I am so annoyed with the poor customer service of Infurn. I have put an order in May2012 and still waiting for my product. I never get any reasnable explanation from them and no clear answer. They don't even bother to reply to the emails or call you back when you contact them.
Just imagine how much moneey they get from all the orders as soon as you place your orders and never delivery any product. even if they delivery after a year it's still huge money they have in their account to do their business.
I will never buy anything from this company again and I never recommend it to anyone.

Further to our discussion today, and after checking the item details with the warehouse, we regret that there is an issue with your particular order which caused the delay.
This does not mean that Infurn never delivers any product. In fact, some 2000-3000 items per week are sent to Customers, and this does not include Beanbags which numbers some 540 per week. Inevitably, with this volume, some issues will arise, be it with Suppliers, Manufacturers, Logisitics, IT or Customer service.
We are continually striving for improvements and we are listening to your comments.
In your particular case, we do apologise for the problems, we have offered an open claim or refund, and you decided upon reimbursement which will be actioned.
