On September 16th my Dad bought Charles Eames chairs from this company with an expected delivery time of 4-6 weeks. When he hadn´t received any chairs in December I contacted the company who got back to me in late January confirming they had a delay (no shit...) and that they promised to get back to me ASAP with an updated delivery date. I contacted them again in February asking about the progress only to get a response that they still didn´t know an exact delivery date. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The promised to give me a refund within 30 days. I have numerous times tried to have them call back to me but they have not done it.
As of April 28th, 7 months after the initial order, my dad has has not received the refund. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD and I just wish I had a physical address so that I could have a "gentle sitdown" with these guys. Tomorrow, I will report this company to the Swedish Police and I will also contact Mastercard so that they will take action and shut down their possibility to rip someone else of.
I requested a callback not an email response. I have also been sitting with my mobilephone in my hand and you have not tried to call me today, I can assure you.
As promised, I have today contacted both Mastercard and the European Consumer Rights Association. They will take action against Infurn.com.
Stop ripping people off and focus on the only thing you should do right now and that is to take care of all the refunds that people have requested.
Further to your comments, I can assure you that I have tried to call the number on the order today, as this was the only number I have. As there was no response, I have now left a voicemail message to inform you the reimbursement as been actioned.
I am also sending an email message to confirm this.

The standard delivery for these chairs is 10 - 12 weeks, and as delivery was not made within the allotted time frame, a cancellation and refund was requested which we regret is indeed overdue and for which please accept our apologies.
Although you say you were not called back, email responses were sent 11.02.13 and 04.04.13. We are sorry for the delay with the refund but there is no fraud involved.
We have however requested urgent action be taken to rectify the matter and we will email you shortly to confirm this.
