As many other in here unfortunately I did not do my homework properly before I ordered a new desk at www.infurn.com
I made my order (AU-307674) 27. June 2013 and it didn't take long for Infurn to take the money from my bank account.
4 months delivery time!!! Ok sure it looked like a nice desk and the price of DKK 2.538,63 sounded fair, and I suppose manufacturing it and shipping it would take some time all though 4 months sounded to me like a loooong time for a desk.
So according to the order overview on Infurn's homepage delivery would be 31. October 2013.
1-2 weeks prior to the expected delivery date I wrote to Infurn to confirm the delivery date. Didn't take them long to phone me and the guy I spoke to ensured me that delivery would be 31. October 2013.
So 31. October 2013 I took the day of from work and surprise no delivery. At the end of the day I checked my order at Infurn's homepage still saying delivery 31. October 2013.
Then the day after again when checking the delivery date it had been postponed with new delivery date 21. November 2013. No phone call or mail or anything from Infurn informing about the delay.
This is when I got suspicious and 2. November 2013 I wrote a mail to Infurn informing them that if I did not receive my delivery 21. November 2013 I would ask my bank to force the money back to my account.
No reply from Infurn to my mail.
So 21. November 2013 and big surprise again no delivery. Again the day after 22. November 2013 the delivery date was postponed this time to 3. February 2014.
22. November 2013 I sent another mail to Infurn not asking them to cancel my order, but informing them that I would now report them to my bank asking my bank to force the money back to my account.
My bank adviced me before reporting Infurn to contact them to try to get them to refund my money.
So another 2 mails asking them to phone me. No reply!
And I also several timed filled the form on their webpage requesting a phone call. First available time where they could phone me was in more than a month (checking today first available time is 3. January 2013).
So I sent this mail to all relevant Infurn e-mail addresses I could find or guess (unfortunately TrustPilot doesn't me to mention names or e-mail addresses, but if you Google "stop infurn" the first link you will get is a website dedicated to telling the awful truth about Infurn - also Google "infurn holdings" and you get information about the people behind Infurn).
And then I kept sending this mail until they finally got tired of me and called me:
Since it seems to be INFURN’s practice not to answer mails by “customers” I will as of today start sending random mails to all Infurn related e-mail addresses I can find or guess.
Unfortunately when I made my order AU-307674 June 27. I was not aware that Infurn was a hoax company.
Initial delivery date of my order was set to October 31. (also promised to me by one of your “support” agents by phone prior to that date ...funny how your “support” agents are available until customers start complaining).
Then on October 31. where I had taken the day of from work and I didn’t receive any delivery I realized on your homepage that it had been postponed until November 21 (no mail, call anything from you informing me of this prior to that date).
Then again taking the day of November 21. and no delivery the day after I could once again read on you homepage that my “delivery” is once again postponed this time to February 3. 2014.
After browsing several websites including www.trustpilot.dk (again TrustPilot doesn't allow me to referr to other websites, but if you google for "stop infurn" first link you will get is a website dedicated to telling the awful truth about Infurn - also try googling "Infurn Holdings" and you will get information about the people behind Infurn).
I have very good reason to believe that I will never receive delivery from you at least within foreseeable future.
I have today contacted my bank to get my DKK 2.538,63 back and they advice me first to document that I have done everything possible to get in contact with you.
So hereby this mail.
Until you or my bank have refunded my money I will spend time every day spamming all Infurn related e-mail addresses I can find or guess.
I will also spend time updating blogs, wiki, web forums etc. with my opinion about Infurn.
You should be ashamed about the way you do “business” !
I was contacted by one of their socalled 'Customer Relations Coordinators' named (wonder why TrustPilot doesn't allow me to enter her name here since she is constantly trying to defend the way Infurn does business here at TrustPilot).
She tried to ensure me that I would definitely get my delivery 3. February 2013 And she gave me a lame excuse about them having technical problems (now fixed) causing all the delays and also explaining why I was not informed in time allowing me not to waste time waiting for a delivery that I'm now sure will never happen.
I told her that I want my money back immediately which she appearently accepted and she even sent me a confirmation mail informing me that my DKK 2.538,63 will be refunded within the next 30 days.
I of course told her that it doesn't take 30 days to refund money. Hey Infurn have you heard about netbanking? It takes maximum 2-3 days nowadays to transfer money.
From what I can read here at TrustPilot and several other sites I have absolutely no reason to trust that I will see anything refunded to my account within the next 30 days, but unfortunately according to my bank I should give Infurn this "benefit of doubt" before my bank takes action.
I know that it is possible for my bank to force the money back, because my mother in law some month before me ordered a new lamp with Infurn and she experienced all the same delays and lies from Infurn. Finally she got tired of them and since they never answered her mails (guess she didn't spam them like I did) the bank simply forced the money back to her account.
I will give Infurn maximum one week (Thursday 5. December 2013) and if the money has not been refunded to my account by then I will post thread similar to this on all Danish and foreign sites like TrustPilot I can find. Same time I will continue spamming Infurn with 20-30 mails everyday.
I will keep this post updated whether I actually receive any refund from Infurn within the next 30 days. I'm going to be very surprised if I do!
On October 12, 2013 I have made an online order from Infurn of 2,982.86 GBP. After logging into the account that I was required to open online, and which did not function at the beginning, I found out that the delivery was due in February 2014.
I have cancelled the order immediately since it was an order made by our company and the delivery time did not allow us to proceed with our new office. After doing some research online I have found a lot of terrible negative feedback about Infurn on Trustpilot.
Infurn confirmed that the order was canceled and that I am entitled to refund which is due before 21st of November.
What follows is the experience with all the Infurn customers: it is the 29th of November 2103 and the refund was not done and probably they will not do it free willingly. We contacted the bank and the bank says that we have to wait 15 more day to see if they do the refund after that to start the claim back procedure. So it seems that Infurn still have a chance to refund.
Nevertheless, STAY WAY!!! INFURN is a fraudulent company that is using people's money and trust. At the beginning they postpone politely the payment, claiming that do not have sufficient information to do the refund. Reading other people,s experiences, I concluded that they never pay. I am surprised that they are still active after all the complaints against them.
I am so very dissapointed to be one of Infurns victoms. I can not believe that companies like Infurn can excist! But maybe this is a lesson I had to learn - there are thieves operating on the internet.
After my order was pushed back to a 6 month waiting time, I knew that these people we playing with me, BUT unfortunately they already have my money, which SURPRIZE, we can not get refunded. We have waited now more than 40 days for our refund, (wich was suppose to take 30 days) and nothing. No email or telephone replies. This is not a serious bussiness, please be warned!
I think it is time to contact my bank, the police and my lawer friends.
I sent a review at start of November in relation to chairs ordered April 2013 delivery time was changed three times after numerous calls to telephone operators I eventually got a call on 2nd November from Valerie who seemed to know what she was talking about she checked with suppliers and told me my chairs would be shipped to spainas planned at end of November for delivery to me week 7th dec after her call I felt a bit more confident that I would receive my chairs two days later I checked the website to see that my delivery was pushed forward for the fifth time for delivery end of jan 2014 this would now be 10 months since order placed Valerie what happened to the information you gave me re my delivery I now have no option but to try and retrieve my money via visa and continue with my legal action to prevent this company from trading
I would give no stars to these bunch of jokers if that was an option!
I haven't heard from them at all about my bean bag order which I placed on 7th November last year. I've repeatedly tried to call them and contact them via their online contact us form. I've never heard anything back from them at all. They have no customer service to speak of what soever. The worst thing is I get regular newsletters from them about their offers! Has anyone out there actually got in touch with these people and had any luck in getting a refund or the products they have actually ordered. On their web site they say they have 'Over 100,000 happy cutomers' but how many unhappy customers do they have???
My wife ordered the Bean bag through Infurn/Groupon in November last year. Like so many others they have still not delivered and now we are getting no response to our emails. I would love to be able to speak to them, although I am guessing they know how useless they are by now.
Does anyone know the best way to get a refund from these guys? Has anyone got the delivery charge (what a joke) back from Infurn?

I too have fallen victim to Infurn and what can only be best described as THEFT.
I ordered a BIG BOY XXL Bean Bag in November 2011 for a christmas present through Groupon.
It is now 26th April and i have received NOTHING.
Out of roughly 35 emails and 8 phone calls i have received TWO actual replies (all others were automated) stating of delays with a courier firm that was being switched to another. As for Groupon i think i got again 2 for 30ish.
My order status had a PDF box pop up a few days ago with an invoice dated 17/04/12 which clearly has since gone.
I'm sorry but if they had no intentions to supply then this offer should never have been advertised. Groupon are just as responsible and negligent in this matter.
THIEVES! You know it, everyone here knows it and i'm hoping this passes around so others know it before ordering.
Why can we not put negative or zero ratings?
I have now forwarded my complaint to Watchdog, anyone else want to add a voice?
9th May, i suprised myself by calling infurn again and fell over when someone answered.
I spoke to <NAME REMOVED> who assured me that all orders will be delivered within three weeks, not only that, they will be calling to confirm delivery.
Updates at the end of may, fingers crossed, yet still doubtful.
I was told when I wrote my previous review on here on 10th February that the beanbag had finally been shipped and should be with me in 2 weeks but I have still not had anything and the tracking number still does not work. I emailed Infurn and have just been ignored.
We have since suffered a family tragedy and really can't be dealing with this any longer.
If anyone from Infurn sees this can you please refund the postage I paid to you (£13ish I think) and I will try to get a refund from Groupon as well so I can order from another site (after checking their reviews!)
I too ordered a Big Boy beanbag in early November. I ordered one through Groupon (Pink) and another through Go Groopie (Black). The black one arrived just before Xmas, with the promise of the pink one too. This delivery then changed to the New Year and then in January changed to March, then I was suddenly offered a refund or an alternative through Groupon. I opted for the refund, which Groupon did. After enquiring about the postage refund - I was told to contact Infurn. After nearly 6 months and NUMEROUS emails to them (I have lost count!!) I still have not had any contact from Infurn. After reading the comments on this site - I realise that I am not alone!!!
I even made contact with the BBC Watchdog - maybe if more people do - they might investigate further.
I cannot believe in this economic climate that a company can afford to treat its customers in this way,
On the plus side I do have to say that the Black beanbag is great, if I could have had my Pink one I would have been more than happy.
Good luck to to everyone else, especially those who have lost more than me!!
I wrote this review having read that Infurn is automatically informed and that people had actually received contact/refunds/products after posting a review. Well mine was posted 2 weeks ago - and it hasn't made the slightest difference - maybe the pink beanbag is winging its way to me now - oh no its just that flying pig!!!
I received an email on 8th May from Infurn - HURRAY - informing me that I would receive my refund within 10 working days. Well that must be on its way with the flying pig - as you guessed it no refund has been received!!!
On 11th May I also got one from Groupon stating that they had taken over the refunds and it would be within 5 working days - well that hasn't happened either!!!!!
What a surprise!!!! So I am still waiting for my refund almost 7 months on.
I ordered my Bean Bag on 23/11/NOV and am still waiting. Like most of the other reviewers i was given a DHL tracking number, which is useless. I was then told they had changed to a different delivery Company and it would be delivered in around 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago..( Now 24th April) I have just asked for refund, I am not expecting much luck.
None of the phone numbers work.
If the company is haveing problems with orders it should inform it's customers. Clearly this is not happening. A very poor Company indeed.
Do not Use this company...
UPDATE 3rd May 2012-
After contacting groupon they refunded my money within 10 Days, they also gave me £12.95 groupon credit to cover my delivery charge. Well done groupon. The funniest thing is I am typing this whilst sitting on my bean bag as 2 days after groupon cancelled my order my bean bag turned up... I guess I should sure now contact groupon/ infurn to let them know !! Prehaps I should just take 5 months to send it back to them !!

Ordered a bean bag in November 2011 as a Christmas present to my nephew......a sad imitation of a bean bag arrived in March 2012!!It was about one quarter filled with cheap polystyrene foam things, absolutely awful. Was too embarassed to give it to my nephew, got refund from Pigsback.com but I've sent numerous emails to these people demanding a refund of my postage but haven't even received the courtesy of a return email.Like most other reviews,STAY AWAY FROM INFURN.
Pity I cant rate this company as a minus 10 because the 1 star I had to give them is no way deserved.

I ordered a beanbag from Infurn in November. I never recieved the beanbag (which was an xmas present). Groupon refunded me the payment for the beanbag, but infurn never refunded the delivery costs which they charged. They will not respond to my emails other than automatically generated emails which stated they will be in touch shortly. Avoid this company or you surely will be out of pocket!!

Anyone who is considering buying from either INFURN or Groupon must be mad. Be sensible and read the reviews.
Sadly I have the same story as everyone else posting reviews on here.
I ordered the Big Boy beanbag in November 2011 and on the 20th April 2012 and have not received anything to date, except numerous apologies and a couple of 'discount' vouchers for INFURN, which I will never use.
I couldn't get hold of any humans at INFURN, so I referred my complaints to Groupon who have been utterly useless if I'm honest.
I had an 'estimated' shipping date from INFURN for the 5th-12th March 2012 for delivery of the beanbag, which although seemed like a very generous waiting time I was happy to wait. But guess what...nothing arrived and no communication has been received by way of explanation from either company.
I have told Groupon that despite providing a poor service (if you can call it that) I did not want a refund and stated that if I had not received the item within a substantial time period I would want to know why.
A month has passed and not a word had been heard until I chased Groupon today (20-04-2012). I was advised that all orders were shipped on the 30th March 2012, so I wonder….. WHERE IS IT!?
Subsequently I have asked Groupon to provide the following as I DO NOT believe INFURN are capable:
1) provide proof that shows "all orders were shipped on 30/3/2012 "
2) provide proof of a "tracking code or other proof of shipping"
A while ago now I logged into the ‘my account’ section and then into the ‘order history’ section on INFURNS site to discover that the 'Tracking ID’ had been updated to ‘hand delivery’. That clearly meant very little because to my surprise when I logged in today there was a pdf icon next to the ‘hand delivery’ status. I opened up what I can only describe as a ‘delivery note’. This all seemed very strange to me, as nothing has been delivered.
On further inspection the delivery date says 17-04-2012 – 4 days ago. Then I noticed that there was a SECOND ‘delivery time’ stating ‘Week beginning: 04.01.2012’ perhaps I am reading the date wrong….it was either the 4th January 2012 or the 1st of April 2012 – either way I AM STILL WITHOUT MY BEANBAG.
INFURN you monumentally suck.
So THANKS Infurn.
26th April 2012
I'm seeking a lady called Mary who sent me a message in response to my review. The message contained useful contact details. Mary - if you're reading this please could you re-send me the details as they have literally disappeared from my inbox. It's almost like the message self-destructed after I read it!! :-(

One star is generous, should be zero. After ordering a BigBoy XL through Groupon/Infurn back in October, had 3 promised dates for delivery all that came and went. Was told my ordered had been cancelled before the estimated delivery date of the final promise. Groupon refunded my £39 within the stated four weeks, still waiting for Infurn to refund my delivery costs, £13.95. It has now been 9 weeks, no response to emails, no phone calls answer or returned. Groupon don't come out of this with flying colours but at least they communicate with their customers and refund money they are due.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
There website proudly states * Money back guarantee. LIES!
Like so many others on here I have been waiting and waiting for the Groupon beanbag to show up. My girlfriend ordered it for me for Christmas (2011 just to be clear).
Still no show and Groupon have now apparently cancelled and refunded all money paid to them. So delivery costs? based on the information on here I'm not holding my breath. And ideally I would've preferred the beanbag because to buy a similar product it's more like £150 ish + delivery.
I've submitted a complaint to Citizens Advice Online regarding this so called "deal" and I would encourage anyone in the same boat to do the same. Totally unfair to be waiting so long and the response (when you finally get one) is just "have your money back and we're square".
Also to note:
"Any problems arising from the previous management team will be fully resolved by February 2012. "
This is on your own information on the right of this website. It's now April and the problems are still ongoing!
Like many people I made the unfortunate mistake (never to be repeated) of buying a BigBoy through Infurn. THat was 6 months ago and since then I've had a letter in the post saying delivery is soon, that was 2 months ago and nothing since.
I've sent emails to their support email and have tried their UK number and have never received a reply from anyone, or spoken to anyone at the company.
Is this just the biggest scam that Groupon have unveiled on their willing participants? I can't believe a real company would risk such damage to their reputation to behave in such a way.
If anyone has managed to get anything out of Infurn, or has a contact number I can try please email me. The next stop will be trading standards or consumer protection bodies. Judging by the hundreds of similar stories out there perhaps a group action should be considered against Infurn.
Bought a deal for a bigboy xxl beanbag last november. after delays and more delays I got an email saying I wouldnt be getting my beanbag. Groupon issued my voucher refund immediately but I am still waiting for Infurn to refund my postage. I have emailed and emailed. Cant get through on any of the numbers. This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with!
heres my story...!
ordered 3 big boys via groupon 7/11/12...got fed up of waiting and cancelled 8/3/12. got money back off groupon no probs but still waiting for carriage refund from infurn. was supposed to be refunded automatically 2/3/12...nothing. chased sonya 30/3/12 and was told it would be done within the week...nothing...chasing again now, no response to emails and calls going straight to answer phone! the saga continues...
I too ordered 2 Navy Bean Bags on 26th October through an offer with Who Pays Full Price.2 postage charges were debited to my account. They were for Christmas presents but, as time went on realised they would not arrive in time, One was eventually delivered between Christmas and New Year-No sign of Number 2! I emailed and was told that I only ordered ONE-So why did you take TWO Postage charges from my Account? I then found my voucher codes and ordered !anotheess what no Bean Bagr on 10 January. deliver was due W/C 3rd March-Guess what No Bean Bag! I@ve emailed several times and eventually got a reply from 'Mike@ who told me to contact Master Logistics the delivery company, I did and was told by Sue that a load were sent out W/C 26th March, so wait till beginning of the next week. Then it was Easter so left until the week after , emailed Infurn again-No reply, Phoned Master logitics and emailed, told to email another email address-Still no bean Bag or response! All I want to know is when is this Bean Bag going to be delivered? My account says it is with DHL 30/3/12-Tracking Number INVALID! Also my refund for the original Postage, when will that be sorted out? I hope that someone from Infurn will see this and respond by telephone as I have requested in numerous emails!-Pigs might Fly.
UPDATE_20th April 2012- I eventually got hold of Sonja Harris yesterday morning-a human being at last! Her number is on the right hand side of this page. She told me that BCC was a freight company in Spain and that my order was due to be delivered today, if it didn't arrive to phone her at 5pm and she'll look into it further for me.
Well low and behold 8.15Am ring at the door bell and You Guessed it My Bean Bag has arrived with City Link.
My order was cancelled by Go Groopie on the understanding that Infurn would be refunding the £14.95 postage fee that I paid for my beanbag, which didn't arrive for 4 months or so. I have emailed Infurn but not received a response yet, could I be emailed with details of when I will receive this. Thanks/
I also bought the Groupon deal for the BigBoy Beanbag from Infurn in November 2011 and ordered it on 3 December 2011, last day to redeem. Was told the delivery time was up to 6 weeks, this would have been 14 January 2012 at the latest.
I got an email from Groupon on 24 January 2012 to say that there was a delay in delivery and would be no later than 17 February 2012. It also gave me £40 off another order (good job i did not take them up on that like some other unfortunate people I have read about). I waited for this to come but still nothing.
I emailed Infurn on 18 February 2012 regarding the order not being delivered as promised by the original deal or by Groupon's email. I got a surprisingly quick response on 21 February 2012 stating that due to high demand that they had delays but were working flat out to dispatch my order. It went on to say that my order had actually been dispatched to the shipping company in Germany (no name given) on 27 January 2012 and once it was in the UK it would be delivered by FedEx or DHL. Once that happened the shipping reference number would change to a tracking number.
I have since emailed Infurn regarding the progress of my order and asking about a possible refund on both 8 March 2012, 26 March 2012, 10 April 2012 and today, but I have still to get a reply to any of these requests.
So I tried to see if they were ignoring the emails and having the telephone off the hook intentionally by emailing them through someone else email address regarding a possible order for a beanbag on 10 April 2012 at 12:40 and I received a response the same day at 13:47 stating that they had these items available for faster delivery, I should expect them within 4 weeks and that they also had them on special should I want to order one and shared this link:
(Do not be fooled by this crock that they gave me as you will be in the same boat as the rest of us)
That just proved that it to me. Since I have been in touch with a local solicitor that deals with these type of issues and I am going for a meeting with them next week to discuss my options and how to take things further.
I also would love to get onto Dominic Littlewood to chase down the two directors of the parent company of Designfurn Limited and get a reason to all this. All the information on them that I can get is as follows:
Designfurn Limited, wholly owned by Infurn Holdings PLC
Infurn Holdings PLC - Directors

All this information can be found on Companies House website but I thought I would share it with you to make it easier :)
I ordered my bean bag in November 2011 and I have been emailing them ever since like every one else no contact number as it just goes to a voice mail. I ordered this bean bag as I trust groupon and made several purchases with them, but now which I hadn't bothered with this company they seem to give the same excuse to every body. I feel we should all try go to the media about this as it is totally wrong what this company are doing keeping our money and not supplying the goods.
I feel so angry that they keep ignoring my emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM INFURN
Update 22nd April 2012
Just so all of you know as I haven't yet received my Bean Bag I have now emailed watchdog and I urge you all to do the same that way our story might be heard publicly, which companies hate.
So please get sending your stories to http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/gotastory/
I have decided to repost my first two posts (both below) dated 4th March and then 18th March in the hope to actually hear something from Infurn.
I am now e-mailing them on a daily basis to chase my refund but I've still not heard anything, if i'm lucky I get an automated response saying they have received my e-mail and someone will contact me, these e-mails originally said contact would be with in two days, now they say "soon"..........I wonder how long that means?
Please can I have my money back Infurn?? You have failed to meet my expectations and have had money money since November 2011. How this company is still allowed to trade????
Wish I had never purchased from this joke of a company, 6 week delivery period passed 10 weeks ago, emails get ignored and phone calls always go to a recorded message. Groupon are no help either they have told me to expect a response from Infurn within 10 days, i'm still waiting for a response to my email I sent in January so if I hear something within 10 days I will amazed. I certainly won't be using this company ever again even with my £40 discount voucher. Use this dodgy company at your own risk!!
It is now 18th March and my order (au-83612) is still nowhere to be seen. I was advised my beanbag was with DHL for delivery however the tracking number did not exist, I then to my surprise received and email from Infurn saying my delivery was with a company called master logistics and they were withholding the delivery, hmmmm passing the blame I think! I then phoned master logistics who guessed I was phoning about a beanbag as they had 17000 to deliver, they were very helpful and told me that all 17000 would be delivered by 16th March but if I didn't receive one it was because they hadn't received my order.
Well guess what...........I guess they never received my order.........
This was originally a Christmas present, then a Birthday present for next week, looks like I will have to buy something else yet again.
After 19 weeks of waiting I have finally given up and will now be requesting a refund, hopefully Infurn will have the decency to reply and confirm that my postage costs will be refunded ASAP, or maybe it's a 19 week for that as well!
Good luck to anyone else unlucky enough to have ordered from this company, how they are allowed to trade is beyond belief
Reluctantly, I have given up on ever receiving my BigBoy bean bag. I have asked Groupon to action a purchase price refund and like many other people will have to forgo the postage.

I also ordered a giant Beanbag through Groupon at the beginning of November as a Christmas present for my children and have waited and waited and still nothing. Groupon told me a delivery date and I waited in with two young children all day on Feb half term and nothing arrived. I also in blind faith took up the offer of money off a further order with Infurn and ordered a bean bag for our dog too- HOW STUPID DO I FEEL NOW I HAVE READ ALL OF THESE SHOCKING REVIEWS. Groupon offered to refund for the original order but we still really wanted the bean bag as we have promised our children and therefore declined it. I do not drive and am virtually housebond therefore I heavily rely on internet companies for my purchases. This was by no means a rash decision, we are in a recession as everybody knows and every penny counts. I actually feel sickened by this companies deplorable attitude towards their customers. I have thought very seriously about taking this to the small claims court but I think it would be far more effective to take this to the Media. I am sure both Infurn and Groupon would not want to see their name on a particular consumer show or internet sight. I have posted this in the hope that I will be contacted and receive what I have paid for. Having sent emails that have never been replied to and made calls that are never answered I will be heard, one way or another, as a minority group I will not be sidelined like this.

I also booked and paid for both my bean bags and delivery. After waiting 4 months groupons inform me that infurn cannot keep the order and so it was cancelled. In the same email they told me I would be refunded my postage within 14 days. That was over one month ago. I have emailed infurn twice and only the automated reply. I am due to be refunded for four bean bags. I am getting really cross now and looking into suing them unless sorted in the next two weeks. Any body got any advice.

AND THE STORY CONTINUES....
Previous poor reviews posted for infurn sparked a very a apologetic phone call from the 'new management' team saying that my experience was not typical - unbelievable. I received confirmation from Sonja Harris, their Customer Relations Supervisor, who confirmed that I would get a refund of my delivery charges and the charge for 2 x Bean Bags order but received in such poor quality they agreed to honour a refund. I received an email to say that a refund had been processed but.......
GUESS WHAT...... NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND AND IT IS NOW 6 WEEKS AFTER THE CONFIRMATION WAS RECEIVED.
I will not let Infurn get away with this level of service and will pursue them through any means possible. I hope this review serves as a stark warning to anyone thinking of buying through them
Another unsatisfied Groupon customer
I ordered 3 bigboy bean bags and after 4 months 2 arrived. 1 is still to arrive 6 months after the order and now I see nothing of the delivery on Infurns website
The 2 that I did receive are marked and clearly not of good quality and having been asked to send pictures to prove it this is the response I received from Infurn:
Thank you for your email.
Our filling is made from recycled materials of which some of the material is dark in colour and can be seen through the cover of the Lime Green Bean bags.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this, we can only suggest storing the filling in an extra bag.
As far as we are aware, this problem is only found in this colour product.
DO THEY THINK THAT I AM THAT STUPID OR THAT THIS IS AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER???
If you are reading this review before you order then think again as they are a terrible company to do business with and you can never get hold of them. This includes them changing there website at times to stop you even being able to review you order status. Very customer focused!!

I would get a BigBoy for Christmas. but it was moved to January, and I waited and waited. Today is April 1, and it has still not arrived.
Sonia Harris, you are responsible for around a month ago that you would send my purple BigBoy "Tomorrow", so where is it?
It remains for me to get the week beginning 10 February ...
We have already demanded to have it now, or have the money back. Nothing happens.
And when I read reviews where they write that they've been waiting 2 YEARS on their things, I am worried.
Grateful for answer. But even more grateful I become if I get my BigBoy. Or at least my money back.
I ordered via Groupon 2 Giant bean bags in November 2011 but they did not materialise so I cancelled about a month ago.
Groupon refunded my purchase price but I have found it impossible to get my P&P refunded from Infurn.
If there was a facility to award minus stars I would.
I will never deal with this company again, and recommend others do likewise.

Like many of the other posts I have recevied terrible customer service from infurn. I placed an order for 2 bean bags back in November and they were forever changing my delivery time. In the end groupon pulled the order. I have been emailing them on a daily basis looking for my money back for postage and have yet to get a response. Phones are always on voicemail so that they don't have to speak to anyone. The only reason why they got 1 star was because I couldn't give them less! Would never reccomend using this company.
I ordered a bigboy XXL almost 5 months and have yet to receive it. This is an absolute joke. They don't even have the decency to reply to my queries and all i get is blasted generated emails saying my concern is being processed. Then they have the cheek to send us newsletters saying they are giving away free bigboy xxl's if we spend over 500 pound. How about they deliver our initial PAID for bigboy xxl before they go making offers like that. This my first ever review of anything online, THATS how annoyed i've become over this. I feel like we're being treated like insignificant peasants that deserve neither respect nor a decent explanation as to why they took our money and ignored us there after. How is this legal?
I wasn't long receiving an email back from infurn once i'd posted this complaint. my order has now been canceled apparently by groupon though i was never once informed about this. Now i will probably struggle another 5 months to get my money back from infurn. 12.95 for delivery was EASY money made by infurn clearly. what fools we were all taken for.
Still waiting for a postage refund of £12.95 from the cancel groupon.
I've emailed email@example.com several occassions, still no response except for automated emails. .
Tried emailing firstname.lastname@example.org today - instant delivery failure.
I would like my £12.95 back please....

Re posting this , hoping that Infurn will get in touch with : it worked like a charm the first time , they called me something like 4 hours I posted !
Ridiculous , anyway , I thought that would be the end of my loooooong wait , but hahaha , of course not !
They DID try to deliver the item , but of course in the middle of a working day , I work 30 minutes from my home , so , of course I couldn't drop everything to open the door , the guy on the phone , said that it was ok , I could call to organise a redelivery date ....
I came back home at night .... no phone number , name of the delivery company ...nothing ...
And here I am again , trying to contact Infurn , via email and phone , to get a phone number and name so I can re arrange a redelivery ...
It's starting to get old ...
DON@T BUY ANYTHING AT INFURN , it's a waste of time and money !
older post :
I've oredered a bigboy in NOVEMBER last year , and I am still waiting for it ! Worst , I am still waiting for news from the customer service , it is shamefull , I am extremly unhappy with all this and I wish I never felt for this ; it feels more and more like a scam !
I have never EVER wrote any review on the internet , it is a shame that my first time is for such a scandalous reason !
19 weeks !! still no news ...
I got my beanbag today folks. Don't give up hope. Keep at them. Mine was delivered 20weeks and 1 day after ordering.
Still absolutely shocking service though. No way of getting a call unless you post a bad review! Ridiculous.
I will never ever in my life buy from infurn again.
Again ordered 2 x Beanbags on the 7th November and told they would be delivered before Christmas (nice present for the kids) didn't arrive, given other dates they came and went, got 1 delivered on the 14th February still waiting on the 2nd bag was given a fake DHL number to track still waiting at least 1 of my kids are happy.I still see Infurn are still selling the bags on other discount sites, If you were that bothered about customers satisfaction there should be a freeze on sales until you catch up with outstanding orders, I've been waiting nearly 5 months (shocking) trading standards need to be informed.
