Gift not delivered and can't reach anyone on customer line
I ordered a gift for my husband and it has not been delivered. I have emailed the Customer Service line twice and someone will "contact me shortly"! I have phoned repeatedly all morning (it is now 14.30) and no-one answres the phone. Too many complaints? Luckily my husband just laughed but I am now very annoyed and won't use the service again. Reading the reviews here, it seems that many others have been disappointed. Disappointed and angry from Milton Keynes
