Quick delivery, smaller arrangement than on the website

I was amazed that they'd deliver next day, but the arrangement was literally half the size of the one on the website, and with slightly different flowers.

Awful customer service

Ordered flowers for my partner to be delivered to her place of work, I got an email confirmation that the flowers had been sent out at 8.13am great so I thought, wasn't until my partner left work at 18.00pm and no words of having been sent flowers that I asked if anything interesting had happened but just another ordinary day, wasn't until nearly 19.30pm in the evening that a work colleague phoned her to say a delivery of flowers had just arrived, hardly the way I wanted her to get a lovely surprise, when I email interflora they sent back that the flowers had been delivered at 13.00pm, so the delivery guy obviously lied about the time the flowers arrived, they have lost my custom, they could of easily phoned myself to explain the flowers would be late but decided to lie instead, unforgiveable !

disgusting service

Ordered some mothers day flowers for my mother in ireland. Firstly they were delivered on the saturday not the sunday despite paying extra. The person delivering crossed over a padlocked gate with a warning about my moms dog as I told her to put him in on the sunday. Flowers left outside the front of the house and then they jumped back over gate. Two completely DEAD roses present in the basket. Ive tried calling several times but no one answers the phone, have been on hold for up to 20 mins. Never use interflora!

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day but wrong order delivered to my mother in a badly damaged box. Full refund given but no apology.

Ordered flowers for my mothers Birthday and flowers were half dead, looked nothing like the website and again in a beaten up box with no water in.

Will never use them again ( too expensive for bad quality and bad service )

Paid for a Ferrari got a clapped out old mini

Yet another unhappy customer.Flowers sent to my mother for mothers day.At least they arrived well sort of.They were delivered on time and to the correct address,Sounds good so far But the flowers were in a box and when opened just fell apart in the main. The chocolates in the bottom were squashed.The remaining few flowers lasted two days max.

Email sent to complain,As yet no response not too hopeful of any.£35 down the drain,now considering contacting trading standards to make complaint more official.

In my opinion i have been well and truly ripped off and sure that under the sales of goods act i have been miss sold according to the companies advertisement.

Pay more get less

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were not delivered. I do not live with my Mother but still received an email that they had been dispatched and delivered. So I was very happy. I waited for the thanks/phone call from my Mum and received nothing. I rang her late on Mother's day and she was furious that I hadn't rung her or sent flowers!!

I spent 50GBP on ensuring there was an excellent bouquet delivered on Mothering Sunday. This did not happen.

When I contacted Interflora I was told to ring off and the local florist who processed my order would ring me. They did not. So I had to ring back a second time and only at this point was my full refund granted and I think then only due to my being very firm.

There was also no offer to soften the blow and send out an explanatory card/apology bouquet to the intended recipient so I might have a chance to reconcile mine and my Mother's relationship.

Appalling.

Adding insult to injury! (There should be an option for 0 stars)

I ordered flowers for Mothers' Day.... they never turned up, although in addition to the overly expensive flowers I also paid a £14.99 supplement to have the flowers delivered on Mothers' Day itself (i.e. a Sunday).
I complained to Interflora and they acknowledged that the flowers were not delivered. They then sent me an email saying they would refund the delivery charge!? As nothing ever turned up, I think I should be refunded for the whole amount, No?
Now I've just seen that the delivery charge has been refunded.... £5.99! I'm guessing that's the standard delivery charge, as it is certainly not the Mothers' Day supplement of £14.99. And anyway, what's the point of refunding the delivery charge only?
As a PS... my mother is still not speaking to me, as she doesn't believe I ever ordered any flowers for her at all. Thanks Interflora!

Can I leave less that 1 star!!

Ordered flowers for day after , got email saying they was refused, when they wasn't! So called them and and gave them full proof instructions and called delivery address to expect them. They didn't turn up so I called them and they said they have no record of my call!
And said it was to late to deliver now!
They are a joke! This is second time I used them and the first time wasn't much better! They delivered a day late after my anniversary !!

Appalling service, will never use them again.

Ordered flowers for Mothers day, they never turned up, despite the fact I received an email on the day they were due to be delivered saying they were on their way!!! Barely received an apology from Interflora after chasing them, did get a refund, but no explanation of what happened to the flowers or why I received an email to say they were on their way. That was the first time I have used Interflora and it will definitely be the last, back to good old M&S flowers in future.

mixed experience...

Mother's day flowers ordered well in advance and chose not to pay £15 quid for a 3 hour delivery slot in the morning, so opted for all day knowing she'd be at home till early evening. 3pm, got a text saying the order was delivered, but a text confirming it wasn't delivered prompted me to call. Spoke to a guy called Jonathan who seemed very unsure of what he was doing but called the florist to see what was going on. He told me they were busy - no, really? - and that I should have paid for morning delivery. He thought he'd cut me off and swore down the line, not at me, but still... He then said it could be any time up to 6pm. Another text from mum at 6.40 to say still no sign prompted another call. This time, a guy called John. Very pleasant, apologetic and helpful. He called the florist who advised the van had broken down so some deliveries wouldn't take place, however, as the florist knew my mum, she grabbed another bouquet and a free box of chocs and made the delivery on her way home. Above and beyond, I thought, since she's only an Interflora agent and not directly employed. Note on Facebook page got no response until my mum complained, then I got a call back from Sue who again was very apologetic and she has refunded the delivery charge. All it would have taken is a better use of the system and some proactive communication when delays occur, then my mum's plans wouldn't have been disrupted and her day would have been that bit more special.

Despite being a pan-European company who claim to be experts, I'd suggest caution. Contact the florist direct, get better service and more for your money, that's my advice!

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

I ORDERED A LOVELY BASKET OF GOODIES FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW FOR MOTHERS DAY. IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED.I CONTACTED THEM LAST NIGHT AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE A CALL ON MONDAY. NO CALL. THEY CALLED MY MOTHER IN LAW THIS MORNING TO SAY THEY WOULD CALL BACK. SO I HAVE NOW CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN INTERFLORA. IT WAS LIKE GETTING BLOOD OUT A STONE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING. IM CALLING FROM AUSTRALIA SO ASKED THEN FOR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. SO I THEN CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD IT WAS COMING TODAY AND WOULD GIVE ME 50 PERCENT OFF. I SAID OK. MY MOTHER IN LAW HAS NOW TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED AND PICK SOMETHING ELSE. OH MY LORD WHAT IS GOING OUT TO BE REVEALED............

Ruined mothers day with broken vase and wilted flowers disgusting.

Spoilt my relationship with my daughter and she is upset and so am I all because care was not taken, in either the packing or the delivery, the vase was broken and had pierced the plactic container so all the water had leaked out consequently the flowers had wiilted. A lovely mothers day gift completely ruined. At the warehouse they should have noticed the box was an odd shape and saturated with water. You take good honest money for crap.. Senders Reference

INTERFLORA DO NOT GIVE A DAMN !

Ordered a Mothers Day plant for my mum, well in advance and it never arrived.
Phoned "customer services" and was told someone would email or phone me straight back ( no apology given).
24 hours later got a very brief email saying the gift had been twice delivered to the wrong place and I would get a refund , even though I had asked for a redelivery.
I will never use this overpriced, badly organised company again and to anyone who may read this I would recommend M&S Flowers.

WASTE OF TIME EFFORT AND MONEY ON MOTHERS DAY!!!!

MY SON ORDERED FLOWERS FOR ME FOR TODAY IE MOTHERS DAY AND DESPITE WAITING IN ALL DAY THEY NEVER ARRIVED. RANG TO TRACK THE ORDER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE ON THE WAY .4 HOURS LATER RANG AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD ARRIVED AND BEEN SIGNED FOR. I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING AND WAS TOLD BY THE AGENT THAT HE WOULD FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND GET BACK TO ME. HE NEVER DID BUT I RANG THE LOCAL FLORIST WHERE THEY WERE COMING FROM THE FLOWER STUDIO CARDIFF AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD TIMED OUT. THE MAN SAID THAT HE COULD SEND THEM TOMORROW WITH AN EXTRA GIFT BUT I DECLINED. THE SERVCIE WAS APPALLING AND WE WILL NEVER USE INTERFLORA AGAIN. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE LET US DOWN WITHOUT A CALL BACK OR APPOLOGY.DISGUSTING

ABSOLUTE TOTAL RUBBISH...AND NO ONE ON THE CUSTONER SERVICES GIVES A DAMN

Ordered flowers for my mom who had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer...I was already upset, as I live a distance away and couldn't get to mom till following day...arranged a bouquet to be delivered, payment taken...to receive a message way over an hour later that this could not be delivered, no alternatives offered at all.....rang customer services, which must be in Texas, as the woman I spke to had a slow texas drawl...to say she was unhelpful was an understatement...I gave her order numbers to which she said "I don't recognise them " I asked if there was anyone who could, as I had an e mail from Interflora with that number on, she replied "Ive no idea" !! I have been waiting for a call back for 3 hours now still nothing.....they honestly don't give a damn..avoid at all costs.....this has cost me a lot of heartache.....

Interflora not very internationally friendly!

As the name would suggest you would expect to find sending flowers internationally fairly straightforward, however with INTERflora this is not the case. I was told that my bunch of flowers would not be as per the photograph on the website and would therefore be a mystery. When I asked what the difference was between the different prices for these so called mystery bouquets I was told that the answer was unknown. I then asked could I specify a morning or afternoon delivery, I was told no. I then tried to track my order but apparently the tracking service for my mystery bunch of flowers doesn't stretch to international orders and so I am just left to hope that a nice bunch of flowers arrives, fingers crossed.

Will never use Interflora again - failed to even deliver the order!

After a bad experience with Interflora a couple of years ago where the display sent bore very little resemblance to what had been pictured on the website and a don't care attitude by Interflora I finally relented and ordered a bouquet for my disabled friend for her birthday. Not only did it fail to turn up I received an email saying it had been delivered and then another to say it hadn't and a card left - I was actually at my friends at the 4.10 pm when they said they had come and this had definitely not happened. Given loads of rubbish by the customer services team once I finally got through about how the florist assistance had now finished for the day. Got more rubbish about why this had happened the following morning. When finally received a message and spoke to them at midday the following day there was still no guarantee a new bouquet would go even a day late I cancelled the order. Very poor show and won't ever use again.

very poor value for money

when my husband's mother passed away 1yr ago we ordered a wreath for the funeral through Interflora we paid £65.00, on the day of the funeral when we saw it we could not believe how small it was, it was around the size of a small tea plate, we felt so embarrassed that we swore we would never use them again.
