Placed and order for items that according to website was in stock. 12 days later i had not received anything so i called them just to be told one of my items were out of stock but wld be in shortly. Another 7 days later i finally received my order. Unfortunately the harness was to small. I requested a refund if they did not have the harness in stock. It has been 10 days since they received the harness back from me and i haven't heard anything from them. I have tried to get hold of them but no one answers emails or pick up the phone. I wonder how long inner wolf can keep scamming people before they get shut down?
I got tired of waiting and ordered the harness from another online company. It arrived 2 days later.
I purchased a vibrating collar for my deaf dog from INNER WOLF.OK and this cost me £134.99 on the 9th October 2013.. they took my money from my account on the 11th October a few days later I contacted them spoke to a gentleman who told me out of stock and awaiting delivery. and it will be a few more days for this to arrive. I left this go a week I called back again only go get their telephone answer machine saying they are busy and leave a message on write a e mail and we will get back to you. I did this both message and email and waited another week and still no answer to either. I then called again same thing another email and message left .. to carry on again 30th October I called again left another message and email and again today 1st nov 2013 and same again. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY there is no customer service at all . It would be nice if you could get and update to the order. I have also demanded my money back after waiting over 3 weeks now for my order. STILL NO RESPONSE. NO CUSTOMER CARE NOTHING SHAMBOLIC .. all I want now is my money back but I cannot get to actually speak to a human being
I ordered these as, unfortunately, my 10yr old German Shepherd has started to drag here back legs, causing her claws to bleed every time we go for a walk. It was a little trick trying to draw around her feet to get the correct measurements (as she has tickly feet!). When the boots arrived, they were a little too big but, despite that, they do a great job! The dog doesn't mind wearing them in the slightest and the boots are really tough so I know they're going to last her for quite some time. Really glad I got them as it means we can still enjoy our walks together!
I bought the harness for my jack Russell/ Yorkie. It's brilliant completely unable to slip out of it despite their usual tricks to do so. Easy to fit and buckles don't catch the fur as they have covers over them. Expensive but worth it.
Had problems with one of my Airedales......one picks up EVERY sticky willow seed in the world.....murder to get them off her without her comb....her daughter Mini Mo, well, she is a very different cup of tea, she drags her toe nails......no, they are the right length, but she gets lots of grass seeds ( they are like very sharp harpoons), deeply embedded between her toes.....Vets bills were through the roof for thier removal.....Being a Scotsman, one learns VERY quickly what to do.....soooo got some very good scissors, cut back the hair between the toes,then set to work with a good set of forcepts to pull the grass seeds out......neighbours thought I was murdering her, and after a good 15 mins soak in very salty warm water, to sterilise her feet, I dried them off and bandaged them up.......Going out walkies , well, that was where you guys came in......I ordered a dozen pack of rubber boots and put them on all her feet.....YIPPEEEE....problem solved. WE are WELL CHUFFED but Mini Mo looks really miffed if I dont put them on her feet......sheeeeesh ...Mutts!

I ordered the Ruffwear Swamp Cooler. I measured my Cocker Spaniel and thought I needed a Medium. The ordering is very easy and I get discount as I'm a CaniX member, I also liked the free delivery. When it arrived it was huge on Joey, so I emailed Adrian who responded very quickly and told me to return it and he would send out the smaller size. The new size arrived within a few days and it fitted well. Would totally recommend. This isn't the first time I have used Inner Wolf, as I rate their customer service as excellent. I love the Gundog range, so will be ordering again soon.
I needed my order next day so emailed to ask how much this would cost. The response was instant & I was told if I ordered in the next hour, it would arrive next day with no postage costs! So I ordered & it arrived the next day so I was very pleased with the customer service. The products were great too but I was more impressed with their quick response to my query & getting my order to me so quickly. I will use them again :)

This is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, please stay clear and do not place an order because you won't receive your goods and they will take your money.
I bought 3 dogs jackets and according to their website they usually dispatch next day and to allow 5 days for delivery. 3 days later I had not received my email to say they had been dispatched so I tried calling the 0845 number given and like all the rest of these reviews tell you, you can't get through.
I decided to call the 0116 number and spoke to someone who said that they had sold out of the jackets and it was an inventory mistake! Funny that when other people seem to be having the same issues with undelivered goods. They should not be selling items which they do not stock! Also, why have they waited to for me to follow up with them to see where my items are 4 days on! I am still waiting for a refund and an explanation which personally I don't think I will receive. If they do not send me 3 replacement jackets I will be writing to trading standards and I strongly feel that other people who have issues with them should too.
