Shocking lack of customer service from Infurn. Ordered a beanbag from this company via Groupon in November. Promised it would be delivered by Christmas. Bean Bag of course didn't arrive. Contacted Infurn who then told me it would be delayed. Why didn't they inform people they couldn't meet their promised dates and offer refunds straight away??? Ruined Christmas presents.
Subsequently changed my dates for arrival of beanbag. Got to second date. Again, Infurn didn't email me to tell me this has changed. Eventually contacted Groupon who refunded me the original cost of the beanbag. Contacted Infurn again who sent out another automated reply that they would get back to me. Still waiting on my refund of postage and packaging.
I imagine the company directors are living it up in the Caribbean, laughing at those who bought beanbags before Christmas and enjoying the free money they've received for postage and packaging.
Appalling customer service. Will never, ever, ever buy anything from this company again.
