Operations deserve more attention

I have placed an order back in November 2012.
I was informed to expect the delivery in March, so I waited patiently (while the visa card debit was immediate...).
Now the order status mentions a tracking number pointing to DHL. But DHL mentions this tracking number does notbelong to them.
I have sent mails to support but there is no answer, neither call back. I am seriously doubting I will ever see my goods (or my money).

Following your telephone call

I want to thank you for calling, and confirming my order is on its way. It is unfortunate that the only way to receive those feedbacks are via forum on the web and that the normal web contact from your site does not answer.

I have acknoledged your confirmation that my order has been shipped and should be delivered withing 2-3 weeks latest. The fact that you cannot provide a transportation reference nor confirm the transportation company seems strange to me, and I still not fully reasured. I still want to trust everything will work well and will no doubt edit again my review when I receive the sofa.

Update on 20/April
I have now received the sofa.
Delivery was very nicely arranged and the sofa is very nice. And I had a telephone call from infurn following delivery to confirm if everything went fine.
Final experience is good.
It is just so unfortunate the contact during the process was difficult. You need to uplift capacity of the people answering messages that customers sent to you via your wed site, and experience would have been very good

    Further to our telephone conversation the other day and my subsequent email confirmation, I would like to reassure you that your sofa has been sent within the standard delivery time, and should arrive with you within the next 2-3 weeks.

    It is regrettable that the tracking code is not up-dating with correct information, but Logistics will be in touch with you in advance to make the necessary delivery arrangements.
