No furniture - no information - no good
Delivery stated to be 4-6 weeks - now 2 months and can still not even give me a delivery date. Ring back promised but never materialised.

I am disheartened to hear about your recent experience, we have however checked through all of our sales quotes and submitted contact forms and cannot find any correspondence. I have also personally checked with all departments in the company and found no record under the name C Wright.
We also don't quote 4-6 weeks as our items are handmade to order, we work on a 8-10 week delivery time frame. I am wondering if you have the correct company - as you can see from the rest of our feedback we take customer service and experience very seriously. If you could take a moment to email your details directly to me, david@indigofurniture.co.uk and I will be in touch directly to try and rectify the situation.

Exceeded Expectations
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!
Our beautiful furniture was delivered last week and is simply stunning. We ordered pieces for our master bedroom, dining room, lounge and family room. Some of the pieces were bespoke due to one of our rooms being round and these are exactly as we required them.
Our new Indigo Furniture has made our house a home! We couldnt thank Jessica and the team more.

Stunning furniture and excellent service
We ordered quite a lot of furniture from indigo for our new place including bed, dining table, sofa, side table etc. We could not be happier with the furniture we received! The ordering process was very easy , probably the easiest part of our move. We ordered a customised piece which was made exactly like we wanted. I could not recommend this company highly enough. The furniture is stunning and we never tire of the compliments we receive ! Thank you so much indigo for making our house into a home!

Indigo ** furniture with rustic charm
I had to stay home a week last Friday for the long awaited delviery of a chest of drawers and mirror which we ordered from Indigo in Matlock in late January.
It was paticuarly special to me as I'd wanted this item for quite a long time. The NEW 4 drawer Plank tallboy chest, is now standing proundly next to his big brother the 6 drawer and other bedroom furniture we purchased in 2009 .
Just love Indigo - I'm a real fan!

Excellent Furniture and Service.
Hi Claire,
A quick thanks from the Harris Clan for the beautiful dining room furniture we received the other day. It really has finished off the Living room perfectly. Excellent customer service through out the whole experience, just how it should be. In a world which prizes quantity over quality, it is so refreshing to receive the latter. Beautiful furniture
I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new Riven Oak Desk and roll back chair from Indigo. The service was exceptional from ordering to delivery and I can now say that coming down to work in the morning is a pleasure!

Fantastic
We took delivery of our Snuggla on Friday and I just wanted to review to say what great service we received right through from the initial order to the delivery.
The Snuggla is great. We have it in our kitchen so we can sit in there with a coffee watching the TV when we have been out walking the dog. It fits and suits the kitchen perfectly.
We will certainly be using Indigo again and would recommend their services to everyone.

Dream bedroom thanks to Indigo Furniture!
I purchased and have just taken delivery of my gorgeous Plank kingsize bed, bedside tables and lowboy and all I can say is WOW!
The furniture is amazing and makes the bedroom look fantastic! The quality is second to none and the design really stands out amongst other boring mundane furniture I have seen around.
To top it all off, the level of service that was given by the entire team at Indigo made the whole process through to taking delivery has been flawless. Nothing is too much for them. Be it someone from the Sales Team, Despatch or even the Drivers. They have all been great.
I would happily recommend Indigo to anyone and will definitely be taking a trip to Matlock some time soon!

Great Furniture, Great Service and value for money!
Thank you so much to the Team at indigo Furniture, I love my Chunky Courner Leather sofa, it is so comfortable and after 2 years still looks like new. I have 2 children and a large dog and i can confirm the sofa is definitely pet and child friendly!
We would also like to thank the customer service team for all of their help, they really couldn't do enough to help us. No forgetting the dispatch and delivery team for their prompt delivery and friendly manner.
My husband and I can't wait for our next shopping spree!

Fantastic, Distinctive, WOW factor
Best describes the furniture we found at Indigo - we bought the reclaimed cart coffee table, plank style dining set and TV cabinet - we were so impressed with the look on line we drove up from Kent just to see it AFTER we placed the order....delivery guys were great and the furniture is certainly a talking point in our new place.

Fab products for any home...
It was a pleasure to deal with Indigo, the service from start to finish was fantastic and I am delighted with our items. We bought an oak dining room table with benches and chairs to match, leather sofa and stool and an oak coffee table. The high quality, rustic furniture really stands out and makes our home cosy and fashionable.
The service was excellent, staff were extremely helpful on the phone and they kept us informed with delivery times. We knew we would have to wait for our items as they are made to order, however the estimated delivery date was spot on with no delays.
When deliverying the items the guys were brilliant and made it very easy for us to set everything up in the house.
I just wish I could have ordered more....but I'll be on the case soon! Overall, highly recommend Indigo Furniture as you really gets what is shown and described on the website - and more!

Wonderful furniture and service from Indigo, great products!
Went spend crazy in January 2012 and bought almost £4k's worth of furniture from Indigo. Have been renovating my house, and have filled up the rooms I have completed with a Bed, Mattress, Bookcase, Coffee Table, Desk, Bedside tables, etc. Love their products, had them delivered on time, they look great and cant wait to buy more for the other rooms.
The sales staff in the showroom were very friendly, and worked with me to get the right products, and sizes, and when the items were delivered, the delivery men were courteous and delivered on time.
The products were made to a high standard, and look great in my rooms. Would definately recommend Indigo Furniture to other people. And will be buying from them again, sometime in the near future.

WOW ,WOW, oh my god
were the first words we spoke when we saw our coffee table,TV cabinet and our two junk bedside cabinets,the craftmanship is absolutly first class,it feels personnel to you ,the product s were deliverd individually wrapped ,delivery guys very very polite and curtious,initially the sales team were brilliant,polite and really helpfull on the telephone, we were kept upto date at all times and the delivery was even earlier than expected,which was great because the excitment was growing by the day and we were not dissapointed, the whole transaction from start to finish was first class great big thanks to everyone involved,by far the best purchase experience we have ever had, Quality with a capital "Q" seems to be standard here . definatly will be buying from Indigo Furniture again, thanks everyone outstanding

Amazing quality and service!
Items bought: Reclaimed beam King size bed, mattress, 5 drawer junk panel cupboard, 2 junk bedside tables.
Feedback: We have bought furniture from Indigo before and were more than happy with the quality of the furniture and the courteous nature of the staff and delivery team. After waiting 5 years to order the reclaimed beam bed we were so excited to finally get it. The delivery guys were amazing, carrying it up 2 flights of stairs and then assembling it. As well as having to carry the mattress and the 5 drawer junk cupboard plus the bedsides they definitely earned their money! The bed is amazing and is so comfortable. We are now looking at the next things we want to purchase..... when it comes to furniture Indigo is the only way to go for quality and great service. Thank you.

Fantastic Service
The quality of our Baby Plank Bed is amazing, we wanted something solid, and it is certainly that! The Customer Service from the start was fantastic, delivery was straight forward and we can't rate the bed highly enough. We would definitely recommend Indigo to others, in fact, we already have to some friends who have bought a bed too!

Outstanding
after a mammoth search for good quality furniture we paid Indigo a visit after finding them on the Internet. It was well worth the journey, the furniture is fantastic we bought all sorts and I am so happy with it the quality is second to none. The sales staff are helpful without being pushy and the after sales is great delivery was on time and the guys who delivered could not do enough for us. If your looking for exceptional quality and service I would recommend Indigo without hesitation. Fab!

Amazing furniture and service from Indigo furniture
We received our second order last Monday and I just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service and standard of the furniture received. Any queries are always patiently and helpfully dealt with by the customer service team so you really feel completely happy with your order even before you place it. Each piece is absolutely outstanding and it all looks amazing in our living room. The furniture is beautifully built, and built to last unlike the pieces you see in the high street these days. It is so satisfying coming home to chunky real wood furniture and guests always comment on it and ask us where we bought it from. Also, I wanted to mention the excellent service provided by both Jamie and Dan, who delivered our furniture. They were both professional, efficient and extremely cheerful (especially considering how long they had had to drive to get to us!) and did an excellent job of unpacking and setting up the furniture for us.
Anyway, thanks again Indigo for the superb furniture and service. This is our second order and we will definitely be back in the future!

Superior Quality Beds
Thankyou so much for the 4 Poster Taper Bed. The quality and the craftsmanship is outstanding and stunning, and gives great character to our bedroom. From the moment we contacted Indigo, the service we recieved was second to none, they were kind and considerate, and it was a pleasure to purchase from an established and trustworthy company. INDIGO is GREAT!
I know Indigo Furniture in Matlock well - and have known them as a reputable business for over 10 years, I HIGHLY recommend them. My house is nearly all Indigo and looks fabulous for it. Their customer service is better than any company I know and their furniture is great quality - and please do believe me, I am a very demanding customer. Indigo's furniture is all their own designs (although I've seen lots of copies - never to the same quality, may I add). I am sure that I will continue to be an Indigo customer long into the future.
