The service was excellent and product very good quality.
I ordered a resin burner, I struggled to find one of the same quality on any other website. It does exactly what it's supposed to, looks good quality, although I did find I needed to leave the lid off during the cleansing as there was not enough air to keep the charcoal alive, but it was no real problem.

I couldn't write anything catchy to save my life
But I am filled with happiness by my incense burner and the Frankincense resin which we used to clear my flat of something nasty left behind by a previous tenant was of the highest quality. I also REALLY love the Spiritual Avatar mixture that I purchased. It's something Iv'e smelt before but didn't know what it was and I feel encouraged to buy some more resins and try making my own blends.

Too laid back
This is the 2nd time buying from Indigo Herbs and I encountered the same problem, whilst there is no doubt they have a fantastic range of products I find that if you call a day or so after a bank holiday it takes them 3-4 days to catch up which I find remarkable when it is only a day extra that they were closed so an order which I placed on Tuesday for next day delivery at £6.95 I was told I wouldn't recieve until Thursday, which is disappointing they say they offer a next day delivery but for that service you have to call BEFORE 10.30am which is not stated anywhere on the website and also the re-sealable bags which the powders were sent in did not all re-seal so I have had to use Sellotape to keep them fresh

Delivery Schedule: We will aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 business days. (We do not open on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or between Christmas & New Year)
However in some cases we will not be able to do this.
This will be if we are waiting for a bulk stock item to arrive & a product is temporarily out of stock.
After 3 days your item will be put on back order, then you will be notified by email.
We do appreciate how frustrating web shopping can be though, so we are always looking to improve our customer service by making realistic promises and keeping to them.

Wish all delivery systems were as good as this one.
Not only did the items come the day after I ordered them, (how do they do that?) this is the first time ever that I received an e-mail from any supplier giving me the actual hour they would be delivered! Saved an awful lot of hanging about. Why can’t they all do that? Amazon - take note!

quality of products great, but could improve packaging
Read good reviews of indigo herbs so decided to order some products from there, only downside was the packaging, which broke within the first use, other that that the organic superfoods were great would buy again.

Totally satisfied with the products, delivery time and ordering process.
I buy quite a bit of stuff online using PayPal. The ordering process with Indigo Herbs was the easiest of any site that I have used.
Most sites require you to go through the unnecesary step of filling out address forms. Most also want you to become a "member" and have a pass word. I just want my stuff and Indigo made it easy to get it. and it's good stuff as well.

Looking forward to the 'NEW ME'
I received my parcel of goodies in the 'time slot' stated which was brilliant as I didn't have to keep looking out for the the delivery van all day. My selection of nuts and seeds were well packaged and are in first class condition. I am looking forward to consuming them along with the organic vegetables and fruit in my new food processor. The p+p is a bit high but very efficient.

When I placed my first order with Indigo Herbs, I was ordering herbs that I hadn't used before, some of which I hadn't even heard of but were recommended to me. Before ordering I checked on line for more information, feeling a little more informed I then spoke to the lady at I. H. and asked her about some of the information I had read about so see if her opinion agreed with what I had read, and if she could further add to the information I had already gained. I found her to be friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgable. when I asked her questions she couldn't answer, she was honest and said she didn't have that particular answer for me and urged me back to the internet for more information. when she could answer me, her helpful advice was clearly understood and very appreciated. If your considering ordering anything your not sure about, it goes without saying that you must always investigate thoroughly first, ask around and get as many opinions as you can. If you still feel you would like to place an order, I can say my own experience with I. H. was a good and positive one, and would recommend them.

Excellent service and products
I tried an on-line search to find some barley grass and recognised the Indigo name because of their yummy chocolate products. They had a wide range of products so I ordered a number of items, my Internet was playing up so I ordered by phone and the service was really helpful and easy. Products arrived next day in excellent condition. I would strongly recommend the company and I'm going to work through the website recipes.
