennheiser PXC 360 BT and it was very difficult to find them both in shops and online.
I have two issues with the company. First - my order was to be despatched within 5 days. It took them 3 weeks. And only because I stared emailing them with demands of either free next day delivery or refund has it not lasted longer. Secondly they use DPD for courier - the most useless postal company ever. Because of them I received my headphones 10 days after they have been despatched. So much for next day delivery.
All in all I'm very happy with the equipment I have received. If I ever need to purchase headphones I may use them again.

Bedphones - Headphones Designed for Sleep
Bought these after seeing them in my T3 magazine, as I found others too uncomfortable when in bed.
They arrived within three days - very good - and do exactly what they say, ie they don't hurt your ears when getting off to sleep and turning on your side, they are nice and flat yet give a good sound.
They can be a little fiddly to get exactly right, but the "bendy" wire can be made to go eaxctly where you want it.
All in all a very good buy, from what seems to be a reliable company.

Headphones are great bits of kit, returns was a pain
Great products from what I have seen, unfortunately though mine stopped working and the returns process was not an easy one.
Took lots of emails back and forth to customer services who could have been a little more accomodating.
Still have now got a replacement and enjoying them!

BRILLIANT SERVICE
I Ordered a pair of Soundmagic E10 Headphones from iheadphones and got them Delivered straight away just before Christmas where Amazon couldnt and would not be Delivered till after the New year.
I will be Ordering from iheadphones again with Brill service and Quick Delivery.

Sent my Faulty Goods Back 2 Months Ago, and Still Haven't Gotten My Replacements!
As the title says my headphones were faulty, so I sent them back 2 months ago. I heard nothing from them until I emailed them, and even with the order number they couldn't give me any information and requested a tracking number (even though they said to send them back using standard post - with no tracking) to help locate what I had sent back.
Won't be buying headphones online again - especially not from iHeadphones, who seem have poor stock control measures when it comes to Monster products. I would rather have paid an extra £35 and bought them from my local Currys/ Comet/ PC World - where I could return them and get a replacement then and there...
Wont be buying from them again!

WONT USE ANYONE ELSE
ordered a set of aerial7 chopper 2 pharaoh,s---fantastic, turned up at my house within 2 days. had for a while till my dog jumped up while i was wearing them and pulled the wire, did a home repair and made them worse... so...
ordered some dearer ones, aerial7 tank platinium, OMG the sound is unbelievable, service again--2 days and a nice follow up email just in case all didnt go well. i will recommend this company to anyone.

jaybird Bluetooth headphones arrived really quickly.( I used the express delivery).
Great product, and sound fantastic. Wanted them for running,as wires on regular headphones were a nuisance.

Quick delivery, product not in perfect condition
I purchased Solo HD Dre Beats (White) and I was very happy with the delivery. It was dispatch extremely quickly and arrived promptly.
However, the headphones were not in perfect condition. The voice control wire made the headphones sound of lower quality and there was also a buzzing noise in the right ear. With the normal wire, however, the sound was much better but there was still a slight annoying buzzing sound.

Puchased a set of Audio-Technica ATH-AD700 headphones on the strength of a review (or three) . They are wonderful, every bit as good as the reviews say they are.

Quick and reliable service
Although I have yet to test the product which I purchased from iHeadhones, the product was delivered quickly and securely.
The item I purchased is a Christmas present, so to-date I have not tested the product - but as soon as I do I will let you know my overal impression of iHeadphones customer service ability and product dispatched.

Good company but can be a little slow.
My only criticism is that when I had to return my Sennheiser PXC 450s it took 2 months to get the replacement pair. I had to keep chasing; was told they were out of stock. When I chased up the 4th time a pair arrived within a couple of days. It just seemed like they had forgotten about me. Their email correspondence is slow, if you get a reply at all. Better to ring.

Westone UM2 - Great product equal to the service by iheadphone.co.uk
O ordered a pair of Westone UM2 IEM headphones and the user has raved about them ever since - funnily enough they are being used with a Yamaha CP5 and the user has talked about the IEM's more than the CP5.
For me the service was five star. Ordered Friday for a live event received Saturday in time for a quick sound check and away we went.

Faultless service
I purchased some SoundMagic E10 in-earphones following a review posted on the iHeadphones site. They arrived 36 hrs after ordering and are rated as "absolutely perfect" by the very discerning person I bought them for.
Website could not have been easier to browse and purchase from. I've now been asked to use the company again in a search for the best quality but affordable on-earphones. Some people are never satisfied!
