6.40 pm Friday Night - Your flowers are stuck in traffic!
The above is what I was told by an advisor when I rang to track my flowers, she had not taken my name or order number and assumed that was the case. After waiting an hour for someone to answer on C/Services I was then told I couldn't have a refund until after 7.00pm and I would have to ring back - it was 6.50pm!(eventually it was actioned for me by a manager) To top it all off I had an anwerphone message on Sunday 8.30am from the delivery company trying to deliver the flowers that should have been delivered on Friday to a business address. Regardless of a discount voucher and the ease of online ordering I will now be supporting local flower shops in my area.
