An excellent website, helpful staff and a quality product, result, customer satisfaction!
I was searching the internet for a product that many people indicated that they stocked and sold, however when I studied the items they offered I found that it was hard to find a supplier that genuinely had a comprehensive stock available and priced.
When I found the Innovate Electrical Supplies site I was immediately able to identify and purchase every single item.
Then after I had placed the order Andrew phoned up to enquire as to whether I wanted a transformer to the power the system, he had looked at my list and realised I would need one. I had in fact purchased one elsewhere, but a nice touch to ensure that I had all I needed. I have since made another purchase and I can honestly say their good service is not a "one off".

Smooth Transaction, Fast Service.
I purchased some lighting supplies from this company over the internet, this was the first time I had used them and I will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Personable, responsive and speedy service
I received a personal acknowledgement of my order and received updates of delivery progress. I ordered on Friday and the goods were delivered the following Monday. On Tuesday Andrew called to check if all was OK. In short, brilliant service!

Great products, great prices and fantastic customer service
I ordered some lights and needed them delivered as quickly as possible as I was working on a time-critical project. I phoned up to see how long my items would take to arrive. The customer service was excellent and they made sure that my items were delivered as quickly as possible. Needless to say that I've been very impressed and I look forward to doing business with them again shortly!

FIRST CLASS SERVICE ALL THE WAY
First class service all the way, all staff extremely friendly and very helpful with excellent product knowledge. Heater was dispatched the same day for next day delivery, couldn’t fault the after sales service when they even made a call to asked if I had received delivery and if all goods were to my requirements. Will be using them again and will recommend them to all my colleagues

A first rate pre, and post sales service not to mention product
I bought an air conditioning unit and Andrew from the companyt was most patient and helpfull when I experienced difficulties setteling my account on line. His after sales service was supberb and left an impression with me that the customer is important to the company unlike many I have dealt with.

Reliable company, does what it says.
Once the deal was done I received a confirmation by email and a day later another email to let me know of the next day delivery. The goods were indeed delivered the next day and I am very happy with both the product and the service.

Exactly how trading online should be!
Uncomplicated web site with a fast checkout procedure which includes paypal as an option.
Innovate Electrical Supplies very quickly sent follow up emails confirming the order with dispatch confirmation and the goods were delivered next day as promised.
Price for what I ordered (air con unit) was also very competitive. Even received a follow up courtesy call to check everything was ok. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Andrew Fisher understands the value of quality service as well as quality products.
I had been having trouble finding exactly the right product for a particular situation. I eventually found what seemed to be just what I was looking for, but was not sure which supplier to choose. Luckily for me one of the three I contacted was Innovate Electrical Supplies. The other two did not return my calls, however Andrew did within two minutes and from that moment all my problems were solved. Good advice, excellent order processing procedures and delivery of 35 outside lights of really good quality shipped from Germany in 3 days. You can't expect better than that!
