Hard to believe that such an appalling service still exists these days

As stated in other Valentine's day reviews, I have ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers that was not delivered for my girlfriend. I received a confirmation e-mail saying that it was been delivered at 16.30 so I was waiting for a sign from my girlfriend with a thank you. As she did not contact me by 19.00, I began to worry so I rang her up. Nothing was delivered. Tried to call Interflora for hours on that day, then again on the next day. Eventually after incredible frustration I got through, no apology, and after a lot of negotiation and explanation, managed to get it 'redelivered' to her house on the 15th. She got a bunch that was completely dry after 4 days, even on the first day it didnt look fresh. Awful, waste of money, ruined occasions. I will never use again and never recommend it

Worst customer service

I ordered flowers for my Sisters Birthday but I found out she was going away two days prior to the delivery. They refused to cancel the order or respond to me to clarify why. An email I received was a standard response with a fake "name" to make it look human not system generated- rubbish! I informed them they would be a security risk but not bothered. Considering the nature of their business delivering flowers for Birthdays, Valentines etc. they must have a process for covering this issue? Worst service ever never using again and I ordered at least 6 deliveries a year.

Worst flower delivery company ever.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers for valentines day. They never arrived!! Of course they were supposed to be a surprise but after 4pm the surprise was ruined. By 6 he had to call in to find out what was happening as it showed they were delivered at 4.30. He never got through until he tried new orders. He was told they wouldn't be coming. But not before I had to wait till 7 to get ready for our meal that had been reserved. Making us both late & missing our reservation. Not only did I receive no flowers but we also had nowhere to go for a meal. Turning a potential proposal into a nightmare day. Thank you interflora for ruining what should have been the best night of my life!!!

Don't order from interflora

Like everyone else I placed an order for valentines day and tracked it throughout the day with the tracking number provided, the order was marked delivered around 6pm but nothing turned up. I called numours numbers to try and get through to someone for a refund and after finally getting through the lady's response was "I can't see what the problem is as they are saying it has been delivered" then I was put on hold before finally receiving a refund. The number you want to call is 0844 453 5600 and press the extension which is for all other enquires, every other number and extension I tried forwarded me to an automated system which hung up the phone on me after saying they have a high response of calls so they are unable to take my call. When you get through tell them you are phoning for a full refund on an order you made....don't ask them for a refund...demand one because asking leaves them open to say no and I don't doubt for one minute they will tell you your order was delivered and not offer one.

Rubbish. avoid at all costs!

Total rubbish, ruined Valentine's day for my Mrs and I. They said the flowers were out on delivery at around 1-2pm on Valentine's day. They arrived at her office the day after on the Saturday. WHAT IS THE POINT IN THAT SHES NOT THERE?!

She even waited till 6 because I had to ruin the surprise and tell her flowers were on their way. So she should stay.

I've been trying to call them since for a refund for 2 days now. They do not answer or reply to emails.

I've emailed them 3 times and no response from a real person. Complete and utter rubbish! Avoid at all costs.

Will not use again and wll not recommend to anyone.

Awful Service

Without doubt the very worst company I have dealt with. Said the flowers for my wife were delivered and were not. When I called they had turned there phones off because they were to busy. Completely ruined valentines.

A complete waste of time and money - DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered flowers on Tuesday for my fiancé for Valentines day but nothing arrived! I've been calling for over an hour and as yet I've not managed to get through to anyone as experiencing a high number of calls...I wonder why?! Shoddy service with a complete lack of communication from the company

Shocking, AVOID

Ordered roses on the Tuesday before valentines day. Had an email stating they were out for delivery yesterday, but my wife never received them. Tried ringing them but got through to an automated message saying due to a high volume of calls they couldn't take my call. Also sent them 3 emails, to which I have no reply. This is absolute disgusting customer service, at least they could of rang me to say they couldn't deliver. It's left us both really angry and disappointed. Avoid these like the plague. Don't let them ruin your day

I thought I could trust Tesco and Interflora

Ordered flowers for my mum for Valentine's yesterday Delivery charge was just shy of £10! Terrible shock to find out that Tesco and Interflora have let me and thousands of other customers down so badly

No sorry and nothing done to make amends for this horrendous service failure
I thought I could trust two of the best known brands in the country I shall not be using their flower delivery service again

An appalling company to do business with lie about flowers being delivered and no backup to resolve when it's gone wrong - call centre unavailable, tweets, Facebook messages ignored.

I ordered valentines day flowers 2 days in advance, no delivery, no update, no phonecalls answered, no emails responded to, messages on social media responded to with a standard fill in this form (which i did and got no response to. Seriously inept company who do not deserve to be in business. AVOID

Fantastic

I have both sent and received flowers via inter-flora now and I cannot fault them. The ones I received were delivered in perfect condition, on time and beautifully presented. Charming delivery man too! They were ordered from Devon whilst I am in Newcastle and I am so pleased with receiving them from my boyfriend.
When I sent them, I was kept informed as to when they had been made, sent and delivered and the recipient was very very pleased.

valentine's day flowers never delivered

This is the first Valentine's day in 10 years that me and my partner spend it apart. I am working abroad and I couldn't give her the flowers myself, so I got them ordered at interflora.co.uk
Flowers never got delivered, even though I received the "your order is out for delivery" notification. The statement on their email goes "We hope that we will help to make your recipient's day a special one"...

Huge disappointment.

First time big shock with this company

Ordered 12 Rose for my lovely wife for this valentines day and paid special delivery service to selected day delivery which was today. Waited whole day since morning for delivery and till now no delivery and cut off time already left at 7pm. The company have got no minimum curtsey to inform customers that they can not able to do delivery then I should have arrange some other option but nothing at all from them and when I called them then it took 15 minutes to get connected with customer support team and they just said me sorry and promised me to give full refund but this is not done. I did place order to express my love to my wife and they let me down and made my wife unhappy as well which is something what interflora can not pay with money. First time user and they let me down in such a bad way. Please do not use them.

Waste Of Space!!!

Had ordered flowers to be delivered to the other half today. The website says they have been delivered when they have not. Been on hold for 20 minutes for somebody called Adrian pretending that he can not hear me and muting the call.

They should not promise a service they can not deliver. I definitely will not be back here again.

Utterly shambolic service - avoid like the plague

Ordered top of the range bouquet with roses and orchids. Got a garage "bouquet" with one faded rose and 5 other "blooms". Yes - 6 flowers. My lovely wife is the most special person in the world and I was hoping that the bouquet would go some way to communicating just how special she is. I'm sorry but 6 faded blooms does not communicate that message. Fortunately, she is equally understanding and the Interflora insult is already forgotten. Reading the other comments, we may be lucky that something actually arrived but I think I might have preferred nothing to the depressing display that turned up.

Useless

I've used Interflora for years and have always been happy with the service but that has changed after today's disaster.

I ordered flowers for a girl at work for Valentine's day just as a nice surprise gesture. The delivery time was between 9am and 6pm which was ok as she normally leaves after then. She left the office empty handed at 6:30. I left at 6:45.

Now I appreciate it's a busy time of year but had I known they wouldn't be delivered I would've cancelled the order. I don't know if they will be delivered later today but the whole day is ruined.

A refund is not acceptable.

Blooming awful

An update from the valentines day saga

My flowers finally said delivered on the tracking - despite the fact that they hadn't, a common problem from reading theses reviews.!!

Do you people at interflora think partners don't communicate? This whole delivered situation makes matters worse as you sit there thinking someone else has your flowers.

Honesty would have been better, give people a call or email during the day whilst there is still time for them to make alternative arrangements!

My husband finally managed to speak to someone on Saturday, who insultingly asked if he still wanted to have them delivered. Why would he over pay (£57) for flowers that had been sat around a day in a shop or van . Dispite the fact that they missed valentines day, it's not valentines weekend !! No apology, no compensation, just a lack lustre refund!!

Don't trust interflora, looking at reviews it's not the first time they have made a shambling mistake. Would appear they get Mother's Day confused too !!
