Placed and order for items that according to website was in stock. 12 days later i had not received anything so i called them just to be told one of my items were out of stock but wld be in shortly. Another 7 days later i finally received my order. Unfortunately the harness was to small. I requested a refund if they did not have the harness in stock. It has been 10 days since they received the harness back from me and i haven't heard anything from them. I have tried to get hold of them but no one answers emails or pick up the phone. I wonder how long inner wolf can keep scamming people before they get shut down?
I got tired of waiting and ordered the harness from another online company. It arrived 2 days later.
I purchased a dog coat online and my dog wasn't happy wearing it so I returned it with the invoice and a note requesting to return the item.
It's been over a month now and I haven't recieved a refund. Also all of my messages sent to innerwolf.co.uk's customer support via their website regarding the matter have not been replied to.
This is very disappointing customer service and I'd like to make anyone considering using this online retailer aware that this could happen to you if you return an item to this store.
I purchased a vibrating collar for my deaf dog from INNER WOLF.OK and this cost me £134.99 on the 9th October 2013.. they took my money from my account on the 11th October a few days later I contacted them spoke to a gentleman who told me out of stock and awaiting delivery. and it will be a few more days for this to arrive. I left this go a week I called back again only go get their telephone answer machine saying they are busy and leave a message on write a e mail and we will get back to you. I did this both message and email and waited another week and still no answer to either.
I then called again same thing another email and message left .. to carry on again 30th October I called again left another message and email and again today 1st nov 2013 and same again. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY there is no customer service at all . It would be nice if you could get and update to the order. I have also demanded my money back after waiting over 3 weeks now for my order. STILL NO RESPONSE. NO CUSTOMER CARE NOTHING SHAMBOLIC .. all I want now is my money back but I cannot get to actually speak to a human being

I ordered these as, unfortunately, my 10yr old German Shepherd has started to drag here back legs, causing her claws to bleed every time we go for a walk. It was a little trick trying to draw around her feet to get the correct measurements (as she has tickly feet!). When the boots arrived, they were a little too big but, despite that, they do a great job! The dog doesn't mind wearing them in the slightest and the boots are really tough so I know they're going to last her for quite some time. Really glad I got them as it means we can still enjoy our walks together!
I bought the harness for my jack Russell/ Yorkie. It's brilliant completely unable to slip out of it despite their usual tricks to do so. Easy to fit and buckles don't catch the fur as they have covers over them. Expensive but worth it.
Had problems with one of my Airedales......one picks up EVERY sticky willow seed in the world.....murder to get them off her without her comb....her daughter Mini Mo, well, she is a very different cup of tea, she drags her toe nails......no, they are the right length, but she gets lots of grass seeds ( they are like very sharp harpoons), deeply embedded between her toes.....Vets bills were through the roof for thier removal.....Being a Scotsman, one learns VERY quickly what to do.....soooo got some very good scissors, cut back the hair between the toes,then set to work with a good set of forcepts to pull the grass seeds out......neighbours thought I was murdering her, and after a good 15 mins soak in very salty warm water, to sterilise her feet, I dried them off and bandaged them up.......Going out walkies , well, that was where you guys came in......I ordered a dozen pack of rubber boots and put them on all her feet.....YIPPEEEE....problem solved. WE are WELL CHUFFED but Mini Mo looks really miffed if I dont put them on her feet......sheeeeesh ...Mutts!

I ordered the Ruffwear Swamp Cooler. I measured my Cocker Spaniel and thought I needed a Medium. The ordering is very easy and I get discount as I'm a CaniX member, I also liked the free delivery. When it arrived it was huge on Joey, so I emailed Adrian who responded very quickly and told me to return it and he would send out the smaller size. The new size arrived within a few days and it fitted well. Would totally recommend. This isn't the first time I have used Inner Wolf, as I rate their customer service as excellent. I love the Gundog range, so will be ordering again soon.
I needed my order next day so emailed to ask how much this would cost. The response was instant & I was told if I ordered in the next hour, it would arrive next day with no postage costs! So I ordered & it arrived the next day so I was very pleased with the customer service. The products were great too but I was more impressed with their quick response to my query & getting my order to me so quickly. I will use them again :)

This is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, please stay clear and do not place an order because you won't receive your goods and they will take your money.
I bought 3 dogs jackets and according to their website they usually dispatch next day and to allow 5 days for delivery. 3 days later I had not received my email to say they had been dispatched so I tried calling the 0845 number given and like all the rest of these reviews tell you, you can't get through.
I decided to call the 0116 number and spoke to someone who said that they had sold out of the jackets and it was an inventory mistake! Funny that when other people seem to be having the same issues with undelivered goods. They should not be selling items which they do not stock! Also, why have they waited to for me to follow up with them to see where my items are 4 days on! I am still waiting for a refund and an explanation which personally I don't think I will receive. If they do not send me 3 replacement jackets I will be writing to trading standards and I strongly feel that other people who have issues with them should too.
Ordered a dog harness, walkydog and extra bracket on 12th May 2013. They took payment within 24 hours, but 10 days on and I'd yet to receive the email notification for delivery despatch. Phoned approx 20 times, always geting a message that lines are busy. Tried both the 0845 number and 0116. Emailed twice, no reply. Left voice messages, no reply.
Decided to look online for similar instances and saw that others were experiencing exactly the same thing as me. Finding other people having the same issue started alarm bells ringing and I needed to have these products as they were key for a holiday we'd booked with the dog in the next few days.
The goods from Inner Wolf did eventually arrive, but way too late for the holiday we'd booked, and as we'd had no communication from the vendor, we'd since been forced to purchase from another store to ensure we got them (K9Active, who are brilliant). They delivered in 1 day (for free) and I had a real voice telling me they'd been posted, you can't get any better than that. Sure, the product wasn't quite as cheap - but the amount of time I've wasted and stress levels were retrospectively never worth it.
We asked Inner Wolf to cancel the order (at that point, we still hadn't had an email confirmation) who then replied that they'd just been despatched (****** typical). So they instructed me to refuse the first part of the delivery and I'd receive the refund. Delivery was refused, then it did take a few more days and a follow up email from me to get that moving.

In the interests of fairness, I've now received my full refund from Inner Wolf.
As we all know, internet shopping can be a truly time and money saving experience - but when it goes wrong and you've lost the responsive two-way communication with the vendor, it does make you feel like you've been 'conned'. For me, there is absolutely no substitute for a friendly voice over the phone.
- Communication is absolutely key when a transaction goes wrong
- Always research the website store you're about to use
- Never think that the cheapest price is your best option
- If the store has a phone line, phone it !
First time I have used this company and I wish I had read some reviews first.
I placed an order for two dog beds, received no further communication concerning my order and they did not arrive. I telephoned them, to be told the beds were out of stock and would not be back in stock for around 7 weeks!
I needed the beds urgently so asked for a refund, only to be told 'you won't get these beds anywhere else'. I said I still wanted a refund as I had to purchase elsewhere and was told 'well, I can't promise that'.
Their attitude stinks and I have now had to take the time to follow the dispute process with my card issuer in order to get a refund for goods I have not received.
Steer clear - you have been warned!
Just received most of my order today after a delay due to their waiting to restock.
The company went into liquidation last year and since have changed who is running the company and it is now getting back on it's feet.
The order arrived reasonably packaged and is great. We had our new doggy ride trailer up and running a short while after getting the box inside and our pooch loves it.
I have no reservations about ordering from them again, though I would imagine it's going to be a month or two before everything runs as it should as there must be a substantial amount of back orders to work through.
Considering there are few companies who trade in the kind of equipment they do let alone the breath of choice, it's a relief to know that they will continue to trade.
Having had a nightmare with Inner wolf back at the end of of 2012, after I returned a harness to change the size, then did not receive the smaller size harness and could not get any response from them either by email or phone. I have now recently managed to get in touch with Adrian who has now taken the company over after it went into liquidation. I explained my issue with my previous order/exchange and in all fairness he sent me out the smaller harness I had requested when I returned the other harness. It arrived the next morning and is great quality/fit. He was very helpful and apologetic explaining that since he took over he has had to sort out a lot of issues. I would hope that with new ownership this company will now provide a far better service than I was unfortunate to experience in 2012.
Do not use this website. I ordered some things and never received them despite the payment going through. They don't respond to any form of communication once they have your money. I have discovered that they are going into liquidation

Hi, I ordered a collar through this company, it wasn't delivered, so I rang, emailed, and tried facebook... no replies of any form... been trying solidly for a week now... still nothing, but they have kept my money!! AVOID them at all costs.
Bestilte 2 produkter hos dem pga prisen. Herefter går der en uges tid, hvor jeg intet hører, men pengene bliver hævet på min Paypal konto. Jeg henvender mig til dem telefonisk og bliver mødt at tlf svarer med, at de har travlt og pr. mail 5 gange, hvortil jeg intet svar modtager. Jeg ønsker blot at finde ud af, hvornår jeg modtager mit produkt, da min ordre status på deres hjemmeside bliver ved med at være "processing".
Efter et par uger kommer der en pakke, hvor kun det ene produkt er med og jeg henvender mig igen pr. mail, blot for ikke at få svar.
Jeg har nu informeret dem om, at jeg har overgivet sagen til min advokat og har ligeledes informeret Paypal, at de nok skal på deres observationsliste.
