Slow response to emails, 3 and half months later still no product

I ordered a product in december with a delivery date of 22nd March, I have not heard anything or had a response to my emails. Rather disappointing

    Thank you for your comments,

    Your message of 31st March has been responded to, a little later due to the Easter holiday period.

    However, we spoke today also, and having checked your order, we have informed you of the up-dated Delivery status in mid May.

    Although the date dropped back from March, the revised delivery date is still within the standard 10 - 18 week time frame, and we trust this is satisfactory.
