T Shirt & Print Quality

I am very happy with indigo2Go, I am impressed with the quality of the t shirts; I have used other online t shirt printing companies and the t shirts from other companies were poor quality; Indigo2Go provide quality t shirts and printing for the price. I will use Indigo2Go again.

I was impressed with the speed of delivery

The website was fairly easy to use and delivery was very reasonable. The only problem I had was that I wanted an image of a stick-man and was unable to find one. However, this was probably for the best as I did notice how easy it is for the price to shoot up. I was very pleased with the service and my boyfriend was pleased with his t-shirt, so I would probably recommend the site to a friend.

Top quality, service and speed.

Indigo2go must have wondered about my state of mind, when the received my T'shirt order just before Christmas!!! This said, my teenage son is now the owner of a totally unique T'shirt. Fab quality cloth, and the printing on it is faultless, combined with the prompt delivery, at such short notice before the festivities....Service difficult to beat. Will definitely be ordering from this company again, and again, and again.
Totally recommend this company.

Fantastic service

This is the first time I have used Indigo2Go or indeed any online t-shirt printer and I was really impressed with the service. There was an issue with sizing and they couldn't get hold of me so used their initiative to replace the unavailable t-shirt and still get the order to me on time. If I needed t-shirt printing in future, I would definitely use these guys.

Fast and free delivery

Delivery was free and I expected my order in 5 working days as quoted on the website and it arrived the next day! Was well chuffed!

Don't wash your clothes

I designed my t-shirt and had this company print it for around £25. It took several weeks to come and when I recieved it, it was too small. I didn't bother to ask for a refund then because I was under the impression that 10 days after dispatch I could no longer request a refund. I wore it for a day to see if I could 'make it fit' but I couldn't so hung on to it. I washed it and as soon as I got it out of the wash, the colours had faded, and the design had white lines throughout where the t-shirt had folded in the washing machine. The dark colours took away all of the light colours and overall it looks nothing like the design I wanted - the design as it looks now more or less just looks like a vomit stain. Absolutely terrible quality printing, a complete waste of time and money. Would I like a refund? Yes. Will I get one? No. Awful company policies.

This is the first we have heard of this issue and the customer is certainly entitled to a full refund or replacement as per our 100% money back guarantee policy which has always been valid for 30 days (not '10 days'). This customer's order was ordered on 6th Oct 11 and dispatched on 10th Oct 11 (not 'several weeks'). The customer has also been called and emailed today by our manager to discuss this matter and along with the refund has been offered a replacement t-shirt. The large number of issues listed here are extremely abnormal and our money back policy is clearly shown on our homepage.

Impeccable service

T-shirts were delivered quickly (I live in France), and the quality of the shirts and the printing is faultless. I found the online design tool very easy to use, and will recommend this service to others.

Probably the best on the web

I tried several similar companies, and the print quality from Indigo2Go was by far the best. I have already ordered more, and found customer service very responsive and helpful with material and colour choices for my artwork.

A friendly and extremely professional service

I had a rush request and received such superb service. It was only a small order but nonetheless I knew I was pushing my luck. Stephan dealt with my emails with professionalism and friendliness. He was great. My order was completed, dispatched and made it to it's destination on time. Even if it hadn't I could not fault the service from Indigo. I really had left it all too late!!
Primarily though is the service from Indigo. The quick reply to customer requests, the effort to try to meet an urgent request. Their attitude and willingness to help is what makes them stand out. I have used Indigo before and this high level of service is the standard for them. The t-shirts are very good quality plus the Indigo website is great to use for the designing process too.

great service, easy website, perfect items

We ordered t-shirts for our company incentive trip and it was a perfect tool to use! The images uploaded easily and quickly, the online editing tool meant I could put the images exactly where I wanted and resize them instantly and we could see how the t-shirts would look before ordering them.

Also, very reasonably priced and the print was fantastic quality! Would use Indigo2Go again and recommend to anyone who asks!

An excellent job for bespoke t-shirts

Designing the t-shirts and ordering over the Indigo website was a dream, followed by a speedy delivery and an excellent final product. I found these guys through Google, and initially used them because the online design tool worked nicely playing on my iPad ... but we will definitely be back for more items in future!
