I ordered a charles eames plastic chair in JANUARY (03.01.13) and I still haven't got it!! I have tried, and still are trying, to contact them, without any results at all... Their service are really bad!
In regards to your order I would like to apologise for the delay in response to emails due to the Christmas period customer service are experience high volume of queries.
That being stated upon investigation it appears you chair was sent in August and was to be delivered to yourself. As you have confirmed via email you have received the lamp that was apart of the same order. Nevertheless I have followed up the matter with logistics department to request a proof of delivery of the item. I am currently waiting on a response with requested information, and as advised during our telephone conversation this morning I will inform you all updates on the matter.
I apologise for the situation and look forward to having matter resolved swiftly.
