Worst experience ever

We have ordered a chair in March 2012. However, wrong version was delivered and it was damaged. It took us almost 3 weeks to arrange that the chair was picked up. After this we received a confirmation that the chair was received by infurn and the money would be reimbursed. We are still waiting for this to happen, although we have made several phone calls and sent endless emails. It is so very disappointing.
Please never order here!
