Monatelange Lieferzeiten - letzten Endes aber Ware erhalten

Ich habe am 29.11.2012 eine WAGENFELD-Lampe bestellt.
Liefertermin sollte März 2013 sein.
Zwei Mails mit der Frage nach einem Liefertermin wurden nicht beantwortet.
Vor einiger Zeit tauchte plötzlich statt des Liefertermines eine Tracking-Nr. auf.
Diese ist aber laut DHL nicht gültig.
Mail an INFURN mit Fristsetzung der Lieferung wurde nicht beantwortet.
Habe nun eine Storno-Mail geschickt mit Aufforderung den gezahlten Betrag
zurück zu Überweisen. Bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten.
Sollte die Frist für die Rücküberweisung nicht eingehalten werden, wende ich mich
an den europäischen Verbraucherschutz.

Es geht weiter:
5 Minuten nach dieser Bewertung meldet sich auf einmal eine Dame der Firma INFURN, angeblich rein zufällig - hat nicht mit dieser Bewertung zu tun.
Man hat die Versandfirma geändert, deshalb funktioniert die Tracking-Nr. nicht.

The German Customer service agent has since been in touch with you by phone today and responded to your message of 8th April. She confirmed to you that the lamp has already been sent in March and provided up-dated delivery status details.

Despite the tracking code erroneously showing DHL, the lamp is due to arrive within the next 2/3 weeks and we understand you will wait for this.

Should you require any further assistance, the customer service agent has also emailed you with her contact details for a quick response.

A SCAM!!! - DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. UNA TRUFFA. order AU-111482

Qualche mese fà ho fatto un ordine per un mio cliente Svizzero (order AU-111482).
Merce mai arrivata a destinazione e ordine annullato di conseguenza.
Continue giustificazioni del call center e nessuna risposta attendibile.
Da evitare con cura. UNA TRUFFA!

A few months ago I placed an order for a client of mine Swiss (order AU-111482).
Goods never arrived at their destination and canceled order accordingly.
Continue justifications of the call center and no reliable answer.
Be avoided with care. A SCAM!

We have looked into the order details and a cancellation was requested and a refund was duly made on 07.11.2012.

We understand that you are disputing the actual amount which has been refunded.

An attempted call was made on the 11th April and again today to explain that we have paid back the exact amount that was paid to us and evidence of this will be provided.

There is no scam but rather a misunderstanding which I hope can be resolved shortly.

got the goods today, not bad. hopefully they could improved their customer surpport

Now, I finally get the reply from they, They promise to deliver the goods to me in a month. I thought that is acceptable altitude to deal with the problem.

I hope they could fix the problem of customer surpport, and hopefully my chairs will arrive on time.
We will see later.

It seems like this is the only place I could get answer from this shop.
I find out it after I have made the booking.

The booking was made 30 April . There was no note shows the delivery time during the process of booking and no note about how to cancel the booking. Few days later I realised it will take 4.5 monthes to get the goods. It is much too long for me.

Than I try to get contact with they twice by email 4th April and 9th April. But still get no answer at all.

It shows on a very deep place of their website that you have to cancel the booking in 3 days after the booking if you want. But how could I do it if I can not get any answer from customer support.
I never meet this kind of situation before, Is there any customer support in this company?

There are alway a 30% discount on their websit, and they change the dates for that every several days, which try to catch the customers.
It was very negative experience for me. I do not want to say it is cheating. But I thought the base of the internet bussiness should base on a good reputation and good customer support, not small tricks.

Hopefully I could get some good answer this time.

However, upon checking your order details although the standard delivery time is 10 - 18 weeks as shown on the website, the warehouse have advised that that the 2 sets of chairs are available to be dispatched much earlier than the standard delivery time frame.

Don't Use This Company

Placed order for Egg chair. Received no confirmation regarding delivery. Eventually managed to get a reply via email to be told that delivery would be 12 weeks. Payment taken off credit card, but told that to cancel and refund would take 30 working days. Complained and told by rep <Private data removed> I would receive an immediate refund. Needless to say, I am still waiting for refund to appear. Can't get an answer from customer service. Have now given this matter to Barclaycard to sort put.

Would not recommend this shambolic company.

Good quality but late delivery!

We ordered 3 Wegner-chairs in august 2012. They arrived after 7-8 months, and we got a 10 percent bonus because of the late delivery - very nice!
However, the chairs were very nice and the company who delivered them was flexible and careful.

24 Janvier 2013 - Annulation de la commande en découvrant les délais de livraison, prévu la semaine du 29 Mai 2013.
14 fevrier 2013 - Après plusieurs relances, INFURN me confirme par email que je receverai le remboursement la semaine du 25 Mars 2013.
9 Avril 2013 - Rien recu evidement et silence radio depuis. J'ai malheureusement découvers trop tard les commentaires des autres clients floués. Et confirme qu'il s'agit d'une GROSSE ARNAQUE!!!!!!

There is no scam involved but there is a slight delay with your refund.

With regard to your comments with respect to payment - We do ask for payment at the time of placing the order, our suppliers also ask for payment in advance. We are sorry the delivery time did not conform to your liking but this is clearly shown on our website - 10 - 18 weeks.

We did acknowledge your cancellation request, and on checking the order you were in fact due the refund 28th March (not April), due to the holiday period, this was slightly delayed for which we apologize.

It is being actioned urgently and you will be contacted shortly to confirm this.

En Juillet 2012 , j'ai passé une commande d'une banquette La livraison était prévue pour Novembre 2012. Décembre , j'ai reçu un mail signalant que je recevrai ma commande seulement debut Mars 2013 (Infurn a refusé le colis pour de raisons de qualités) .

Depuis une semaine , sur ma commande il y a un n0 tracking .
En cliquant sur ce numéro , DHL a signalant que ce n'est pas un bon N0 .

J'ai écris à Infurn Lundi mais sans réponse .

Cette entreprise n'est pas sérieuse !

Man skulle have lyttet til andre uheldige kunder!!!

Det er intet mindre end en skandale, at man ikke kan komme i kontakt med INFURN. Bestilte et par sækkestole i juni sidste år - 2012, men har fortsat ikke hørt det mindste til mit køb; slet ikke efter utallige mails til firmaets officielle support adresse. Det er skræmmende og en usandsynlig dårlig og utroværdig måde at drive forretning på. Hjemmesiden lokker fortsat med tilbud, som efter sigende gælder i få timer. Dette ur kører fortsat.
Nu prøver jeg så af denne vej at få firmaet i tale. Kan det mon være jeg får 'lidt valuta' for mine penge.

Thank you for your comments. I have checked your order details and can see you asked us about the beanbag delivery on 17th July and was responded to the very next day on the 18th July 10.41hrs by the customer service agent at the German warehouse who informed you the beanbags had been sent.

Unfortunately, this response generated some 20 automatic emails, thanking us for the enquiry and that you were away on vacation at the time.

With regard to your order, this was placed on 13.06.12 and the order shows that both Beanbags were dispatched with tracking codes, 2 weeks later on 27.06.2012.

We will of course look into the reason as to why you have not received them and find a resolution to the problem.

I have also tried to get in touch with you today on both given numbers and you have just called me back - now we have communicated, that is good!

Overraskende god aftersales service.

wow pleasantly surprised

I found Designfurn .com looking for bean bags for my family.surprised at the staggeringly low price so decided to purchase 2.felt somewhat pressurised as the clock on web page was ticking down indicating to me that the offer was soon to close. However after purchasing two big boy bean bags the clock added more time once the alloted time had passed.I started to become anxious again after reading some terrible reviews written recently complaining of poor customer relations no show on products ordered some even daring to call the company a fraud. This was again enhanced when I was unable to login to the site after receiving an email giving me my login details to track my order. After scrolling down the page I found INFURN .COM where i could log on. I had assumed I needed to go to DESIGNFURN.COM mistake.very misleading .However things took a turn for the better @ today 8th April 6 days after placing my order the two bags arrived ,' very good quality they are @ we are over the moon with the product so much so that I may buy some more .So thankyou very much@ I apologise for thinking that it may all have been a scam.

Wir haben 3 Egg chairs bestellt. 2 davon kamen nach 12 (!) Wochen. Bei dem anderen mussten wir uns noch weitere 6 Wochen gedulden.

Der Kundensupport war sehr nett, wenn er mal erreichbar war.

Betrug

Ich habe im März 2012 einen Sessel bestellt, nach mehrfachen Verzögerungen im Versand mit der Erklärung "die Qualtiät habe nicht den Qualitätskriterien entsprochen und neue Ware musste bestellt werden" wurde mir im November 2012 zugesichtert, dass ich innerhalb von 30 Tagen eine Rückerstattung meines Kaufpreises erhalte. Diese Rückerstattung ist bis heute nicht erfolgt und wird von Frist zu Frist verschoben. Als Gründe werden u.a. genannt: "die Stornierung sei leider nocht nicht im System übernommen worde" oder " es habe ein internes Probleme mit dem Überweisungsystem gegeben".
Ich habe noch nie derart schlechte Erfahrungen bei einem Kauf im Internet gemacht und rate jedem von einem Kauf bei dieser Firma ab!

Worse than really bad

Made two orders mid-November 2012 with long delivery times. Kept that in time but started getting worried a few weeks ago.

The 1st order has "been sent" according to what I can see on my account through the Infurn site. The tracking leads to DHL's site but the numbers are false. Since with my own firm I was a regular client of DHL I still have contacts and checked the tracking with DHL, those number do not exist!!!

Moreover, the shipping address has been changed to a wrong one (the one for witch I made the 2nd order but not the 1st). Why???

Sent email to Infurn more than a week ago. Got an automatic return mail but nothing else. Still waiting.

The second order made on Nov 16th has bern changed by Infurn on March 23rd - without any notice! - by Infurn into a product voucher worth less than my initial order!!!! However, that voucher has still not bern sent. How long really does it take to send a voucher???? Why worth less than the initial amount? Do they really think that after all this waiting and being treated like non-existed I would accept a voucher? I want a full refund!!! Like anyone of us who have been treated this bad by this company.

We have discussed both of your orders today.

Both items on the first order have been sent within the standard delivery time of 10 - 18 week, and we have given you a delivery up-date on these.

Despite DHL showing on the tracking, it is in fact now BCC in Spain who arrange logistics utilising various transport companies in different countries. The actual tracking code for the Chair will eventually be up-dated by the new carrier, and I am sending you the tracking code link for the Transport company for the Hang it all.

We are looking into the issues with respect to your second order and to the matter of the delivery addresses and will come back to you following investigation.

Fraud, sham, lack of customer service, up to 11-day response from customer service

I ordered my six Eames chairs more than 3 months ago (AU-107697). Infurn made sure they were paid as quickly as possible. Ordered 27.december 2012, paid 2. january 2013. Was when I paid told (on web site) that delivery was scheduled to be within 10 weeks.
Did not recieve any order confirmation. Telephoned Infurn without any respons but a answering maschine. Wrote them an email on january 2 2013. Recieved a respons ELLEVEN days later: order confirmation was to be found on their web site (no one had told me that), and delivery was to be the week of 7. march 2013. When the week of march 7 2013 ended, I had not received my chairs nor a rescheduled delivery. Wrote them an email again (march 11 2013) asking when my chairs were to be delivered. After one week still no reply, nor a new date for delivery on my personal account on their web site. I then contacted my bank with all details, and they would take over and get my money back. Again, after TEN days (march 21 2013), I got a respons:

Unfortunately, we had a problem with our suppliers, hopefully now is solved but we suffered a delay on the delivery times. I apologize for this situation. On the other hand, I would like to let you know that the new planned delivery is April. The current status of your delivery will be updated on your personal account where you can find the latest information.

When checking my account today (april 7 2013), the delivery is STILL scheduled to be Week starting: 07.03.2013.

I have assigned the matter to my bank who withdrew my money back. I will next notify the police and make hereby a detailed evaluation of your disreputable "company". It is quite difficult for me to be updated when you can not even do it yourself?!

I advise you not to buy anything from this company.

I have tried to call you today and left a voicemail message instead.

With regard to your order, I am sorry that you waited for a response, but you have since been responded to and and have been given a delivery up-date by the Customer service team.

Yes, we do ask for payment at the time of placing the order, and this is normal practise in the Uk, although we understand it may not be in Denmark.

Reasons for missing order confirmations are due to several reasons, sometimes it may have gone to the Scam folder, or if a customer gives an incorrect email address, in your case, we understand you were unaware of our website until the Customer agent informed you.

With regard to delivery time for your goods. Although the delivery has gone back from the original planned date, end of April delivery is still within the standard delivery time for the goods.

There is no scam here - and although you approached your Bank for chargeback, this could be disputed if not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Udeblivende levering af eames stole

Jeg gav min kæreste 2 eames stole i julegave og dem blev hun RIGTIG glad for. Den lovede levering var i februar - nu er det april.... Hele 3 gange har jeg henvendt mig via infurns hjemmeside uden at få svar. Intet - ikke en lyd! HVORNÅR får vi vores stole?? Ellers lad os få handelen annuleret så jeg kan få mine penge og købe hende en anden gave? Hvad siger I til det?

køb af lamper hos Infurn

Vi har købt 2 lamper hos infurn, vi blev skeptiske efter vi havde betalt , da vi kunne se nogle dårlige anmeldelser, hvorefter jeg skrev til kundeservice og fik svar på mine kritiske spørgsmål som vi havde aftalt. Vi har nu modtaget vores lamper TIL TIDEN som de lovede, og de er som vi har forventet.
Jeg kan kun anbefale service ved dem , og de har overholdt deres aftaler, i forhold til vores køb, til punkt og prikke!
I øvrigt kan jeg se at mange brokker sig efter 2 mdr at de ikke har fået deres varer , men der kunne jeg altså tydelig læse at der i snit var 18 ugers leveringstid, så der har man måske glemt og læse det hele ved et køb.

INFURN = ESCROQUERIE

La société INFURN vole et ment à ses clients. C'est une honte!

J'ai passé une commande le 9 Novembre 2012, dont la livraison m'a été confirmé pour le 18 Mars 2013. Consultant régulièrement le suivi de ma commande sur le site internet, je m'aperçoit comme par enchantement que la livraison est repoussée au 25 Mars…et ce, sans explications! Après plusieurs mails sans réponses de leur part et beaucoup de patience, une personne du service client me contacte enfin, pour me confirmer une livraison le 25 Mars. Très mécontente, je demande à parler à un responsable, ce qui est impossible…
Depuis, un numéro de suivi de commande (tracking ID) a été renseigné dans mon compte client. Celui-ci me dirige vers le site de DHL, mais ne correspond à rien. J'ai alors essayé de contacter Infurn pour avoir des explications, mais sans réponses de leur part (encore une fois), je décide de contacter DHL, qui me confirme que mon numéro de suivi de commande n'existe pas !
J'ai alors de nouveau essayé de contacter Infurn, qui m'a enfin rappelé pour me confirmer que ma commande serait livrée cette semaine (semaine du 1er avril), et que le transporteur m'appellerait pour prendre RDV. Or, à ce jour, je n'ai aucune nouvelle, ni de la part d'Infurn, ni de la part du transporteur!
Par contre, Infurn est très réactif pour encaisser notre argent!! C'est une honte!

Il existe peut-être des personnes qui ont passé commande chez Infurn et qui en sont satisfaites, mais j'ai l'impression qu'il y a aussi beaucoup de personnes dans mon cas. Je déconseillerais à l'avenir à toute personne de commander chez eux.

today, further to your telephone conversation with the service agent you were informed your item has been released for shipment from our warehouse in Spain.

Our records show that you were also contacted on 28.03.13 and updated with the planned delivery. I understand your concerns with the tracking code issue but once goods have been released to the transport company, it is their responsibility to make delivery arrangements and delivery times can vary slightly so that the exact date is not predictable.

At present, although the original planned delivery date rescheduled, this is only slightly outside of the overall 10 - 18 week standard delivery time frame.

There is no scam involved - There is a slight delay for which we apologise.

The customer service team have today also advised you that they will follow up with you next week with further up-dates and provide any further assistance. If in the meantime you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Denne 'sag' strækker sig indtil videre over 1 år: D.d. endelig ringet op af Infurn kundeservice (efter nok en henvendelse i rækken om manglende levering). Efter de oplagte spørgsmål lød Kundeservice træt i mælet omkring manglende levering af to lamper (PH og Arne J), bestilt og betalt for mere end 1 år siden. Og gæt engang; uden at de er kommet frem endnu, naturligvis.

Hvad kan man sige? De mange negative anmeldelser (her på Trustpilot) siger vel det hele? Ikke desto mindre indvilliget i endnu engang at prøve at tro på, at Infurn kan levere. Naivt eller? Tja, kan se andre på Trustpilot, som har købt tilsvarende lamper i august 2012, mens vi i februar 2012(!), der rent faktisk har fået leveret efter at have været gennem den samme mølle.

Derfor er det noget mystisk, at Kundeservice d.d. ikke kunne svarer på, om man ikke kunne blive opprioriteret til levering. Vi har trods alt ventet langt længere end nævnte 'sag' på Trustpilot (indtil nu 1/2 år længere!). Og ganske utroligt at man så får at vide, at vi herudover skal forvente mellem 10 og 18 måneder yderligere! Da vel være noget nær rekord eller?

Problemerne er mange, da lamperne er indkøbt til min mor i fødselsdagsgave, du hun fyldte år i firserne og skulle have været sat op i stuen i den anledning! Er der noget at sige til, at mor (og familien) er skuffet over, at lamperne ikke er kommet? Forsøger at berolige mor, der gerne ville have en fin loft-lampe og en god læselampe de sidste år af sit liv...men ak og ve og klage, gennem mange, mange dage!

Cancelled my order within 24h, still haven't got my money back!

Ordered 6 chairs 16th February and cancelled them right away because I found them much cheaper somewhere else. Infurn manage to pick up my money on my account before they managed to accept my cancellation..!
I tried to call, which is impossible, the only possibility is to book a call back from Infun, which I did. The first available time was one week later! Since I got a email confirmation of my cancellation and a promise of getting my money back within 30 working days. Now it has been two months and still no money back. I have sent many emails but I get only automatic email returns. I have booked another phone call (next available time was in 16 days!!!?!). I wish I had looked on trustpilot before ordering then I would NEVER have placed an order. Unbelievable bad/non existing customer service and a very unprofessional way to make business.

Update: after placing a comment on Trustpilot (36 working days after they picked up the money on my account) I got a call from Infurn informing me that the money is now transferred and I got them today on my account, finally.

Køb IKKE hos Infurn!

Vi bestilte og betalte en lampe 12/5-2012. Den er endnu ikke leveret! Og på trods af gentagne gange at have rykket for levering samt afgivet påkrav om ophævelse af køb og tilbageførsel af beløbet SKER DER INGENTING.
Så man kan ikke klage over servicen, for den er ikke-eksisterende. Du kan ikke en gang ringe dem op men blot bestille en fremtidig opringning.
Mit bedste råd er at holde dig langt væk fra Infurn. Køb dine varer et andet sted.

My experience with Infurn has so far been working very well...
I ordered a Gino Serfatti lamp wich I cancelled within 2 weeks because I found an other lamp in a Swedish shop.
One day after my cancellation I recieved a refund email.
I get back with further comments as soon as the refund is paid.

Operations deserve more attention

I have placed an order back in November 2012.
I was informed to expect the delivery in March, so I waited patiently (while the visa card debit was immediate...).
Now the order status mentions a tracking number pointing to DHL. But DHL mentions this tracking number does notbelong to them.
I have sent mails to support but there is no answer, neither call back. I am seriously doubting I will ever see my goods (or my money).

Final experience is good.
It is just so unfortunate the contact during the process was difficult. You need to uplift capacity of the people answering messages that customers sent to you via your wed site, and experience would have been very good

Delivery delay exploded and no news

03/04 I've Order a table and low table August 15 2012. At first there was a delay due to manufacturing defect, then a second delay in their suppliers.
Right now I've no answer to my mail, the delivery date is still, 02/25 and 03/25...
very bad feeling about this !

Update 04/04, I've had a call yesterday from Infurn after my review, telling me the delivery was delayed, again, for 2month.... so I've decided to wait two more month, if still no news I will cancel my order and ask for pay back.

Meget dårlig kundeoplevelse og ingen information

Vi skal lidt tid tilbage, nærmere betegnet august måned 2012 hvor jeg er inde på INFURN's hjemmeside. Jeg kigger på en PH-lampe som jeg synes er god til prisen. Jeg bemærker at leveringstiden kan være 3 måneder og tænker det er okay og at jeg så nok vil få den november/december måned. Jeg køber lampen og får også en bekræftelse på dette. Der går ikke lang tid før jeg får af vide at min lampe vil blive leveret den 07.12.2012. Det synes jeg lyder fint, at jeg kan få den inden jul og bliver ikke overrasket, da det er ca. den leveringstid jeg har regnet med. Da december måned nærmer sig fortæller en ven mig, at hun har tjekket op på INFURN og at de har fået mange dårlige anmeldelser. Jeg får bange anelser og tjekker på min kundekonto på INFURN's hjemmeside og kan se de har forlænget leveringstiden til 25. februar 2013 uden at give besked herom!!! Jeg skriver straks til INFURN der skriver tilbage at der er forsinkelse på min ordre. Dette skyldes at et eller flere produkter er blevet stoppet i kvalitetskontrollen og dermed skal reproduceres. Jeg får så af vide at som kompensation får jeg 10 % bonus af mit køb, til næste gang jeg handler hos dem. Må indrømme jeg er pænt ligeglad med bonussen, da jeg ikke skal handle hos dem igen. Jeg tænker, jaja, jeg venter bare til februar. For sjov går jeg ind i januar måned og skal tjekke op på det igen og ser nu at leveringen er blevet rykket til 25. marts 2013. Stadig uden nogen form for information fra INFURN's side, om at lampen var yderligere forsinket. Jeg begyndte at tro at jeg aldrig ville få lampen og tænkte at hvis jeg ikke fik den i marts måned, måtte jeg gøre indsigelse i banken og få min penge tilbage. Da jeg tjekker den i marts måned på datoen, ser jeg pludselig at den er blevet sendt og jeg har fået et Track&Trace nummer. Det har ikke virket overhovedet og først i dag har jeg fået min lampe. Igen fik jeg ingen information, vil gerne have haft en mail om at nu var den afsendt og på vej til mig. Men nu har jeg fået lampen og den er som den skal være. Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig kundeoplevelse og jeg handler ALDRIG hos INFURN igen og kan kun fraråde folk at købe herfra.

Whilst we do acknowledge we are not perfect, at the same time, we ask that due to the sheer volume of orders,that customers Log into their Customer account first to retrieve delivery status before asking the Customer service Team.

Although Customers are welcome to contact us for further information, product information and many other queries, please know that the Customer service Team have to handle hundreds of queries and callbacks each day and many of these are for routine queries which can be resolved from information already given on the website, with regard to delivery times, delays, quality control and so on.

In your own case, when you did require more information on your delivery, the Customer service Team did respond, with information and offered compensation.
We regret the tracking code was not giving up-dated information but this is being worked on.

Väldigt låååång leveranstid

Den 30 augusti 2012 beställde jag en lampa Arne Jacobsen AJ Golvlampa, ett bord Valentino Boretti Aurica tidningsställ och en klädhängare Charles Eames Hang It All. Av dessa tre varor har jag idag 2 april 2013 fått lampan (i februari någongång) men inte några av de andra produkterna. 7 månaders väntetid (minst) var inte vad jag förväntade mig. Det är också obegripligt att förstå huruvida dessa varor har skickats eller inte. På Infurns hemsida finns ett "sporings ID" för hängaren men det numret ger inget resultat när en söker på DHL.

Lampan som väl levererats motsvarar de krav jag har på en kopia. Men det är leveranstiden och informationen om leveransen som är under all kritik. Skulle uppskatta information om när produkterna beräknas levereras!

Bunch of cheaters! NEVER Buy anything from here!

I guess this is the worst company i ever dealt with.

Ordered a lamp in Sept 2012 and has not received it yet.
After many annoying communications with the company, they updated the status of the order this month which says that it is shipped with DHL. But the tracking number is fake. When asked about this, they said that this is shipped with another company and they have no tracking. But promised that it will arrive before end of march. Now it is end of march and they gave me a voucher...

I have no doubt that this company is a run by some thugs and cheaters...

I have received the items i ordered.
However i am not planning to buy anything from this store. Here are my reasons.

1) The delivery time is excessively long (25 weeks is much more than standard delivery times). Since this is not mentioned explicitly while ordering, it amounts to cheating though technically you might argue otherwise.

2) Your IT department is careless and incompetent. They seem to give out DHL tracking numbers which are fake and don't care to correct it.

3) The customer support department sent an email to me telling that my chair is delayed slightly when i have ordered a lamp (2 months is not slight delay).

4) Your quality control seems dysfunctional since so many people including myself had poor products which had to be replaced "at your cost" even before delivery. This happened so often that it had to be added to the terms and conditions as a reason for extending the delivery date.

I hope this review will help you to improve your conduct of business or at least provide a warning for your would-be customers.

Hvor dum kan man være!

For over to år siden købte jeg tre ph lampekopier hos Infurn. De var hurtige på tasterne og efter to dage var ordren bekræftet og pengene hævet på min konto. Siden da er alt gået i stå. Først fik jeg at vide, at lamperne var på vej, men at der var forsinkelse. Så fik jeg at vide, at lamper ved deres ankomst til deres lager, var fejlbehæftede og sendt tilbage til fabrikanten. Så fik jeg at vide, at lamperne var på lageret i London, men at man have skiftet transportfima, hvorfor der var problemer med leveringen.
Men efter halvandet år kom lamperne endelig, men de lignede overhovedet ikke illustrationerne på Infurns hjemmeside, og slet ikke de originale PH lamper. Jeg skrev til Infurn og sendte billeder af lamperne, der var en forudsætning for, at de ville se på min klage. Hos Infurn har man accepteret at tilbagebetale mine penge og hente lamperne. Nu er der gået endnu et halvt år, de har stadig ikke hentet lamperne, og jeg har ikke fået mine penge retur, nu er det problemer med den logistiske afdeling!!
Man tror det er løgn, hvis man ikke har oplevet det selv. Magen til dårlig service skal man lede længe efter, det grænser til tyveri.
Infurn er holdt op med at svare på mine henvendelser, så nu prøver jeg ad denne kanal.
Derudover har jeg en defekt fod til Svanenstolen, som de har lovet at godtgøre, men der sker ingenting.

Men du skal lige vide, at dette har jeg hørt mange gange før. Jeg har fået så mange undskyldninger, at jeg ikke tæller dem længere, men det korte og det lange er, at der ingenting sker!!
Min oplevelse er, at jeg bliver talt efter munden, og så gør man iøvrigt ikke noget. Måske magter jeres danske afdeling bare ikke opgaven?

I want a refund!! Worst experience ever

I purchased two items on June 21st 2012 and to this day, have not received any. I have been patient enough and have had it with waiting. To make matters worse, they have added this fake DHL tracking code "0009900002IN284890" to one of the items I purchased but when I click on it, DHL says no results found. I wonder what Infurn is trying to achieve with this now. This is so wrong!!! Everything is done wrong from start to finish.
I want my money back!!! All of it!!!

I have checked your order and it shows that the Clock has been delivered to you now. Unfortunately, due to an IT issue, the tracking code did incorrectly show DHL as the carrier.

We did formerly use DHL for logistics but this is no longer the case. BCC in Spain now arrange logistics on our behalf but they use different carriers in different countries and UPS have been used for your delivery.

With regard to your other item, the Chair, unfortunately there has been an issue with supplier and regretfully we were unable to send it to you.

In this case, we have offered different options and will proceed according to your decision.

Vi vil gerne have en tilbagemelding NU!

Vi bestilte den 29. oktober 2012 to stk. Robert Dudley Best B7 væglamper - og har stadig her snart 5 måneder senere ikke modtaget dem! Det er jo helt absurd.
Fik først at vide at den første leverance ikke levede op til Infurns strenge kvalitetskrav (en konstatering der tydeligvis er mere regelen end undtagelsen, kan vi nu se!). Vi fik en senere levering stillet i udsigt samt en kompensation på 10% af den samlede pris til brug for fremtidige køb. Seneste nyt er, at vi skulle modtage lamperne i denne uge, hvad der nu ikke længere kan nås - og vi fik deuden oplyst et track and trace nummer, som linker videre til DHL i Italien. Direkte telefonisk kontakt til DHL har resulteret i, at vi har fået at vide, at det udleverede track and trace nummer ikke eksisterer hos dem. Så hvad gør man? Vi vil meget gerne have de lamper, Infurn har tilladt sig at tage betaling for. I modsat fald er der tale om svindel og tyveri, hvad vi ikke vil tøve med at politianmelde!

There is a slight delay with your lamps and for this we apologise.

The standard delivery time as shown on the website is 10 - 18 weeks and sometimes quality control does cause a further delay which is also mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and for which we have offered compensation.

However, your goods have been sent and should arrive very shortly now.

Due to an IT problem, the tracking code does incorrectly show DHL as they formerly arranged logistics on our behalf. Now, however, BCC perform this function and they utilise the services of various couriers in different countries and the tracking code in most cases will eventually be supplied by the applicable courier. We are unable to provide the exact date of delivery as this can vary in different countries and according to the transport company used.

Please be re-assured that you will be receiving your lamps, there is no fraud involved, and if for some reason delivery were not possible, then you would be reimbursed.

Infurn is that lottery?

After reading some other reviews and my own experience It seams like infurn is a lottery especially with delivery time, a few are lucky most not!! However I still hope I also have bought the winning ticket.

Unfortunately I placed an order with them before I red all reviews about the company.

I placed an order 16/3 for an AJ Floor lamp and payed with my MasterCard. I have still not received a order confirmation and the money have been drawn from the my account. If I log in to to my account on their website, the delivery week is set to the week commencing 25/2 2013 which is two weeks prior to my order. I can accept long delivery times as long as I know it before I order.

I have tried to get in touch with infurns support a couple of times with no success.

If someone from infurn read this please update me with a acceptable delivery date. My order details are AU-199152. I would appreciate a phone call as well

I hope I can set a better score in the future as most of your customer seams to be happy with the quality of the products when they receive them.

I understand you have since been contacted by the Swedish Customer service team, who have confirmed your order and they have given you up-dated planned delivery status. This is in accordance with the standard delivery time as shown on the website.

Un an après je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé!!!!!!!!!!!! Remboursé après publication negative sur TrustPilot

J'ai commandé un porte-manteau sur ce site en avril 2012, après 6 mois d'attente le porte manteau n'était pas arrivé et les délais que le site me communiquait étaient de plus en plus longs. Suite à ça j'ai décidé d'annuler ma commande, ils m'ont communiqué en novembre 2012 que je serais remboursé sous un mois.
aujourd'hui à 28 mars 2013, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé, j'ai écrit plusieurs fois a support@infurn.com sans avoir eu de réponse.
Site à éviter à tout prix, pas sérieux, délais pas respectés, difficile (voir impossible???) de se faire rembourser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ceci ne change pas du tout mon avis par rapport à INFURN, qui apparement ne réagisse que quand on en a vraiment marre et qu'on commence à publier des avis négatifs sur certains sites.

Lång leveranstid men ett bra bemötande och bra produkter.

Jag har gjort fyra beställningar hos Infurn. Under 2012 beställde jag två Ägget och en Kotte (maj), 6st Eamesstolar (juni) och två klockor (september). Nyligen beställde jag ett ellipsbord av Eames. Jag har som många andra fått mina ordnar uppskjutna men alltid fått svar på mina mail eller blivit uppringd av min kontaktperson helt efter våra överenskommelser. Min kontaktperson, Patrik har tydligt informerat om att de har stora leveransproblem men att beställningarna kommer att levereras och att de inte är på obestånd.

Idag levererades den första beställningen, de två Ägget och jag är helnöjd med produkten. Jag har suttit i många original från rätt tid och jag måste säga att det är en mycket liten skillnad mellan Infurns kopior och dessa.

Nu vet jag att övriga produkter är på väg att levereras och jag ser fram emot att de kommer.

Slutanförandet blir således att Infurn har en leveranstid som just nu inte är godtagbar med produkterna och framförallt bemötandet har jag absolut inget negativt att framföra mot. En stor eloge till Patrik i kundsupporten för alla dina samtal.

3 months and still no chair

infurn.com is becoming to appear as more and more of a paper-product. I ordered a chair that said 5 days delivery time. I've now waited...wait for it... 4 months... and after a fem mails with their customer-support they have stopped replied...
An overall bad experience after pushing the buy button. Move on and pay a few extra dollars/euro and actually get your stuff.

*Update*
Infurn replied to me based on the review and told me they lost the tracking id. I replied to that mail 5 days ago - still no answer. And still nothing regarding that chair.

Having check the order, it does show that the item has been sent, and should have arrived by now. As this is not the case, we are making investigations with Logistics and will let you know the results of this.
