Mooie fauteuils!

Eindelijk heb ik de seba fauteuils na 4 maanden wachten ontvangen. De fauteuils zijn echt heel erg mooi en we zijn er heel blij mee. Ze waren echt super goedkoop dus het wachten zeker wel waard!!!

good prices I guess

The good thing about infurn are the prices. There are not many places where you can buy nice designer furniture for a good price and receive stuff of very good quality. The bad thing is they make you wait 6 months which in my opinion is too long!!

Good buy

The chairs I bought from infurn.com are very nice. Yes it takes long before it is delivered but I guess thats what you get when you order designer furniture for such a low price. I will buy from them again.

Per chi esige il massimo

Quando si parla di casa e mobili non transigo. Voglio solo il meglio per me e a mia famiglia e infurn mi ha dato la qualità che cercavo. Mobili di una qualità superiore. L'ultimo acquisto è stato un set di lampade, un dvano e un tavolino per la sala e non posso che esserne entusiasta.

Please think if you want to wait 6 months for your furniture

I bought my 3 chairs January 5th 2013.... here it is May 5th and they claim ...end of may...maybe beginning of June? who waits 6 months for furniture?

this place is the worst... go elsewhere... really anywhere else...

Due monde sofa....loving it!

I ordered the due monde sofa on infurn.com about 6 months ago and I received it at home 2 weeks ago. Yes, it took long but I absolutely love the sofa!!! You know that the furniture are copies of designer furnitures so you never know about the quality but the sofa is super comfortable and very good quality.

Duurt te lang....

Heb je meubels besteld bij infurn en ben je bang dat ze niet meer bezorgd worden? Vrees niet. De tafel die ik 8 maanden geleden besteld heb is eindelijk bezorgd. Na heel veel op en neer bellen en mailen werd me verteld dat er wat fout was gegaan in het productieproces. Ik wist dat het langer zou gaan duren dan een normale winkel aangezien ze bij infurn het product maken nadat je het besteld maar 8 maanden dat is toch wel erg lang.

De tafel, ik ben er erg blij mee en de prijs was erg goed. Zouden ze wat efficienter werken en wat sneller bezorgen dan zou ik zeker weer bestellen.

Servizio decoroso anche se non velocissimo

Ho avuto un esperienza abbastanza piacevole tutto sommato, ho dovuto però aspettare un mesetto in più per la mia consegna avendo acquistato un letto nuovo, magari la consegna è stata più lenta invece che per altri oggetti più piccoli. Consigliato, ma spero che miglioreranno il loro servizi di trasporti.

Very very slow delivery.... But no Scam

I finally received my two chairs which I ordered almost a year ago. Reading the bad reviews at trust pilot and in the press convinced me that I had fallen victim to an Internet credit card scam. I had basically come to accept that I'd never see my chairs or get my money back. It did Not help that the "support" team kept insisting that it was a quality control issue which caused the delay... Since obviously so many other customers were reporting the same excuse.

However out of the blue, last month only one chair was delivered....and 3 weeks later the second finally arrived.... The quality and finish is very good and they do look and feel great.

My advice to Infurn would be to stop the BS and be upfront about the extremely long delivery times and perhaps post on your website an apology and a convincing explanation on what is going on. Then I might even consider buying again. Meanwhile I hope my story may comfort those still waiting....

On the 12’Th of April, I received delivery of the two Ottoman's, but no chair. On the 13’Th of April, I was called up by your customer service, which claimed that I had not received any delivery. I told them that the delivery was completed for the Ottoman’s, and asked for the missing chair. The guy calling me (email address: <private data removed>), told me that the chair was already in the country (Norway) and that it would be delivered within shortly. The chair has not been delivered and I haven’t heard from you since. I have tried sending you several mails and ordered a phone call from you through your system, and no one has called me back. I have also been in contact with FedEx to see if they have a shipment for me without luck. Please contact me so I can get some information.

When looking more closely at the Eames Ottoman, I saw that you have delivered the wrong product. I ordered the partly polished version, and have received the full black version. As the cartons and the transportation documents are at a different location than me, I have not been able to take picture of it, as you demand to be able to even complain. Be sure that all pictures will be sent within shortly. I expect full return of both products at your expense and money back if the matching chair will be delivered in another finish. It they match (and then they would NOT be in the finish I ordered), I expect a partial refund of money. Please contact me to sort out what to be done.

Today I received two invoices from FedEx – One for 802 NOK and the other one for 839 NOK – both freight and customs costs. I made the purchase from you including transportation and taxes paid. Your webpage also states “Transportkostnader er inkludert med mindre annen informasjon blir oppgitt”. Nothing else have been communicated to me. These invoices will not be paid by me.

Please contact FedEx urgently to clear the invoices from my name. I expect a confirmation from you that this has been done urgently.
If this is not settled within this week, I will just urge FedEx to take contact with you, as I have not ordered products with me as responsible for freight and customs costs.

Please contact me ASAP.

We discussed your order yesterday and in respect of your queries, we would like to respond as follows:-

We checked with logistics for the chair which has not yet arrived. It had been sent slightly later than the other two items and we informed you that it is due to arrive within 2 weeks time.

You say you have received the full black version instead of the partly polished ottoman. We have requested photos for verification and upon receipt of these, we will of course take the appropriate action.

In respect of your query for the 2 invoices - These are not for Transportation costs, our prices include free delivery and you have not been charged for this. Our prices, however, do not include VAT and Customs for Norway (non EU country ). Here,it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay Norwegian VAT and toll costs prior to delivery. This is Norwegian law.

I understand you felt you were not made aware of this, but it is displayed on the checkout page on the website that prices are exclusive of VAT. We have, however, requested you to forward us a copy of one invoice which you say shows differently and we will look into this also.

I have sent email confirmation of our discussion yesterday and we will continue to assist where possible to resolve any outstanding problems.

At December 2012 i've bought a table at Infurn. The first delivery date was May 2013 and now they are telling me that my table will be postponed two months. Now I know that I wont gone have MY table (whose i paid for) either my money.

The standard delivery time is 10 - 18 weeks and your order is at present week 18.

As shown in the Terms and conditions delays do sometimes occur when goods fail to pass the quality control checks. Strict checks are necessary and we do offer a
5 year warranty on the goods.

Unfortunately, due to quality control there is a slight delay with your order and upon checking today, the Customer service agent has been in touch with you to advise that the item is due to arrive by mid June. You are entitled to 10% bonus credit for the wait.

Utrolig dårlig service

Bestilte en Arne Jacobsen stol hos Infrun og fik også en stol indenfor 1½ uge efter bestilling.

MEN desværre var det den forkerte stol, og når jeg rettede henvendelse til dem, så skrev de bare dårlige undskyldninger. Jeg har nu ventet i +1.5 måned og har ingen løsning eller ordenligt svar fået, selvom jeg har skrevet til dem adskillige gange... :(

Har blivit lurad!

Jag skickade ett mail till supporten om att jag ville avbeställa min order. Detta gjordes inom en vecka efter att beställningen gjordes. De var väldigt snabba på att dra pengarna ifrån mitt konto men återkoppling verkar inte existera. Jag gjorde avbeställningen inom en vecka och enligt deras "pengarna tillbaka garanti" ska jag erhålla hela beloppet i retur. Jag bör iaf få en bekräftelse på att de mottagit min avbeställning. Har skickat flera mail, beställt uppringningstid, ringt telefonnumret som bara hänvisar till den mailadress som jag redan skickat till. Inte hört ett dyft! Det komiska av allt är att på deras hemsida finns en videofilm som handlar om deras fantastiska team och deras fantastiska kundservice. Där säger de: Vi tycker det är viktigt med den personliga kontakten osv...vilket skämt!
Så här behandlar man inte sina kunder!
Huvudkontor i London, konto i Madrid, websajt på svenska...ja nåt skumt är det iaf.
Tyvärr lutar det åt en polisanmälan och jag tänker inte ge mig förrän jag har fått mina pengar tillbaka.

Værd at vente på!

Jeg bestilte min lænestol og to spisestole vel vidende, at der ville være tre måneders standard leveringstid. Lænestolen har været næsten en år undervejs, spisebordstolene var kun lidt forsinket, men nu er det hele kommet inkl. den sækkestol jeg fik som kompensation. Jeg er undervejs gentagne gange blevet ringet op af kundeservice der informerede om status på min ordre, og har kun talt med venlige, imødekommende mennesker. Ja, der har været meget lang leveringstid, men nu har jeg tre fede designstole, som jeg ikke ville ha haft råd til ellers. Så jeg er super glad og klar til at købe hos Infurn igen. Mit råd til andre er, at bestille med tanke på at der går ca et halvt år før levering, og hvis folk er utilfredse synes jeg de sku købe originalerne i stedet, dem får man med det samme. Man kan ikke få både i pose og sæk og det er ventetiden værd - se mit profilfoto!

Poor Service Continues

Yesterday I already commented on the Service. After I have received the reply I thought that maybe some of the comments maid were to hard.
Since then I have tried several times to upload the pictures according to the instructions I was given yesterday. The result I receive an error that reads as follows :

syntax error - ungültiges zeichen

As I have uploaded two pictures (which I had already sent to the Support email address in my first complaint) in a jpg. format each not exceeding the size of 111 KB I cannot understand this error message.
In order to solve this issue I tried to ring via the given support telephone number, which still only gives Spanish instructions followed by an English message that the voice box cannot except any more messages.
I honestly do not understand why I am not able to address my complaint via telephone as this would help me to get on with my daily business and keeps me from having to write mails hoping that someone will respond.
This lack of customer service should be a warning and does not at all represent the products INFURN wants to sell.

bad service, good couch!

Ik heb de bestelde meubels na 4 maanden ontvangen. 4 maanden bezorgtijd is echt belachelijk lang maar de meubels zijn wel van zeer goede kwaliteit en wanneer ik de klantenservice emailde kreeg ik tenminste wel binnen een paar dagen antwoord. Ik zal weer bestellen als ik geen haast heb en ze goede aanbiedingen hebben.

Total fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

On September 16th my Dad bought Charles Eames chairs from this company with an expected delivery time of 4-6 weeks. When he hadn´t received any chairs in December I contacted the company who got back to me in late January confirming they had a delay (no shit...) and that they promised to get back to me ASAP with an updated delivery date. I contacted them again in February asking about the progress only to get a response that they still didn´t know an exact delivery date. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The promised to give me a refund within 30 days. I have numerous times tried to have them call back to me but they have not done it.

As of April 28th, 7 months after the initial order, my dad has has not received the refund. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD and I just wish I had a physical address so that I could have a "gentle sitdown" with these guys. Tomorrow, I will report this company to the Swedish Police and I will also contact Mastercard so that they will take action and shut down their possibility to rip someone else of.

I requested a callback not an email response. I have also been sitting with my mobilephone in my hand and you have not tried to call me today, I can assure you.

As promised, I have today contacted both Mastercard and the European Consumer Rights Association. They will take action against Infurn.com.

Stop ripping people off and focus on the only thing you should do right now and that is to take care of all the refunds that people have requested.

The standard delivery for these chairs is 10 - 12 weeks, and as delivery was not made within the allotted time frame, a cancellation and refund was requested which we regret is indeed overdue and for which please accept our apologies.

Although you say you were not called back, email responses were sent 11.02.13 and 04.04.13. We are sorry for the delay with the refund but there is no fraud involved.

We have however requested urgent action be taken to rectify the matter and we will email you shortly to confirm this.

Infurn ett totalt bluff företag

Beställde i oktober 2012 och missade att läsa att det var 18 v leveranstid.
Nu är det slutet april och efter att ha fått en antal email svar av olika personer som menar att logistiken inte fungerar men den skall vara på gång. Flera gånger har de gett förseningsanledningar som är helt fel bara födröjningstaktik.
Lovat att varan var på väg upp till Sverige för ca 2 månader sedan. Skickat 5 email utan svar. Nu senast skulle den gå från någonstans, var ifrån vet vi inte den 11 april för leverans inom 2 v. Inget hört sett eller fått svar.
Passa er för detta bluff företag, de lovar höga rabatter och tar dina pengar direkt men sen är allt slut vad gäller kundservice. AKTA ER FÖR INFURN.COM oavsett vad de skriver det är bluff alltihop. Vill man häva köpet så kostar det massor, så jag förstår att de tjänar pengar. Har kopplat in juridisk hjälp, de borde inte finnas på nätet.
Svaret nedan vad det jag fick för 1 månad sedan så det var inga nyheter. Vilket företag vet inte var deras varor är någonstans och när de skall anlända. Valerie fick i uppgift att kolla tre gånger om var stolen är. Nu var det bara fördröjnings snack igen det är vad de kan på Infurn.com. Leverera och ta reda på fakta kan de absolut inte, har inte ens amatör nivå på servicen. AKTA ER NOGA.

Som ni kan läsa nedan säger Valerie att godset är på väg och i Sverige om 2-3 veckor. Igår kom email från Rasmus som säger att det är på väg o leverans om 3-5 veckor. Ingen vet var det befinner sig och alla ger olika besked.
Det är så dålig kundservice som det bara kan vara, passa er noga för detta företag.

Ok så...

Jeg vil ikke lægge skjul på at jeg kom til at vente længe på mine 3 stole. Dog har jeg nu fået dem, og de er fine. Der manglede en skrue, som jeg straks har fået tilsendt.. desuden har jeg fået kompensation i form af en fin sækkestol, som jeg også har fået, så her på det seneste har jeg været tilfreds med firmaet! De vender tilbage med det samme, så jeg tænker at der måske er ved at være styr på produktionen, og jeg håber at alle får de produkter de har betalt for! Jeg er ihvertilfælde indstillet på godt at kunne sende bud efter møbler derfra en anden gang

Man blir ganska tveksam!

Min beställning är bara ett par veckor gammal. Man blev mycket tveksam redan ett par dagar efter beställningen, när man såg att Infurn hade en ny kampanj med 30% rabatt i bara 48 timmar! Och nu när jag skriver står det på deras sida att det på nytt är 30% rabatt fram till midnatt den 26/4!!! Vad är det för något? Hur kan man lita på ett sådant förfarande?!
Det konstiga är att procedurerna är helt OK. Orderbekräftelsen kommer genast och det är också gott om informativ text. Men något svar på mitt första mail med frågan om leveransen fick bara ett automatiskt svar "att frågan skulle bearbetas". Så nu har jag skickat nytt mail., för något riktigt svar har jag ännu inte fått. Skall man göra polisanmälan, månne? Om jag inte får svar inom en vecka så gör jag det.

I am sorry that due to the current heavy workload of enquiries, you did not receive a quicker response to your enquiry and that this has caused you concern. However, your enquiry has now been addressed. The standard delivery time as shown on the Infurn website is 10-18 weeks and the planned delivery time showing on your order is within this time frame.

To keep a track on your order's progress, we ask Customers to go to the Infurn website and to their Customer account with User name and Password. We can forward these details to you if you require, but of course you are still welcome to contact us for any queries.

We do realize that response time to Customers' queries is an important factor and recent changes have been made, and much effort has been employed on the Customer Service Team to regulate and improve upon this aspect. We now have an appointed call back system and do try to answer written queries within 48 hours, although this is not always possible.

With regard to your comments about online Reductions - We use promotional aids to sales and make maximum use of marketing tools and strategies, as do many comparable online companies, and there is nothing wrong with this. In fact, many prospective Customers like to browse over several days looking for optimum price and value for their money before they purchase.

Keep your hands away from INFURN!

Week 35 2012 we ordered and paid for 4x Arne Jacobsen chairs and 1x Poul Henningsen lamp. It took more than 20 weeks (!) until the lamp arrived, but until today (25th April wk 17) the 4x chairs still haven't arrived.

I have written to Infurn several times, but I never get a response from the company and when I try to call them (I live in Germany, but there is only a UK number) there is never anyone answering the phone, but only a message is Spanish. According to their Terms & Condition, when more than 34 weeks have passed we are entitled to 100% refund of the money we have paid for the goods not delivered, but as said - no one responds to our e-mails or answers the phone.

In summary - keep your hands away from Infurn - the goods either arrive months later (if you are lucky) or you will never see the goods and the money you paid for them.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in response and for the longer than expected delivery time for the chairs but having checked, they are due to be delivered to you next month.

Whilst we acknowledge it has been a long wait, you will receive the chairs.

Please also know, there is no question about it, if for any reason delivery was not possible, then a refund would be applicable. Customers either receive their goods, or are reimbursed.

SVINDLERE!

Jeg bestilte flere lamper fra Infurn i juni 2012 og etter flere forsinkelser ble de første levert i februar 2013. To av lampene er fremdeles ikke levert i skrivende stund. (24. april 2013). Da jeg mottok de første lampene viste det seg at den ene har en så stor produksjonsfeil at jeg ikke kan montere lampen engang! Jeg klaget umiddelbart men fikk ikke noe svar.

Så kom de to neste lampen som var fulle av bulker og sår i metallskjermen. De er helt ødelagt og kan ikke brukes (og det er ikke pga frakten da de var pakket i store trekasser og med isopor rundt seg!). Jeg purret og sendte igjen flere nye eposter, hvor jeg klaget på de nye to lampene også og varslet at jeg ville heve kjøpet om de ikke svarte meg snart. Hvilket de ikke gjorde.

Nå har det gått to måneder siden jeg klagde første gang, og det eneste svaret jeg har fått som kom forrige uke, er at jeg kan forvente snarlig levering av de to gjenstående lampene og at de ikke kan gi meg pengene mine tilbake, siden lampene er sendt fra fabrikken (!) De kommenterer ikke engang at de har levert meg ødelagte varer, og jeg har sendt dem flere bilder som tydelig viser skadene og produksjonsfeilen.

Jeg kommer nå til å levere inn politianmeldelse på dem her i Norge for svindel.

Infurn er SVINDLERE fra ende til annen, og jeg fant nylig ut at det er opprettet politisak på dem både i Danmark og i Tyskland!

SÅ IKKE KJØP NOE SOM HELST HERFRA !!!!!!

25.04: Takk Valerie, jeg står fremdeles på at dere svindler folk, og at det skulle bare mangle at jeg får pengene mine tilbake! Men jeg må altså legge ut en anmeldelse her hvor jeg skriver om svindelen deres FØR DERE GIDDER Å REAGERE! Og jeg venter i spenning på hvorvidt pengene mine faktisk blir tilbakeført. Har sett andre her inne som fortsatt venter etter flere måneder...

With regard to the faulty ones, we will of course either offer an open claim to re-order or else a refund.

The last 2 lamps are on the way to you, upon arrival we can also establish the most suitable course of action for these.

unmögliche Firma, vermutlich betrügerisch !

es Wird sofortige Bezahlung vorab verlangtt.Nach 18 ! Wochen kam vermutl. Automat. generierte mail, daß Lieferung sich um weitere 8 Wo verzögert. Erst nach Ablauf von 34 Wochen Stornierung, und Kostenerstattung erst nach weiteren 30 Tagen Bearbeitungszeit.Ich rate dringend von Bestellungen ab, werde mich im Forum wieder melden, wie Firma sich verhält. Bislang hatte ich auf meine schriftl. Storno noch keine Antwort !!

In respect of your comments on Trustpilot, we have tried to contact you today, with regard to your order. There is no fraud but there is a slight delay in delivery.

The standard delivery time for our goods as shown on the website is 10 - 18 weeks.
At present, there are 19 lapsed weeks, and having checked, the arrival of your Arne Jacobsen Swan Chair is expected at the end of May.

We have offered compensation due to the delay and the German Customer service team have tried to contact you to discuss this.

It worries me that you pay 4 months before your order arrives

I just ordered from infurn for the first time and now i see that the expected delivery time is in the end of August! I all ready paid whick makes me worry if this is a serious web shop. I just sent the support an e-mail but after reading these reviews i'm even more worried. I want my money back or my order within a month.

Yes, we do ask for payment at time of placing the order and this is customary in the UK, as we have to pay suppliers upfront too.

With regard to delivery times, 10 - 18 weeks is standard as shown on the website. This is comparable with other on line companies offering similar type products. If you require a quicker delivery, please check for purchases from the In Stock items.

Although standard delivery may take a little longer than shop bought items, the reproduction designer furniture is made to order and Customers can choose from a wide range and variety of colours, woods, metals, fabrics and size, with skilled hand craftsmanship involved.

All in all we think the wait is well worthwhile.

Ordered in Dec 2012 now April 2013 and delayed till Sep 2013, Nearly a year to deliver! *REFUNDED*

Ordered a light fitting. Initial delivery estimated at 16 weeks (April 2013). on the delivery date further delayed till following September. Nearly a year to deliver is absolutely ridiculous!

*UPDATE*
Infurn have now refunded me the full amount. Although I am pleased with this I am still not happy about the experience. Why is it so hard to contact them? No phone numbers on the site, the numbers on Trustpilot are not manned. Why wait for a complaint on Trustpilot before reaching out??? I even sent emails to the ones quoted on the Infurn site requesting a callback with no response. This is unacceptable. Infurn need to provide more transparency regarding their lead times and keep customers informed of the progress of any orders, especially with the long lead times quoted. Also on the order page the lead times need to be made abundantly clear. Currently they are hidden away on the delivery information page.

slow service

If you don't mind waiting for a long time before your order gets delivered you should order form infurn. Their stuff is cheap and of really good quality but their service isn't the best. I just do not understand why it has to take so long!
