The first time I called I was put through to a guy called Rob Selby. He was incredibly friendly and helpful from the outset and calmly talked me through all of options for the best deal on rental. I took some time to think over the options before calling back and being put straight through to Rob again. He helped me to reserve the car from the best location for me as well as going through what documents I would need upon collection. He even put in a call to the car hire company's help desk on my behalf to help resolve a document issue. An hour or so later, when I still hadn't received my confirmation email, I used the online chat service, and who was there to help me with my query? Rob! Turned out the confirmation had been in my junk folder the entire time. This was an incredibly friendly, personable and efficient service, and I feel like I got an excellent price, considering I'm still three weeks away from being 25. Thanks for all your help Rob! As a not quite pensioner but retired, price is everything to me in these hard times, I was expecting extras as the price point dictated this would come to pass, IT DID,NT, they were there if you needed them, but no pressure was bought to bear, fuel policy excellent, no money up front, bring back with the same fuel, nothing gets up my nose more than anything else than a policy of paying for fuel up front bring back empty, this of course is IMPOSSIBLE. I was given a brand new Peugeot 208 when I was expecting at the price a tired old Corsa, in fact I did,nt see any tired old cars, ok they are located in an industrial estate thats seen better days so what, 5 minute drive from Gatwick with an excellent driver whose main purpose in life was to get the winges out of the way so that he could get on with his guided tour of the floods, so funny, and a credit to his company, use again OF COURSE.
Non pushy, easy to communicate with and simple questions. It was like using Facebook chat with a friend. Additionally, the solutions offered were realistically priced and exactly what I was looking for,

I was looking to hire a car for a few days and as a young driver (24 years old) was overwhelmed by the young driver surcharges from some companies. This company is very professional, I've used them loads of times now and they are great I am 22 and it's so difficult to find a car hire company that will rent a car to me. The staff at this company are so friendly and give you really good deals. We had booked our flights to stay with friends in Texas and planned car hire to get out and about. We discovered this morning that we needed a Credit card for all the sites that offered Car hire in Texas. I have never owned a credit card and was not looking forward to telling my elderly friends in San Antonio to drive the 90 miles to Austin to pick us up. When I saw Indigo Car hire mentioned in a forum I checked out the site and decided to chat direct. Rob came on line and very quickly made me feel both at ease and happy that I was with the right company. He found me a great car, a lot cheaper then other sites, gave me some great advice and saved my holiday. This is a great company to deal with.
I was extremely dubious about using a car hire brokerage company that I had never heard of. I was also wary of the 'free additional driver' that they promised, as I could not find such an offer anywhere else at all. My inquiries to the company were answered promptly, they reassured me that the offer was genuine, and so I took the plunge and booked: a car from Budget at BHX. And, of course, it all turned out superbly: smooth pick up from the airport, free additional driver added without the bat of an eyelid by the Budget staff: all in all an issue-free transaction. I will definitely be using Indigo again.
I have used Indigo several times within the last couple of months and the service has been fabulous and each time Connor has made the booking the easiest of processes. Nothing seems too much trouble whatever the challenge we set him. I would not hesitate in recommending the company to friends and business colleagues and I have the telephone number and email readily available for any future booking requirements we have :)
Ann-marie is exactly what you need to get the car you want , where you want it and at the price you want. if only other businesses would operate like this then life would be champagne, deep fresh powder on a sunny alps day , and beautiful people all day long! I can and do recommend these guys and girls because to date I have had numerous hires with them and each one has been exactly what it said on the tin! The big boys try to win us over with membership of clubs etc but I have ditched them all as each time Indigo have come up trumps............long may it continue!

Second time I have used Indigo Car Rental. Each time I have had the best service. Always there to help if I needed them and also helped me choose a car that was specific for my needs at a good price. Collection was easy with Avis at Manchester Airport as was drop off. Would definitely recommend Indigo to anyone.
We had arranged our car hire through Indigo car hire as usual. Our early evening flight that Friday from Alicante was cancelled and after a lot of waiting around we were advised we would be accommodated in a local hotel. In the meantime , I had telephoned Avis at Southampton Airport and advised them of the delay , saying I would contact them the following day as We did not have any further flight details. Next morning, I again telephoned Avis with the information that it would probably be an evening flight. They said to keep them advised as they would be closed at 6.30 but if it was within about 20 minutes someone could hang around for us. When I realized we would not arrive in time I again let them know. We arrived at Southampton Airport to be met by our daughter. Next morning I again rang Avis and arranged to pick up a car that afternoon. Each time I contacted Avis I was treated with courtesy and understanding. They had made good notes of my calls and each person I spoke to was aware of my situation. It was dealt with in a very professional manner and demonstrated excellent customer service !!
