I go on with my so bad adventure with INFURN. I ordered on 4 December 2013 and cancelled the same order on 6 December. Infurn acknowledged the cancellation on 6, then on 12 Dec 2013 and wrote that it would be reimbursed before one month, at the latest on 12 January 2014. They are already late for one more month, and don't even answer to my mails. Just do not trust them ! But I won't leave them quiet, because the owe me the refund of my money,as the owe so many people their money back.
Let's stand united and begin a lawsuit if they do not comply with the law! See you later,

    Thank you for your comment.
    You ordered on the 04.12.2013, and according to our terms and conditions we deliver with 10-18 weeks, you could therefore expect your order latest around the 9th of April 2014, so we did not in any way exceed our own time frame.

    However, you did not find the time frame satisfactory, therefore you requested a cancellation which we approved, and also sent you a confirmation on email regarding this.
    You have been made aware of our refund policy which is 30 days, inline with the EU law - and you have therefore been made aware of the end date for your refund.

    Your refund is being processed with our finance department.
