Prompt service and excellent advice - ALWAYS!

I have used Inta Audio for about 3 years now. I bought my whole set-up - PC, interface, keyboard, software, mics, etc - from them. Every time I have dealt with them, the delivery has been prompt, and every time I have had to speak to them, I've received excellent advice, friendly service, and with my original system, fantastic after-sales service. My latest purchase was Toontrack's EZ Keys software, and as ever it was delivered promptly. Can't praise this company highly enough!

Buy with absolute confidence from Inta Audio

After a few years of putting off buying a dedicated audio PC, instead persuading myself that my 6 year old homebuilt box was still up to the job, I finally took the plunge and ordered a new i7 Pro Music PC from Inta Audio.
I'd read a couple of reviews of top end systems from Inta in SOS, but these were out of my price range. I had a specific amount in mind to spend, and found the PC Builder section of the website made speccing out the best PC I could get for my money was really easy.
After ordering the customer service I received was fantastic. Had a call to advise on the build time and to agree on a delivery date, and everything went like clockwork. Out of the box, I had to tweak the audio settings to my own liking, but that's purely a personal preference. The PC booted rapidly, and is virtually silent in operation. No issues with the firewire card - picked up my desk instantly and happily records my full band (7 piece) simultaneously.
So if like me you're wondering if it's worth taking the plunge on buying a dedicated audio PC, my answer would now be yes, what are you waiting for. Buy it from Inta Audio and the only thing you'll be worrying about is keeping the drummer in time :)

Intel i7 Rock Solid Music Pro PC

Decided to take the plunge & purchase my new music PC from Inta-Audio. Couldn't be happier, service & advice top notch, delivery arrived when they said it would.
Thought I had a problem with the firewire card, spoke to IA, they advised the card may have come loose in transit. I opened the case, extremely well laid out & all the cards bonded to the motherboard. The problem was not with the firewire card but the focusrite driver install. Since then no problem, takes pride of place in my studio, performance superb. Will definitely be using Inta-Audio again.

I love to play guitar and write and record songs as a hobby and upload them to Youtube. No problem at home but I would like to sometimes record sounds to add to my music so I was looking for a portable hand held recorder and settled on the Tascam DR-05. I looked on Ebay and Inta Audio had the best price and included free delivery. As I once bought a DVD player for the car from a company in Leeds which subsequently became faulty; I had so many issues trying to resolve problems I wished I'd been more prudent and checked out the company...I wasn't alone with my problems!
So I checked the feedback for Inta Audio and it was superb, I also checked out their shop and found a nice rack for 5 guitars again with free delivery so I ordered both items. It was so easy adding both items to one order form, not always the case on Ebay, and I was immediately given positive Ebay feedback. I was also thanked for my business by email and had a further email to say the items had been despatched. Delivery was also superquick!
I have over 20 guitars and they were stored in various stands or wall hangers which take up an appreciable amount of space and the stand was so neat and compact that my wife loved it and said get another! I did and the same customer care was given with that purchase.
It's hard to find a decent customer oriented business these days but I've found a gem in Inta Audio and will check them out again. Buy with confidence.

I bought an IRig from this Company it was reasonably priced and free P&P which made it the best deal around. Ordering was stress free and it came within two days.

Great Approach to Customer Service

I ordered my item (Midi Controller) late last Wednesday after researching retailers for this item and found Intra Audio had the best price, free delivery and a nice simple website. I received an email the following morning to say the item had been dispatched and an estimated delivery date. The package, very safely wrapped with the inner box also shrunk wrapped (although I haven't opened the item inside as it is a Christmas present), arrived by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery on Monday.

A nice touch was a customer care leaflet inside the package that gave all the customer care contacts and gave me confidence that Intra Audio would look after their customers. All in all a great online shopping experience that I would use again.

I had a good experience purchasing a Vox amp from Inta Audio. I had read a couple of reviews that said that once they had ordered an item, it was suddenly out of stock. I called the shop to check whether they definitely had my amp in stock and they were really friendly and confirmed that they did. They got the amp dispatched to me quickly but unfortunately Parcelforce put my parcel on the wrong van - no fault of Inta Audio, who did their best to rectify the problem. The amp was a good price, perfect condition and I would definitely order from this company again.

My I5 music system was beginning to chug after a long period of faultless hard work and me loading all sorts of junk on to the machine. I was expecting to have to upgrade to an I7. Thanks to team at Inta Audio my system has been given a new lease of life at much less cost. It was great to get good honest advice without the hard sell. I have had a solid state disc accelerator fitted along with a better graphics card and silent CPU fan. The guys also tweaked my O.S. and it's flying like never before ! I am very pleased indeed. IntaAudio - professional, friendly and excellent value

I have been purchasing PCs from IntaAudio since 2006. My small company is now on its third machine from them, and they have also sorted out a complete motherboard/processor/ram/hdd upgrade to the first machine, which will bring it happily up to date. We like their machines because they are quiet, rock-solid, and durable, as well as being good performers. Silence is important in the office, as well as the studio! The PCs have been used for music, as well as office and CAD/design duties, and they have all performed well. I have also purchased various peripherals from them (interfaces, speakers, software) and never had any problems with service or delivery.

PC tech support and configuration is flawless. If you want something other than a stock solution, they will always try (and usually succeed) to set up and configure a working system for you. Can't rate them highly enough - nobody else is getting my business :-)

Good service, good product

A few months ago I took delivery of a specialist audio PC from Inta Audio, together with a Focusrite Sapphire interface, Cubase 6 and some studio equipment. I had chosen them primarily becasue they took the time to talk 'normally' (!) with me when I initially called, whereas the other 2 companies I approached seemed more focussed on simply making the sale and lacked the knowledge and/or courtesy to answer my questions.

When the order arrived, my trepidation about getting everything to work, Steinberg licensing, etc., was quickly replaced by relief. I was up and running as soon as I switched on the PC, everything was nicely installed, licensed and working. They had even added some security software we had discussed that placed minimum call on processing power.

The PC itself is great - very quiet and so far it has handled everything I have thrown at it in terms of audio tracks, although it's perhaps still early days when it comes to additonal plug ins and the like.

The bottom line is that I haven't needed to call IA once since receiving the order - not something I would have predicted. I'm sure they will be very helpful if I do need support, though, and i have already decided to buy future kit from them, should they stock what I need.

I took time to read the reviews for Inta-Audio and to be honest I am not surprised time after time customers are having an amazing service when purchasing from Inta-Audio.

So no surprise when I am saying yet again, the service and customer care is excellent. They don't sound like they are squeezed for time either, Dave and Jamie who I both dealt regularly with, always had time to have a chat while resolving my enquiry which made me feel cared for.

Right from the beginning in which Inta advised which Pc would be best suited to me through to the delivery of my PC the service has been top notch. The Pc itself is superb and Dave and the guys have done a great job in loading all my old software onto the system and making sure it is working fine with my new version of Cubase. I ordered a music PC from Inta Audio and they have been nothing but supportive and helpful since day one: though there were a few teething problems that delayed the development of the new system by a few weeks, the support I received every time I spoke to the engineers' team was superlative, and I genuinely felt their enthusiasm and interest in doing the best thing to get me sorted and making music! Technical department is where they are strong

I have configure my new PC and even if things didn't look too good at the beginning (apparently the video card I have chosen was too advanced for my monitors....) Inta has quickly picked up the machine to resolve the problem.
The technical department is where they are really strong and kind.
I found professional people which have installed all my software and sequencer so when the PC arrived it was all ready.
I recommend Inta since I'm going to use them again.

I ordered some recording gear of Inta Audio after being recommended them from Editors Keys.

I ordered myself a new Midi keyboard and stand, and the customer service, price and delivery was spot on. Not a bad word to say about the company at all, and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get new recording gear.

i7 Audio PC, great product, great support.

I ordered an i7-based music PC from Inta-Audio. Unfortunately, when it arrived, there seemed to be some kind of problem with one of the cards in the machine - could have been the graphics card, could have been the Firewire card. The guys at Inta-Audio were great. Their remote phone and online support was top-notch and, when we couldn't get to the bottom of the problem quickly, they arranged to have the machine collected, replace the suspected faulty parts and have it shipped back to me. However, when I said that I would actually prefer to have all the parts in the faulty machine replaced, they didn't bat an eyelid and agreed to build and configure an entire new system from scratch and just install it in the original case once they received the faulty unit back.

It took a couple of weeks for the new machine to arrive (since they were waiting on a particular part from their suppliers), but they kept me informed throughout the whole process and, when the new computer arrived, they had not only rebuilt the entire machine (as promised), but also upgraded some of the components free of charge (e.g. they fitted a better motherboard than the original). And the new system is great and working like a charm.

I was so impressed by the level of service I received that I actually ordered a new audio interface to go with the replacement system. They not only installed and configured the new interface before sending it along with the new PC, but they had done all of the necessary software and firmware updates that were required, so it was just a case of taking everything out of the boxing and plugging it in.

I would definitely shop at Inta-Audio again in the future. Great products, great service and first-rate support if anything should happen to go awry. Three relatively simple things, but they're the absolute core of being a good business and, in my experience, Inta-Audio are good.

KRK Rokit RP8 Bundle

Its refreshing to find an online retailer who not only offers great prices and super fast delivery, but also fantasic honest and friendly customer services.
I purchased a studio monitoring bundle and realised I had the wrong cables, so after emailing customer services I was kindly given a choice of cables best suited to my setup which were posted to me free of charge within hours.
I will be buying from Inta-Audio again!

Intel i5 Pro PC and Pro Tools

Rock solid build and very quiet PC. All music software, interface drivers etc were installed by Inta Audio, including updates from the manufacturer's website.The PC operating system was optimised for the DAW with no additional cost.
Inta Audio were able to amend my original order quickly and without any fuss when I decided to maximise the amount of RAM for the PC. They also rang me to let me know that there was a problem with availability on the software I'd orderd, but they quickly found an alternative, which turned out to be a fantastic deal.
From ordering to me getting the system was 14 days, but it was worth the wait.

Payment taken quickly, product not in stock, no update.

I ordered some software from Inta Audio - they had good pricing and the item was shown as in stock.
I waited 5 days and called them to find out why it had not been delivered.
By amazing coincidence, they explained that they had been just about to call me as it wasn't really in stock and it would take another 2 weeks to get the item……
Throughout the period it was shown as in-stock on their web site, although this was changed when I pointed this out to them
I got a refund and shopped elsewhere. Integrity is important.
The only positive – which is why they got 2 stars – is that the refund was processed quickly.

Top Cutomer Service, Top Machine

I had never heard of Inta Audio until a few months ago, when I started looking into getting a new PC to replace my laptop.

I decided to E-mail Inta Audio about two different specifications, and their advice was surprisingly honest and transparent.

I first spent only a small amount of money on cables and accessories, and needed to check up on a product. Their customer service was again top notch, even just for a sale of a few pounds - these people will treat you well no matter how much you are spending.

I then decided to purchase my PC system with some software, spending over £3.5k. I was surprised to be kept up to date with my build and how things were going via E-mail.

The machine itself has been built to a very high standard, cables neat and tidy, acoustic foam where applicable, with the usual windows tweaks to improve audio performance.

Their machine is very stable and extremely fast (I7 960 with 24gb DDR3), and all programs were pre-installed, with all drivers from the Firewire interface I purchased at the same time, all correctly configured for 64bit Windows. I was very impressed that the Inta Team had also installed all the latest software updates for all the programs I purchased, as well as the latest drivers.

I then went on to purchase a set of studio monitors and a subwoofer, and I was unlucky enough to receive a monitor that had been damaged in transit.

I'm also happy to be able to say that the Inta team was professional beyond reproach when it came to returns. My replacement was even shipped to me BEFORE my defective unit was collected, again showing that I came first.

This is indeed a 5* company, no matter how much you're spending. When I spend £10 they were as professional as when I spent the rest (around £5K) - and this is coming from someone who doesn't like to spend money and is very critical and judgemental.

Inta Audio's team (Dave and Jamie have special mention), are the most professional bunch I have had the fortune of doing business with, and the company in general is value for money, and their computers built within a reasonable time-frame with outstanding quality.

Highly recommended for casual buyers AND studio professionals.

Fantastic Service / Incredible Music PC

I am blown away by the excellent customer service by Dave and Iain at Inta in helping my sort those little niggly software glitches that happen with VST plug ins... My new pc is ultra slient (way quieter than the previous Carillon), incredibly fast and worth every penny I paid for it. The main thing that made me choose Inta Audio was that a friend of mine has had fantastic support from them and when buying a music DAW, that is the most important thing. Thank you very much for the fine system, the excellent support and I feel safe in the feeling that anytime I have a problem I can call you guys up and get help. Brilliant.

I bought a dedicated music PC. I had a few teething problems, which unfortunately led me to return the machine to Inta Audio to sort out. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can speak to the same person each time, they are all knowledgeable, specifically about music PCs, and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I cannot rate this company highly enough, and will unquestionably use them again. Highly recommended.
