Product is not as described/photographed, late delivery when paid £14.99 for a morning slot
I got a text message saying the flowers and chocolates for Mothers Day had been delivered at 11.50am on Mothers Day, checked with my dad, no nothing arrived. Tried to ring Interflora but couldn't get through so phoned the florist who I thought might be delivering the flowers. They said there had been a glitch and that the flowers would be on their way that day. They did arrive at 2.30pm. My mum was amazed to open the door to a scruffy taxi driver who had a car full of bouquets, he handed her a bucket, yes a bucket, which had the flowers and the chocolates in. Luckily the chocolates were sealed in cellophane otherwise they'd have been very soggy from the water in the bucket. What happened to the flowers being delivered by a florist?? £15 is a lot to pay for a delivery! That wasn't the end to the disappointment, I ordered a large bouquet in a vase, and there is no way it is large, the normal sized one must be pretty pathetic, what we received bears litle resemblance to the lovely photo of the bouquet on the interflora website. I really wish I hadn't bothered spending £55 on a load of rubbish and a bad experience, I will spend my money elsewhere next year.
