Outrageous- Don't buy anything with INFURN, you will never receive your item and never get your money back!
I ordered an item in Dec 2012 and was supposed to have the delivery within one month. A year later, I still have not received the item and despite chasing and them committing to a refund (in July), i still don't have my money back. Very bad customer service, disappointing and I will now share my extremely bad experience on all websites, blogs and magazines, facebook as this is unacceptable!
Your answer below is still unacceptable and does not give any timeline about the refund although we are 12 months after the order was made what a lack of professionalism!! give me my money back!

It is however not true to say you will never receive your item or money back.
We have checked your order today and although you placed the order in December last year, unless it was an In Stock item, we are surprised that you expected your chair to be delivered within one month, as the standard delivery time is 10 -18 weeks and this is advertised on our website.
Nevertheless, your cancellation request was accepted and it is overdue. We have asked Finance to deal with the matter as a matter of priority, and will inform you as soon as the refund has been actioned.
We are sorry for the wait Dorothee, but you will get your money back.
