3 months and still no chair is becoming to appear as more and more of a paper-product. I ordered a chair that said 5 days delivery time. I've now waited...wait for it... 4 months... and after a fem mails with their customer-support they have stopped replied...
An overall bad experience after pushing the buy button. Move on and pay a few extra dollars/euro and actually get your stuff.

Infurn replied to me based on the review and told me they lost the tracking id. I replied to that mail 5 days ago - still no answer. And still nothing regarding that chair.

    I have tried to contact you today with regard to your order.
    Having check the order, it does show that the item has been sent, and should have arrived by now. As this is not the case, we are making investigations with Logistics and will let you know the results of this.
