ALDRIG KØB PÅ INFURN.

Jeg nåede desværre at købe noget hos infurn inden jeg så deres anmeldelser herinde og nu har jeg mistet 4000 kr på varer jeg aldrig får, selvom jeg afbestilte ordren 2 dage efter jeg bestilte dem... Jeg skulle have modtaget varen i maj men har intet modtaget eller hørt fra dem og de svare ikke på min mail.
LAD VÆR MED AT KØB NOGET.

    Thank you for your comments on Trustpilot. I called today and left a voicemail message to see if we can discuss your order.

    We apologize that you did not receive a response to your earlier email, and despite reading reviews which may have adversely influenced your opinion,your lamps are still due to arrive.

    If there was any reason whereby delivery were not possible,then of course you would be fully paid back in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

    All Customers receive their goods, or else are refunded.

    The standard delivery time is 10 - 18 weeks and your order is currently at week 17.
    I have checked the order details and although a little late, the items are due to arrive in July.

    After week 18, and due to the delay, you are entitled to bonus credit as compensation on your account, which can be activated by logging into your Customer account, with email address and Password.

    I have sent you my contact details, you are welcome to email or discuss your order at any time.
