After this rating, the same day I received a call from Valerie with an expected schedule for delivery (wait and seeā€¦) and a lot of explanations (escuses are made to use).

    Further to our telephone conversation today,

    Please accept our apologies for the delay in response to your earlier messages.

    However, having checked your order it shows that your Achille Castiglioni Arco lamp marble has been sent and is due to arrive within the next 2/3 weeks.

    Although the tracking code is not showing up-dated delivery status, closer to the arrival date our freight provider will be in contact with you in advance to make the necessary delivery arrangements.

    We have noted your concerns with regard to lack of communication and will look to address this.
