Almost Perfect
Quick and easy purchase with delivery as expected. My only disappointment was the lack of an e-mail message saying my order had been sent - only a confirmation of my order having been issued.

Excellent service
Checking my records I see that both sets of discs were ordered through Amazon but the first set were not supplied by Inkubus. Looks as if the problem lies with Sony.
Delighted with the immediate positive response from Inkubus - the quality of customer service is really proved when things go wrong and Inkubus are fully worth 5 stars

Need Inkjet cartridges in a hurry?
This is the best price that I have found for these cartridges and the delivery time was very quick. So if you'r out of ink and time is tight, these are the folks that will serve you right!

Excellent service for printer inks
I get all my inks and toners from inkubus. They have best prices and fast delivery. Maybe the list of printers on their website could be updated, but as long as you know the product code for the toner you want, you can search for it & no problem.

unable to access my account to re order!
Very disappointed
Eventhough the correct details were put in -in the first place -the site still did not recognise the password. New Password was (reset) supplied by Inkubus, but I was still unable to access my account. I must have wasted 45 minuits just trying to place and order.
So note to anyone wanting to place and order it would save time ordering through the "one off" order route, because in the end thats what I needed to do.- and will probably use this method of ordering to ensure I can place an order. The other method does not work!.

disappointment at lack of personal contact
was really sad to learn when I ordered my replacement ink cartridge recently that I can no longer order on the phone. The previous system, was efficient, personal, very easy and a joy to use. The website approach is tedious, unfriendly, impersonal and dull. From a customer's point of view so called progress has been a retrograde step.

Realistic prices & quick deliverery
I found Inkubus via Google went I was checking prices for my Lexmark Laser Printer and found them to be the best price available and it included delivery. The online ordering process was easy and when I needed to phone to check something I was answered quickly and my question was answered efficiently. Delivery took place quicker than I expected. As look as Inkubus keeps their keen pricing policy I will be ordering all my toner cartridges from them in the future.
