A very professional, friendly company with a wide range of products.
The dealings I have had with Insignia UK, have been faultless. The attitude of the staff gives you a feeling that your order matters to them and they strive to give you the best possible service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Always happy with Insignia
I have used Insignia to provide marketing materials for the organisation for which I work for a number of years. I have been fortunate that the lady that I deal with has worked for Insignia for virtually the whole time that I have been using them, so I am always dealing with the same person which makes life much easier because she knows what we've had in the past. We find Insignia's prices very good and the materials provided always look good. Insignia know their stuff which is great as they can recommend the best items for our purposes to us. Only once did I ever have a problem with materials provided, which was very recently, and I think this really boiled down to a misunderstanding between Insignia and the factory. However Insignia were very helpful and we received a 25% discount. Despite this slight 'wobble' I would still happily recommend Insignia to anyone and still fully intend to use Insignia to provide my organisation's marketing materials.

Good service but sent to the wrong address
Quick service and happy with the goods but two of the batches were sent to the wrong address, I did contact yo0u to let you know one batch had been sent to the worng place yet the second batch was sent to the wrong place again.

SUPER FAST AND EFFICIENT, GOOD EXPERIENCE
It is such a pleasure in this climate to deal with a company that does exactly what is says on the tin, we have dealt with several companies in the past weeks, as we are organising a promotional drive and have not been very impressed with feed back or speed with which our requests have been dealt with, but dealing with Isignia has been very impressive especially the speed with which our order was delivered and the quality of the product ordered, a full 10 out of 10 from us.

Always Polite, Helpful, Friendly and ready to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer
Whenever I phone to put an order in even though it may only be once a year, they appear to remember you and have all your details to hand in no time at all.
I always find them friendly and willing to help. If they haven't the product you are looking for they will go out of their way to try and get it for you.
When the order is placed they keep you informed of it's progress sending you detail
of the actual item before going ahead with it.
I find them a really good company to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!
Ordered some jubilee mugs for the whole school at a reasonable cost. Had to keep checking on delivery as they did not arrive as scheduled. When they finally arrived just before the event there were lots of damaged items and I mean totally smashed up! They were replaced after several telephone calls. Lovely staff manning the phones. Need to change their delivery transporter.

Can't fault their customer service - Excellent
All contact was dealt with promptly and efficiently, products were received on time and when we wanted different presentation boxes this was handled swiftly and everything arrived in time for our assembly. Really cannot fault the service, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

Whisky glasses for a day to remember
We spent six months organising and raising money for the village to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. We wanted to thank all the volunteers who did so much to make it a truly memorable day and so presented each one with an Insignia whisky glass inscribed with the Jubilee date and Buckingham Palace logo. The staff were really helpful and it was so easy to complete the order which arrived at just the right time.

Great service and product
I ordered 270 jubilee bookmarks for my daughter's school - on behalf of the PTA. They were white leather with gold lettering and looked lovely presented to the children with a special book - also provided by the PTA. Would definitely look at insignia's catalogue in future.

St Mark's Red Lion is not roaring!!
We like the bag but our Red Lion that looked so bright red in the sample came out onto the bag as very muted and non descript.
We are disappointed as we thought with a royal blue colour bag and a bright red lion it would be very eye catching.
Next time I will ask for a sample with the logo already printed onto the item we have ordered.

Went the extra mile!
Insignia are a reliable and trustworthy Company who are highly recommended. When a problem arose with an order which was NOT their direct fault - they rectified it immediately!
Efficient and effective
From order to receipt Insignia Ltd were efficient, and helped me to get what I needed (souvenier bookmarks) at a competetive price, and in plenty of time for the relevant event.
I would certainly use them again.
