Well Valerie !!!! where is the money ???? I canceld the order in September and last time you promised to make this a priority matter and so on and so on.....Why not just tell me straight that:; Dear Erik...we have lied to you and we have stolen you money ! Since thats what is is.....Or im i Wrong ?????
Thank you for your comment and I am sorry to hear that you say we have stopped taking your calls and emails. Upon checking the notes, apparently you had twice requested no contact until the refund was made, and on both occasions the Customer service Team respected your wishes, this is why you did not receive their response.
However, the order was cancelled in September and we do apologize that the refund is indeed overdue. We have today asked Finance to deal with the refund as a matter of priority, and we will come back shortly to confirm the refund action.
Sorry it is delayed but you will receive your money back.
