I ordered for around 1,500 euros of goods in April 2012. In December, not having any information about the delivery, I requested the payback of this order. The customer service - via a certain [Name removed] - has been answering to my 6 emails since then by messages saying "the payment should be done within a week". When I asked a confirmation of the payment back, they argued a broken scanning machine. I have now asked my lawyer to sue infurn. This company is either a fraud or the worst ecommerce website I know. ------ You either do not have my phone number or are just kidding me again as I received no call from you. My lawyer has your phone number however and is handling the case.
