Is Infurn a lottery, a great company with very poor customer service or a swindle?
I recently wrote on several forum bad things about Infurn - you may still find a couple of them - I was disapppointed because like many other people I experienced the same story: order in August 2012, postponed delivery in December, 10% credit note, wrong DHL numbers, no delivery at the due date, sent e-mails, no answers, went on forums, read all the comments and arrive to same conclusion: I have been screwed - posted my bad comments on several forums.
Except that: I put my comments on a Saturday and on Monday I got a call from the shipping company and got my three Arne Jacobsen Leather Armchairs on Wednesday morning - 7 months after my order.
So what can i say: Did I win the lottery? Is Infurn finally a company providing good products but with a "to be improved" customer service?
I can't say anymore Infurn could be a swindle or a Ponzi Sheme, since personally i got my armchairs. So this comments is more at the attention to the Infurn customer service: Everybody is going on your website because it's very well done and attractive- so you have a huge potential of great customers and business. but please just improve your communication, customer service and experience, and internal process and methods, answer to all these customers who trusted you - refund them if you can't deliver, and you wil get more positive comments, repeat business and profit than ever. Because when, as a customer, you finally get your products, you can only say "Thank you". But when you feel that you won the lottery, you can just say "Oh I was lucky this time". And you stop playing. Bulding a great company with repeat business is not an easy way, but it always pays at the end of the day. So take care of your customers and improve your communication and internal methods.

PS: I am still waiting for the Arne Jacobson leather stool due to be delivered this week in a separate order....
