Still Infurniating

I originally ordered my beanbag at the start of November 2011, from Pigsback. This has since proved to have been a mistake. As you might guess from a quick perusal of this page, it did not arrive on week 53, as I was hoping, or indeed on any numbered week so far. I did, however, receive a lot of false hope. This included an email from Pigsback, who got their trotters burned themselves, that featured this correspondence from Infurn to one of their staffers:

"Our whole INFURN team in every department is doing everything in their power to deliver the Beanbag to you with/ around X-mas Time."

I can only assume that this was the hold-up problem - with every member of the Infurn family individually stuffing John's beanbag, they just didn't have time to make any others.

At the moment, my delivery estimate is halted at Week 4, with no tracking number in sight. I do hope to receive a reply from Infurn now and really hope that they have "noted my comments", perhaps that they have "actioned this as a priority" or even that they are "part of the new management team". Most of all though, I hope they send me my bleeding beanbag.
