Ganz einfach Betrug

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Lampe bei Infurn bestellt. Es ist eine Bestellung vom 21.3.2013.
Nach dreimaligem Hinhalten und Versprechen, dass die Ware in Kontainern bald ankommt und an die Kunden verteilt wird, habe ich immernoch nichts gesehen.
Nun habe ich in einer Mail erstmal mein Geld zurückgefordert, mal schauen was passiert. Ansonsten werde ich andere Wege einleiten. Es sind ja genug Vorgehensweisen im Netz beschrieben.

    Thank you for your comments with regard to your order for the Jean Prouvé Potence Wall Lamp.

    Although the lamp has taken longer than expected to arrive for which we apologize, but there is no scam involved. Whilst it is unfortunate that your particular item was delayed, please bear in mind that hundreds of other items are continually being delivered to Customers each week, with increased deliveries of seasonal goods throughout the Christmas period.

    We are sorry that in your case we are unable to expedite your order. We checked in Stock to see if the same or a similar lamp was available to send quickly, and as there was none, we have reluctantly accepted your cancellation request today, and put in writing details of the refund guideline policy.
