I went online to order flowers for a funeral, I live in Australia , the funeral was in England.There are 111 Funeral Directors in Interfloras data base, BUT not the one who was handling my Aunts Funeral. So my cousin in England, said he would arrange it for me personally, He ordered the flowers for Thursday 31st January , when he arrived at West Herts Crematorium NO FLOWERS from me? He rang immediately to find out what happened, Interflora insist they delivered them , but the whole family checked all the attached cards,definitely not there. Interflora insist since they sent confirmation email the flowers were delivered BUT TO WHERE ?? Well they have the money so don't really care, non existent customer service, And I am furious that it is now far too late to honour my Aunt !
My cousin who ordered them for me is equally frustrated and upset . And I am happy to supply his details.
