Extremely pleased with my purchase.
I was extremely pleased with this purchase. I was a little hesitant as this was a new website and I had previously used Laserpics. Not only was the product much nicer but also cheaper with free delivery. A truly memorable gift and I shall be using the company agian.

top quality service with quick delivery
After asking a couple of quickly answered questions I create 1 image from 4 cropped photos. The rest of the adjustments were made by the company as per my requests and I had my crystal picture (a birthday gift) within 3 days.
A quality service with quick deliver and a different kind of keep sake for my mums birthday.

A very pleased Mom
Bought my mum this for her 60th birthday. We live in Australia and was so stuck what to get her. She showed us it via Skype and it looked great. She was ao happy with it. There were 5 of us in photo too but that wasnt a problem for these guys. Thanks...will be using you guys again soon!

wow!!
Just received my I crystals photo, thrilled with the result. The quality is brilliant, especially with it being a really old,small copy. Its much better than expected and only took a couple of days to arrive. Can't wait to give it to my friend for her birthday thankyou!!

Great item, Great Price and a Speedy Delivery
I ordered a 3D crystal of my pet dog - the item i received was fantastic it was just like looking at the phote which i supplied via email.

Could do better
The item arrived complete and in good condition. The picture looks good and the light worked. However, the rubber footpads started coming off the light unit as soon as I took it out of the box. I've reglued them back on and they are ok now.
My main complaint is that I had to call at the sorting office to collect it, and the reason for that is because there was a £4.15 postage surcharge on it, which I had to pay. Hopefully, I've managed to attach a copy of the receipt for your perusal (No, I didn't manage it). The package had a tracking slip on it for signing on delivery but there was no indication that postage had been paid. I've retained the package for your inspection should you so wish. There was no invoice/receipt in the package.

In general, product is Ok but not in 100% condition.
Image of our lovely cat was burnt into cube in good quality but we found a few scratches on the top, front side. So, not really happy about that.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied , we take quality control seriously , I would request you to please send the item back so we can replace it , the Crystals are made of solid K9 glass so its really difficult to scratch them so we are very eager to see how this could have happened.

professional, efficient and would definately recommend this company.
It is so nice to deal with a company who actually does what it says its going to do. The finished project was excellent, good quality and looked very professional. I was impressed with how easy it was to do and how quickly it was delivered. Just uploaded the photo and added a few words to it. Delivered within a few days it was that easy! A lovely thoughtful gift with not much effort. Will def be using them again :-)

fantastic product, helpful staff!
I ordered a small crystal for my Mother In Laws birthday and was absolutely thrilled when it arrived 3 days later, and it's beautiful!
I was unsure which LED base to purchase, so asked via email, recieving a promt reply.
Presented in a lovely satin lined box, I'm sure my MIL will be thrilled with her gift - and in all honesty, I'd advise purchasing the LED base as it really does set off the crystal beautifully.
10/10 will be back again!

Simply Unique
I am very pleased with my order and my partner will i'm sure be very delighted. Though You have to hold it up to the light to see the 3D effect this will have to go in the cabinet which has a light to appreciate the effect.

Quick delivery
Please with the product ordered but was extremely disappointed with the box it arrived in. It was dented and falling apart very bad quality. Apart from that product arrived quicker than the estimated time and was lovely.

ordered on 6 Feb, not received, no contact....
Even though the variety on the website is excellent and the waiting time is clearly advertised I have not received my item and despite emails and calls, have had no contact from anyone to apologise or give me an ETA. It was a Valentines gift purchased on behalf of my 15 year old stepdaughter so you can just imagine the end of world scenario we faced on 14th when it still hadn't arrived....

WOW. FANTASTIC :-)
My lovely dog was put to sleep a few months ago, I really wanted something special to remember him, When I saw these crystal pandants, at such a reasonable price, I thought I would give it a go. I'm so glad I did, I love my pendant with my dog's picture in it, and wear it all the time. I was so impressed that I've had one done for my friend. I would really recommend this to everyone. And by the way, I couldn't believe how fast they got to me.Five stars, no more like 50

Engraved well and super quick delivery.
The engraving was identical to the image that was supplied and done well, it looks good even without the light feature. It was sent out rather quickly with free recorded delivery. Would definitely use them again.

Bithrday gift was a big hit!
I ordered a keyring on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. The picture I sent was not particularly good quality and I was not sure if I would get a good result. I need not have worried I was very happy with the product as was my mum who can now carry a likeness of her beloved cat wherever she goes! Great value and quick service.

Ordered 3 Crystals and all delivered wrong. Would never use again
I ordered my first crystal and it arrived with a small mistake so I was given a small discount to order another which I did. This time the mistake was worse and being a Christmas present I was told a replacement would arrive for Christmas Eve.......
It did arrive with the correct wording but the wrong photo on. I asked for a refund and after speaking to ' James ' on reception 12 times for a call back and they never call you back. I have spent so much time emailing & telephoning only to receive an email saying they think they sent a cheque out to me. .......Well they haven;t
I would never recommend this company and would never use again.
I will take this further if I do not receive my payment via paypal today, hope this review helps get a response or my money back
