Hävt köp enligt köpevillkor, fortfarande inga pengar. INFURN = BEDRAGARE!!

Nu en ny recension med hela "köpprocessen" och hävet av köp från Infurn!

Känns inte alls bra när man läser kommentarerna här. Vi köpte nämligen två corbusier replikor via infurn.com men avbeställde dessa 2 dagar senare, då vi upptäckte att de skulle komma att bli för stora i vårt vardagsrum.

Hävet av köpet bekräftades den 4:e april, men inga pengar har ännu inkommit. 4:e maj går tiden ut för infurn att återbetala. Både jag och banken är nu väldigt spända på om det kommer några pengar i enlighet med löftet från infurn.
Valerie som verkar vara infurns representant här på Trustpilot kanske kan ange exakt när jag får tillbaka mina pengar. Skulle gärna se att detta sker omgående då jag hävt köpet i enlighet med era köpevillkor. Vad väntar ni på? En polisanmälan för bedrägeri kanske?

Uppdatering 26/4-13:
Efter mitt inlägg här så har har Infurn kontaktat mig gällande mitt köp, de ska återkomma till mig med datum för återbetalning, de hänvisar till deras policy med retur inom 30 arbetsdagar. Återkommer och uppdaterar mitt inlägg när mer information finns att delge.

Uppdatering 22/5-13:
Skrev här på forumet den 26/4-13 och fick svar. Och precis som vi befarade har Infurn visat ytterligare en gång att de inte är ett seriöst företag utan rena bedragare, vars ända affärside är att genomföra bedrägerier! Vi har inte fått några pengar tillbaka trots hävt köp i enlighet med Infurns egna köpregler. Kvinnan som svarar så flitigt här på Trustpilot, har t.o.m. ringt och sagt att allt är i sin ordning och att pengarna skall inkomma, men så har inte skett. Vill varna för detta företag. Beställ inte av dem! Det finns andra företag som levererar och fullföljer sina åtaganden.

Igår 21/5-13 hörde kvinnan från Infurn av sig igen och lovade att pengarna hade skickats från dem samma datum. Behöver jag skriva att pengarna fortfarande inte har kommit?

Nu väntar en polisanmälan både i Sverige och Infurn's hemland från mig, samt bedrägerianmälan till bank och kreditkortsbolag!!

Delivery too long! Customer Services = Professional and friendly

Last Year March 2012 I ordered an Eero Saarinen Tulip table with order AU-126069; after several delivery post-ponements I cancelled this order in March 2013.
Same goes for my order AU-123024 Isamu Noguchi coffee table.
For these cancelled orders I was promised the reimbursement. Until today, NO reimbursement received. I'm still hoping and dreaming to receive my money back.
After a lot of emails and telephone conversations I receive for FREE a black bean bagg as an apolgy for the " late ,say, non-delivery.
I also ordered with AU-126068 4 Charles Eames DSW chairs; these were finally delivered beginning May 2013.
As a conclusions I must say that I am really disappointed in INFURN. So INFURN for your future and ours as customers, please, wake up. You have such a fantastic website, your pricing is OK, your furniture is wonderfull, your Customer Services Dept does a great job, friendly and professional, but they can't do miracles when you don't deliver. Please wake up and do what a decent company should do!

from this company i marz. When I was told they were going to take 5 month to arrive I cancelled my order and was told I would have a refund although it would take until 30 days. Its now may and I have still not received my money back! I am now being forced to take legal action against this company and ask my bank to get MY money back! I would not recommend that anybody buys any items from Infurn... ALWAYS ALWAYS TJECK THE FIRM ON TRUSTPILOT.. The future is for the decent companies!!! I will start a movement, so that EVERYBODY will learn!
IF you really want to do well.. the worst thing is to lie - you HAVE to be honest AND reliable regarding delivery dates, refund dates etc etc...

Within 4 days of placing the order, you decided to make an early cancellation request, and we confirmed agreement of the cancellation. The refund policy is within 30 working days and this is now 2 working days overdue but we have assured you it will be done within the week, which you agreed to.

No money has been stolen, and we will let you know as soon as the refund process has completed.

Verwijderen beoordeling Trustpilot

Eergisteren plaatste ik op Trustpilot een beoordeling m.b.t. een bestelling bij INFURN.
Deze werd tot nader onderzoek verwijderd omdat deze verwijst naar een andere firma?? Heb bestelbevestiging én e-mails van INFURN in mijn bezit, begrijp dus niet met welke reden deze beoordeling verwijderd werd.

Auf keinen Fall bestellen! WARE wird NIE ausgeliefert!

Die Firma Infurn hat es nun binnen über 6 Monaten Wartezeit nicht geschafft, die von mir bestellte Ware zu liefern. Liest man die AGB´s genauer (was ich vor meiner Bestellung hätte tun sollen), so erfährt man leicht, dass eine Verzögerung der Lieferung zum "Programm" gehört. Nach etlichen Wochen kann man 80 % der Kaufsumme zurückfordern und dann nach weiteren 16 Wochen würde man den vollen Kaufpreis bei Nichtlieferung erstattet bekommen. Dies scheint das System der Firma zu sein, da hier offensichtlich mit den eingegangenen Kaufsummen so lange gewirtschaftet wird, bis diese tatsächlich zurückerstattet werden - dessen man sich in keinem Fall sicher sein kann!!!!
Angeblich liegt meine Ware seit ca. 1 Monat bei einer Spedition namens BCC (nirgends registriert - ich jedenfalls konnte sie nicht finden) und soll an "kleinere Courierdienste" wie UPS abgegeben werden; das ich nicht lache...kleiner Dienste wie UPS. Allein diese freche Behauptung seitens INFURN enttarnt die Firma als Betrüger!
Fazit: NIEMALS etwas bei Infurn bestellen

Not all purchases are delayed, and we have worked hard to improve upon delivery times in the past months, but as can be expected there are still those occasions when delays do occur. For these instances, there are contingency clauses in place with respect to refunds or compensation, and a sliding scale compensation is the most frequent form of compensation offered to the Customer. In fact, one of the reasons for BCC, Spanish warehouse and Logistics who takes overall responsibility for organising the smooth deliveries throughout Europe is to ameliorate distribution and transit times.

SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM INFURN

THis company are SCAMMERS who take your money and leave you with nothing
They even removed my review from trust pilot.
I ordered on Jan 7th, it is now May 18th, and my order has been delayed shipment for another 8 weeks for "quality control" .

They offered me 10% bonus for the "delay" , like if I was INSANE would I give them MORE money!!!!
Do yourself a favour, save your money AND STAY AWAY FROM INFURN THIEVES!
I asked multiple times for my order to be cancelled, 1 day after ordering, within my rights as a consumer on the Internet in Europe, in which you have 7 days to cancel and are entitled to a full refund. They denied this and would not refund me
I have submitted a complaint for this fraudulent company with the Centre Europeen des consommateurs

We requested that your first review be removed due to the coarse language, plus the context in which you mention a member of staff and his alleged race, which was clearly inappropriate and irrelevant to the matter.

We do not agree with your comments, which are inaccurate and biased and your allegations of scam and fraud are untrue.

We would like to comment as follows on your various points:-

In your first review, you mentioned goods from China and although China is not specifically mentioned, there is no secret that the majority of our products stem from materials sourced from this area and are manufactured here too. This is partly the reason why delivery times are clearly shown on the site as 10 - 18 weeks, along with the 8 week quality control periods, and you accepted these Terms and Conditions when you placed the order.

The standard delivery time may not suit all, and we know this, which is why we offer high quality pieces at such competitive prices, for those who think the wait is worthwhile. Moreover, other on-line companies offering similar type products also advertise similar time frames.

If an order does go into the quality control period, yes we do offer compensation to Customers and can see no reason to call us thiefs for doing so.
Many customers use this compensation to purchase accessories such as Hang it alls and Beanbags or as contribution towards other items.

Your assertion that we do not deliver or refund is also untrue. Every customer is entitled to their goods, or if for some reason, we were unable to deliver, then in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, a refund would be in order. I have checked your order details with the warehouse today and your chair is due to be delivered in June. This is admittedly a few weeks over the standard delivery time
but not excessively so.

With regard to your own refund request, we do not dispute this, however we understand you were not in agreement with the Terms and conditions governing the early cancellation policy which was in effect at the time when you placed the order.

I would therefore suggest, we discuss the matter of your impending delivery or cancellation to find a reasonable solution and way forward and we will be in contact with you shortly.

in November 2012 i ordered 10 chairs. Ater i paid the bill they informed me, that the chairs will come to me in 6-10 weeks.
Till today i wrote many times to the company and i wanted further informations and a call back.
They are not calling back and now, 17.05.2013, over 6 months later there are still no chairs.
i cancelled the order, but they don´t show any reaction.
Now i will go to my lawyer and bring them to court.
Safe your money and your nerves.
Do not order from infurm.com.

The German Customer service agent did try to call you back 16/04/13 but without success, and he followed this up with an email confirming he left a voicemail message. However, I am glad we spoke today on the phone.

From the order details, 5 chairs were delivered in March, and although there is a variation issue, this is being dealt with. Five more chairs are due to arrive in early June and we understand you will wait for these.

Late delivery but I love my new chairs

It took 7 months before I finally recieved one eames RAR rocking-chair and one eames plastic chair that I've ordered from Infurn. Despite the loooong wait I'm pleased with Infurn's customer service and I love my new chairs, they look exactly like the originals!

Keine Lieferung, das Geld ist weg!

Am 26.02.2012 habe ich eine Liege bei der Firma Designfurn / infurn.com bestellt. Die Vorkasse der € 599 wurde sofort per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Der Liefertermin war sofort verschoben worden, aber das habe ich so akzeptiert. Der Liefertermin wurde danach mehrfach verschoben und nach über einem Jahr hatte ich keine Lieferung erhalten. Das Geld war ja bereits per Vorkasse bezahlt worden. Ich stellte mir die Frage, wie seriös oder auch unseriös das Unternehmen Designfurn / inforn.com ist, wenn es nach so langer Zeit nicht liefert. Dann habe ich wenige Wochen als Lieferfrist gesetzt. Keine Lieferung wurde getätigt. Letztendlich habe ich storniert udn meine € 599 zurückgefordert. Das Geld ist bis heute nicht angekommen und ich sehe mich nun gezwungen, Anzeige zu erstatten.

Say goodbye to your money...

1. Made order
2. Looked to company up on the internet ---Shock---
3. Wrost reputation you can get as an online dealer, german media even giving severe warnings about the company and the corporate policy
4. Chancelled order
5. Company called & emailed to confirm
6. Emailed bankaccount number for refund
7. Waiting for the refund.....


Conclusion: There are better ways to spend your money. Never ever again.

Thank you for your review but we beg to differ with your comments, especially with regard to your own order which we consider an unfair assessment and not based at all on your own experience.

Unfortunately, you have been selective in believing all negative comments in the media and chosen to ignore the positive ones.

Although we have had problems in the past, we are fast changing aspects of the Company which has experienced rapid growth in recent months, along with massive changes. We are listening to Customers and improvements are continually being made. Deliveries are faster, tracking codes issues are being dealt with,
there are new initiatives on the Customer service desks and refund matters are being overhauled. Already there has been an upsurge of positive reviews of late which reflect these changes, we are sorry that you did not read these.

With regard to your own order, we fail to see what we have done wrong.
You decided to cancel, your cancellation request was confirmed by the following day and we requested bank details to process the refund. Our refund policy is within 30 working days and your one is scheduled for early next month.

Blev orolig av att läsa alla dåliga recensioner av företaget, men totalt överaskad efter att ha fått produkterna levererade efter bara 10 dagar!

Blev mycket förvånad när avin kom, men ja, mina tre stycken BigBoy XXL hade faktiskt kommit, 10 dagar efter att jag beställt dem. Finfina var de också!

BLUFFÖRETAG

Jag beställde en vara och betalde med EUROCARD. Avbeställde 2 dagar senare
pga orimliga leveranstider. Det har snart gått 2 månader och ingen återbetalning.
Jag har mailat 50 gånger minst och blivit uppringd 3 gånger och blivit utlovad
återbetalning snarast men inget händer. Däremot får jag 100-tals autogenererade
svarsmail och inget annat.VARNING!!
Det finns liknande ( svenskt ) företag med säte i Stor-Britanien och som verkligen
håller vad dom lovar.

We have checked and the records show that you placed the order 31.03.2013 and decided to cancel 04.04.13. You were not happy with the delivery time, although our advertised standard delivery is comparable with other on line companies selling similar products.

Due to an unfortunate bug or systems error, we received multiple automatically generated emails from you, and you in turn also received multiple automatically generated emails from us. In an effort to overcome this, the Service agent requested you provide another contact email address, and in the interim the issue is being investigated to prevent further future disruption.

In respect of your refund request, this is being processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions within the 30 working day limit. At present, it is still within that deadline and as per our conversation today, repayment is due this week.

We will call you and inform you once as soon as it has been done, thereby avoiding another 100 messages!!

Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf !!!

De bestelde stoelen zijn niet geleverd op de vooropgestelde datum, een nieuwe leverdatum is me niet mee gedeeld en ik krijg ook totaal geen antwoord op mijn vragen.

update 21 mei 2013:
Na het plaatsen van bovenstaande bericht ben ik inderdaad telefonisch gecontacteerd door iemand van Infurn, met de vraag om mijn bericht op deze site te verwijderen of aan te passen. De leverdatum word nog maar eens uitgesteld naar 'ergens volgende maand' . Het zal dan vijf maanden geleden zijn dat ik mijn bestelling plaatste en betaalde, dubbel zo lang dan dat op de site stond aangegeven.
Ik vind dit consumenten bedrog.

Otroligt lång leveranstid

Idag är 13/5-13. Jag beställde 6 stolar i slutet av december 2012.
Efter att i april ha hört mig för om leveransdatum levererades 2 av stolarna. (observera att jag är nöjd med de stolar som levererats). Nu utlovas leverans veckan med start 2/5-13.
För några veckor sedan kom en ny uppdatering av min beställning. Försenad leverans 2 mån pga kvalitétsbrister. Tar nu ny kontakt med svensk support o vill häva köpet, är trött på att vänta. Får svar att den info på "min sida" inte gäller mig utan håll ut ett litet tag till. Varor kommer. Kontaktar också företaget via den engelska sidan. Där får jag till svar att man inte accepterar mitt krav att häva köpet. Varorna står i Spanien i ett hav av containrar och i juni kanske i början av augusti får jag min leverans. En stilla undran hur företaget hanterar sina kunder. Eftersom jag har betalat i förskott är jag sedan ett halvår konstant orolig att ha blivit lurad. Jag vill tro gott om alla och lovar mig själv att aldrig handla på detta sätt igen. Ett företag som vill betraktas som ansvarsfullt och kvalitétsmedvetet får inte behandla sina kunder på detta sätt. Jag tror att stolarna kommer till sist men jag kommer alltid att titta på dem med en klump i magen....

De sitter på dina pengar!

16 mars gjorde jag en beställning utan att reka www.infurn.com. Efter att jag hittade information om hur andra hade blivit behandlade, så avbeställde jag samma dag. den 10 april, fick jag nedan. Sedan dess radio silence. Har pratat med Aftonlbadet som samlar information om detta. Har jag inte fått mina pengar per 30 april så kommer de intervjua mig. Är så trött på detta. Det är 16.000 som sitter upplåsta på mitt kort. Suck. Känner mig så korkad...

wachten en nog eens wachten

Wanneer je bij infurn.com besteld moet je je al vast voorbereiden op meer dan een paar maanden levertijd. Gratis bezorgen is misschien niet zo'n goede reclamecampagne want ik zou liever wat extra betalen en mijn spullen eerder in huis hebben!!! Hoewel het bezorgd is binnen de aangegeven tijd op de website vind ik het nog steeds veel te lang duren. Maar ik moet zeggen dat ik wel blij ben met de spullen die bezorgd zijn.

design vor a good price

I'm a total sucker for design furniture but unfortunately my job doesn't pay me enough to furnish my whole house with designer pieces. Thanks to infurn.com I can at least have furniture with a designer look for a more reasonable price. Their service isn't the best and their deliverytime not the fastest, but their furniture is beautiful and very comfy. Would def buy again.

FANTASTISK SERVICE!

Jeg sad og søgte på sækkestole på Google, og kom derved forbi Infurn.coms tilbud på netop disse. Jeg gik ind på siden, så varen, og købte den med det samme! Først derefter, besøgte jeg Trustpilot.Dk. Og ØV, en bange anelse jeg fik! Jeg gik rundt og var nervøs for, om jeg var blevet snydt eller andet, i en lille uges tid. Indtil min tlf ringede. Det var såmen bare en KANON fyr fra Infurn, der bare lige ville tjekke, om det var den rigtige farve jeg havde bestilt, og den rigtige adresse. Han var flink og venlig, og væk var den bange anelse! Få dage efter havde jeg verdens lækreste sækkestol, der pryder min stue!

WORST COMPANY EVER, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, SCAM!

I ordered a Knoll coffee table in March 2012, that I paid £180 and was immediately debited.
After a few weeks, first email the deliver will be delayed as the table doesn't match the quality test. Then again and again.
After 6 months, I asked for a refund and the so called 'customer service' confirmed the refund will be done in the next 2-3 weeks.
Of course, nothing happened, so I called them again, no answer, then I asked a phone meeting via their website, 2 weeks of delay, but at least someone can call you back. They did, but didn't found my files, so have to reschedule another phone call 2 weeks later.
They then said my files was on the top of the list of the financial department for the refund.
This is what I get for another 3-4 months.
This afternoon, I had another phone conversation with them, that was planed 2 weeks ago. Same thing, my files is on the top of the list of the Financial dept... But they can't say when the refund will take place.
So, after reading many same stories as mine (unfortunately), I've decided to write here to tell my story and I will tomorrow start action with the 'Centre Européen des Consommateurs' and will let you know how things are going.
I only want my refund, don't want the table anymore, I found another one a long time ago!

UPDATE MAY 14:
Its funny to see how people/company react after a complaint on a forum. This morning I had a call from Infurn, probably not from the 'customer service', saying that my refund will be done in the next few days...
They asked me to delete my post on this site, I told them I may do so, if I get my refund immediately.
So I suggest all other people victim from them to write here and start a complaint on the Centre Européen des Consommateurs, so Infurm will contact them and the refund should arrive soon, well I hope!
I will keep you informed.

UNA VERGOGNA AI LIMITI DELLA TRUFFA ORGANIZZATA

Ho ordinato e pagato in anticipo una lampada. Dopo nove mesi di attesa, per i quali si adduceva come causa una presunta non rispondenza dell'oggetto in ordine a fantomatici standard qualitativi (quali?), vista la mancata consegna e nonostante i ripetuti solleciti, ho chiesto il rimborso. Ho ricevuto diverse mail di conferma per il rimborso ma non ho ancora riavuto il mio denaro.

absolute Katastrophe - FINGER WEG (!!!)

Angeblich habe ich dort eine Bestellung für eine gewisse Charlotte Laplace getätigt. Ich kenne diese Dame nicht und habe ganz sicher keine Bestellung für sie getätigt. 30 Tage lang habe ich versucht die Bestellung zu stornieren. Ausser Standardmails in französisch (?!) die mir ständig sagten dass man sich mit mir in Verbindung setzen wird habe ich nichts gehört. Ruft man die englische Servicehotline an, meldet sich interessanterweise ein spanischer Anrufbeantworter der aber bereits so voll gesprochen ist, dass man keine Nachricht mehr hinterlassen kann. Versucht man es über die Rückruffunktion auf der Website bekommt man den ersten möglichen Rückruf Termin in 30 Tagen (!!!). Nachdem ich aber hartnäckig geblieben bin, hatte ich irgendwann dann auch mal jemanden der tatsächlich mit mir kommuniziert hat (via e-Mail). Er philosophierte dann mit mir über Hemingway (!!!) Zitat Infurn: "Hemingway sagte einmal: „Geh nie mit jemandem auf Reisen, den du nicht liebst“ und wir wären nicht fähig, diesen Weg allein und ohne unsere über 100.000 zufriedenen Kunden weltweit zu gehen." Was bitte soll ich damit anfangen. Irgendwann bekam ich dann endlich die Bestätigung meiner Bestellstornierung mit dem Hinweis, dasss ich in 30 Arbeitstagen dann eine Gutschrift erhalten sollte. Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass auf der Website von 30 Tagen und nicht Arbeitstagen die Rede ist sollten die ja wohl dann zumindest von da an zählen wo die Bestellung storniert wurde und nicht erst ab der mühsam 30 Tage lang erkämpften Bestätigung der Stornierung.
Ich jedenfalls habe den Verbraucherschutz informiert und werde zudem Anzeige gegen die Firma erstatten und kann jedem nur raten das Gleiche zu tun, damit keine anderen Kunden zu Schaden kommen. Sowohl bei den Behörden wie auch beim Konsumentenschutz ist die Firma leider bereits bestens bekannt (und das nicht im positiven Sinne)!
Alles in allem also eine absolute Katastrophe. Bis heute habe ich noch kein Geld zurück bekommen und warte immernoch. Bleibt mir nur noch andere Kunden vor dieser Firma eindringlichst zu warnen!!!

Die Stellungnahme der Firma entspricht nicht der Wahrheit! Die Bestellung wurde am 14.04.2013 storniert. Trotz zahlreicher Mails hat sich infurn erst nach massiven Drohungen Anfang Mai per e-Mail bei mir gemeldet. Es hat dann bis zum 11.Mai gedauert bis ich endlich eine Stornierungsbestätigung bekommen habe (nachdem ich zweimal meine Stornierungsmail geschickt hatte weil Infurn abermals behauptet hat keine Bestätigung bekommen zu haben - von wegen "the customer service team asked repeatedly for proof" "... "until they finally received proof"- so ein Quatsch alles nur Hinhaltetaktik!) und nun soll ich angeblich mein Geld am 11.06.2013 zurücküberwiesen bekommen. Also nicht 30 Tage von dem Tag der Stornierung (wie Infurn sagt), sondern 30 Tage von der Bestätigung der Stornierung seitens Infurn (!!!) - die aber eben auch schon 30 Tage gedauert hat. Macht also 60 Tage, die Infurn mein Geld behalten will!!! Alles eine Hinhaltetaktik seitens Infurn. Absolut unseriös, unprofessionell und nicht gesetzeskonform!

Mit jedem Tag werden die Verwirrungen bei dieser Firma mehr und der Betrugsverdacht größer und größer. Wenn mir mal jemand erklären könnte was der Unterschied ist zwischen dem "date you actually requested cancellation vs the actual cancellation date" ist, dann wäre ich sehr dankbar, denn für mich ist das ein und dasselbe. :-) Wie auch immer hält sich Infurn weder an das eine noch an das andere. :-) Die 30 Tage sind vorbei und kein Geld auf meinem Konto. Das sind die Fakten! Und bitte schaut auch mal genau die positven Posts an - die letzten wurden allesamt zum Gleichen Zeitpunkt gemacht - ein Schelm der Böses dabei denkt. :-)

Thank you for your comments. I have checked both your orders recently placed with Infurn and on checking I can see that you requested an early cancellation for them.

For one of the orders which was placed on 29/04/13, the cancellation request was made on 08/05/13, and this was not a problem.

The other order which was placed on the 06/04/13, the Customer service team repeatedly asked for proof of early cancellation and there was correspondence about this on the 03/05, 08/05, 09/05 until they finally received the requested clarification from you on 10/05 when cancellation was made.

A full refund for both orders is being arranged within the 30 working days from the date you originally asked for cancellation, and this in accordance with the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when the orders were placed.

There is no necessity to contact any Consumer protection agencies, as there is no contravention of the rules and your reimbursement will be done, as per the date given by the German Customer service team.

Meanwhile, the offending contact numbers have been removed, and I am sending you my contact details for Forums.

Unacceptabe blackmail to get my money back after I cancelled my order the next day

I put an order on Infurn for a table and chairs. I found out the next day that delivery time was to be longer than 4 months. I cancelled the order and received an email acknowledging the cancellation.
4 or 5 days later a promotional gift was delivered to a neighbor while I was away.
Infurn now expects me to pay shipment back or to pay for the gift or they won't reimburse me.
The box is unopened and can be collected by UPS anytime. It is not my responsibility to pay for anything after I cancelled my order, and after cancellation was confirmed.
I was not expecting any delivery and did not sign for it.
I do no want to pay for this gift or pay for its shipment back , infurn sent it after they confirmed cancellation.

I want my money back. This is despicable, coercive commercial behaviour.

Having checked your order, I can see you requested an early cancellation within the first week of placing the order.

With the order included a free promotional item, and this was sent out with the best of intentions quickly to you, in fact within the very first week of placing the order.

The usual company policy in the Terms and Conditions, with regard to Returns does stipulate that if you wish to return your purchase, as an EU customer you can do so within 7 days of the delivery date and providing the product is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged and you will receive a full refund.
Return transportation costs for the return shipping of the product are not covered.

It was this clause which was applied to your case.

However, we do recognize that it was an early cancellation and that the sound and fair solution is to refund the full amount to you.

This will be done shortly, and we have sent you today email confirmation of this.

Get yourself together!!!

It is such a shame that this company is such a mess!!!! I thought it was all a fraud until after 6 months they finally delivered the lamp that I ordered. I thought I had lost my money but thank god it was only a huge huge delay. Please get your act together and do something about your logistics!

Warning, do not buy and pay up-front from INFURN!

I placed the two orders and payed in full in April 2012, 22531 SEK. In December they finally agreed that they will not deliver anything. Only after contacting a legal adviser at Konsument Europa / ECC Sweden, INFURN returned the full payment in April 2013. I consider the company to be nothing but fraudulent.

Thank you for your comments but we must disagree with your viewpoint.

Yes, we do require Customers to pay up-front as do many other comparable on-line companies. This is customary in the UK and in line with EU law and there is nothing wrong with this.

Upon checking your particular order, the records show that there was an issue with regard to a container which arrived at the warehouse containing damaged goods and hence the subsequent non-delivery in this instance. All of the customers involved were offered an open claim or refund.

You were also offered this and accepted a refund and although it exceeded the standard refund period for which we do apologize, you would still have been reimbursed whether you had decided to consult a legal adviser or not.

Your money was paid back to you, there was no fraud.

Keine Lieferung, Kein Geld zurück

Ich habe im Mai 2012 zwei Barcelona Chairs bei Infurn bestellt.
Diese wurden nie geliefert. Endlich nach 10 Monaten und mind. 20 Beschwerden via Mail (Telefon geht ins Leere) hat sich jmd. im März 2013 per Telefon von Infurn bei mir zurück gemeldet, Kauf wird rückabgewickelt. Sry für die lange Wartezeit.
In meinem Kundenkonto (sichtbar auf der Infurn-Seite) ist Kauf auch storniert, lediglich mein Geld, 838,50 EUR, habe ich bis heute nicht zurück bekommen.

niet zo goed

Het is erg jammer dat het allemaal zo lang moet duren met infurn.com. Het lijkt alsof dat het grootste probleem is want ik lees verder niemand die klaagt over slechte kwaliteit.
