Thought this was one of those "yeah okay what's the catch" BS websites made up to hits. Did a bit of homework and found they were for real albeit with a lousy reputation.
Needed a specific Network Adaptor which these guys showed they stocked. Furthermore the price was much cheaper than elsewhere. I took the plunge hesitantly, thinking i was backed by my credit card company should they take my money and run. Also be aware they charge a 3% surcharge for credit card transactions.. for the peace of mind it is well worth it as your credit card company can do a chargeback should the goods not turn up.
Within 24 hours i got my order that was on a 3-5 day free delivery timescale. I thought there was a mistake; checked the package and everything was "sound".
Tested the Network Adaptor and it was new and in perfect working condition.. I am still in shock.. hahaha.. maybe they have had teething troubles or maybe they are relatively new and want to buck-up their ideas? No idea.. but what i can share with you all is that my experience was better than Great it was Exceptional!

Ordered 6 items, all showing as 'in stock'. They took the money instantly, then phoned the next day to ask for more money for the hard drives (£20 extra each!) and emailed that they had 'rejected the other items due to quality control' which is just a lie, they never had the items at all, despite claiming they were in stock.
Conclusion - Scam to borrow money from you for free - they take the order money, don't deliver the goods and return your money several days later :(
Well I orderd my new iPad from this guys after being recommended to them by a friend and their service was not only fantastic but it also arrived in the length of time I was told it would arrive.
Brilliant service and a credit to your company in a time of bad customer service in England at the moment
Only giving them one star because zero is not an option. Spent half an hour of my life which I will never have again navigating through their useless web-site, placing an order, despite their robbing credit charge and paypal surcharge, only for them to e-mail me later saying they had cancelled my order as they have sold oout.
Useless iditos. Why advertise for sale what you do not have?
Bought a couple of hard drives from them which took three weeks to arrive. I contacted ILGS after two weeks to ask where they were and was told their courier had tried to deliver twice but on both dates I'd been here all day and they hadn't. Even assuming the dates were wrong the courier would usually leave a card saying they'd called - but there wasn't. Because this took so long I asked for a refund - and two days later the hard drives from them showed up but by now I'd already bought from elsewhere. I phoned and asked what was going on and was told their warehouse would arrange collection and they'd issue a refund. Next I get an email telling me I have to pay shipping both ways and when I queried this was ignored. My emails have not been responded to by ILGS ever since and this is what's really bugged me. I know they're cheap but don't be tempted - ever!
I recieved my order the second day after the order was placed, however, they had managed to send the wrong product, and so i had to return it. They have no phone number so as expected, response from them was a lengthy wait. They could only offer the same product as a replacement, so I chose a refund. Which was returned in full.
So i ordered 3x hard drives with this company, after doing a google shopping search and finding this company to be offering the product at the lowest price. within an hour of them taking the order, and charging my debit card they email me to inform that the product is in short supply due to floods in the originating country, and that even though they do have stock, they cannot dispatch the order until charging me a further £60 per drive more. I refused, and asked that they honour my order and the original price, in which they said they may be able to knock a £1 off the price, but nothing more. I asked that they refund me immediately, which to date has still not been processed into my bank. so after waiting 3 days, im £300 out of pocket.... VERY POOR! WOULD NOT USE AGAIN, AND CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I ordered some toner for an Oki printer. I ordered the high capacity version but when it arrived I realised my printer would only accept the low capacity version.
I immediately contacted ILGS to ask if I could return the unopened toner (cost around £90) and order 2 of the low capacity toners
I was told if I did so there would be a restocking charge of £50
Won't use this company again, ever
This company really is a joke from start to finish, I deeply regret placing an order. They quoted a good price on a HD camcorder with free delivery in google shopping but when I got to the site they then charged shipping, but on completion of the transaction a hidden charge appeared after I had entered the card details for credit card processing fees. But this is just the start!!
Two hours later I get an email to say they have sold it to me too cheap and would need to charge extra if they were to ship it out. I cancelled the order and they say I will have my money back within 3 days.
If you look at other reviews you will see that they found it hard to get their credit card fees back. Which is illegal as under the distant selling regs you are entitled to a full refund on return of the goods.
i placed an order fro over £300 of items. They seemed like a great price at first. I then paid for my items and waited for the order confirmation. I received the email and to my surprise there was an extra charge of £18 because i paid by mastercard.what a joke! This did not show clearly on the last ordering page. I phoned them within 2 minutes of placing the order and asked to cancel because of the card charge. They said i could cancel but i wouldnt get £18 refunded! They also said that the order would still be dispatched as they couldnt contact the warehouse.I then asked what courier they would use so i could reject the parcel, and they couldnt give me those details either! John Sharma the sales guy, then said if i do sign for it accidently. then i would have to send it back at my cost, plus pay the cost of original delivery and then when it was received at the ilgs warehouse, i would have to pay an extra restocking charge of 30% the total value of the order. NEVER use this company. and if you check other forums, no one has anything good to say about them, i wish i checked before hand. at least ive try to warn other people!
