With regard to your particular order, although you have waited longer than expected, it shows that your goods now have a tracking code. Your chair is due to arrive this month, with estimated 3 weeks delivery time.
I have emailed you confirming this and we hope on this basis, you will decide to wait a little longer.
Please know that there is no swindle involved because, if for any reason, delivery were not possible, then of course you would be fully reimbursed.
