Unacceptable
They have taken money but 3 weeks on I have no product and they are not responding to any calls or emails. Have reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs.

Slow and could not care less.
Ordered a part on March 26th, money taken next day, part still not arrived on April 9th. Sent an email inquiring as to where it was on April 4th to be told very curtly that it would be with me in a few days. Still waiting....

Took my money and ran
Ordered and paid for a fridge freezer door. It has still not arrived after 5 weeks. No one will return emails or answer calls. Strongly recommend not using this company; untrustworthy, unreliable and uncontactable.

Trading Standards will be my next contact...............!
I ordered a part for my dishwasher it arrived promptly.
We discovered we had ordered the wrong part, we did not use this part and thought we would better to get rid of our broken dishwasher and buy a new one. I filled in relevant forms and sent product back to Interspares (to a returns department that only exists as a way to make the company look better than it is)..........A week later I spoke with [name] (with his doesn't care less manner) and he informed me he could not find the part and could not deal with this matter so I then called a few days later and [name] informed me that the part had been there a few days!!!!!!!! (11 November 2012) she said I would have to wait 30 days for a refund......HMMM ALARM BELLS RING.........I waited 30 days (14 December 2012) and have just been informed by the BOSS..!!!!!! [name] that the part had been fitted and was unsellable.............I wonder who made that decision!!!!!! I had not been contacted or informed on this about this matter and I can absolutely guarantee [name] that this matter is not resolved as this is a disgraceful way to treat honest customers who are being misinformed just so that you can keep OUR money. I think your attitude as a company boss stinks and I will be contacting Trading Standards immediately.

We are sorry to hear about the confusion with respect to your telephone calls regarding your returned part however the part was found to have been fitted and not in a resaleable condition. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund in these cases. We have since returned the item to you.

Service beyond my expectations
I needed a glass turntable for a microwave. First item supplied didn't fit the drive mechanism, so I returned the item, expecting a refund. But I received a replacement, with the drive mechanism and support ring. Excellent!!

Prompt delivery
The only online firm I could even find that seemed to have the cooker extractor carbon filter I needed, though even on Inter Spares site I wasn't sure. All turned out well though and the filter arrived very quickly

Happy with the service and delivery
I found the part for my Smeg fridge freezer on the website without any hassle and ordered it. The part arrived within five days (to Ireland) and was well packaged. I also liked the fact that the costs were clear and upfront (some companies only 'advise delivery costs at time of postage' - this fact is usual hidden in their confirmation emails).
On this experience - i'd happily recommend this compnay and will consdier using them again.

Good until you need to return a part
I found my parts easily on the website and easy to order. When received the wrong part (wrong order, my fault) then everything goes quiet, website doesn't forward correctly to returns once the online form is filled out, the email address provided gets no response and the phone just rings and rings.

REPLACEMENT FRIDGE DOOR TRAY
No complaints whatsoever. Glad I didn't read the reviews before hand otherwise probably wouldn't have used them. However, time from order to delivery five days! Can't get much better than that. Very well packaged to avoid damage in delivery.

Once they arrived they were perfect for what I needed. I ordered before Christmas and never turned up, niether did the reorder but when reordered again they turned up as anticpated and as I said perfect replacements.

Needed a new motor, found it straight away on interspares website, witha discount & free delivery. Bargain. Deliverd within a few days, fitted & working fine. Also noticed a large amount of other spares if/when needed so tagged interspares to my favourites!!

Ordered a replacement oven element on Saturday, arrived following Friday in perfect condition and worked perfectly. It did take until Wednesday to get any sort of estimated delivery time which could have been better, but otherwise no problems.
