This service went great i paid day before by phone told them the time frame and the they were delivered in that time frame and were exactly as the picture was !! My girlfriend just brought then home and even i'm impressed! i used another company a few years ago and the flowers turned up in a box!!! can't reccomend enough !! Would definitly use again!!!
I would've given Interflora a ZERO if there was such an option.
My husband made a lovely gesture and ordered me flowers from you....well what a mistake. I left work and he asked if I had not received anything, so he then had to tell me that he wanted to surprise me at work with flowers......well they never showed.. to add to insult my colleague saw the postman with FOUR interflora boxes round about 12.00 so where were mine?!
Your customer service is none existent and seeing how many c*ck up u have made today no wonder you have not been picking up phone calls today from ANYONE and then conveniently 'closed' at 6pm.
By far the worst flower delivery company i've ever come accross!!
Impossible to reach them regarding delivery update. Eventhough they have a paying contact number.

Had to tell my partner to stay at work to await flowers until 6pm!!! Hence blowing the surprise.... Goes without Saying they were never delivered!!!!!

I placed an order last year and it got totally coc*ed up, ending in a refund and redelivery.
6 months or so on, I though it maybe time to try again, how wrong I was.
I ordered a valentines day arrangement,. I cannot tell you how embarrassing it is, and how what is supposed to be a loively gesture to my girlfriend is nothing of the sort.
I WISH I could attach a pictuie of the arrangement I purchased verses what actaully arrived, along with the fact that I also paid for chocolates which weren't delivered. I have a picture, but just can;t attach it, all I'll say is that it's a total con to cash in on desperate unknowing men around the country and misadvertising is an understatement.
Absolutely terrible, it's a shame that Interflora is such a huge name globally and this review will do nothing to dent that, although if one person reads this and doesn't order from them as a result I suppose it is worth something.
Last time I used their service and it went worng I thought I was unlucky, but looking at the overall rating on many review sites (between 1 and 2 out of 5) then I guess not.
Perhaps the next victim of high street administration if it carries on with these sort of service levels, I doubt it if they continue to fleece their customers in this way, but I hope so.
ordered some flowers for valenties day for a surprise for the wife , got a phone call on delivery day , wife answered , smiled and passed the phone to me saying its interflora for you , idiots, nice surprise , adulterous husbands beware interflora are not discreet , dont buy anything for your girlfriend, you may find it difficult to find an excuse when the wife answers and she doesnt get a delivery,
recieded a food hamper for my husbands birthday from our son in australia very disapointed there was three different cheeses in it which two was a very short date large piece had 18 february other one was dated february the third had to be eaten by march when i complained on the phone she told me to put it in the freezer never heard that before you would exspect a later date on them

I went online to order flowers for a funeral, I live in Australia , the funeral was in England.There are 111 Funeral Directors in Interfloras data base, BUT not the one who was handling my Aunts Funeral.
So my cousin in England, said he would arrange it for me personally,
He ordered the flowers for Thursday 31st January , when he arrived at West Herts Crematorium NO FLOWERS from me? He rang immediately to find out what happened, Interflora insist they delivered them , but the whole family checked all the attached cards,definitely not there.
Interflora insist since they sent confirmation email the flowers were delivered BUT TO WHERE ??
Well they have the money so don't really care, non existent customer service,
And I am furious that it is now far too late to honour my Aunt !
My cousin who ordered them for me is equally frustrated and upset .

I ordered some flowers for my sister-in-law's birthday. I arranged for them to be delivered to her at work with a box of chocolates, nice little surprise. How wrong could I be.
I placed the order on Friday 25th November to be delivered Saturday 26th, I appreciated that this could be anytime due to it being a weekend but from the website was assured this would be taken care of.
I was also aware of the snow issues, but seen as how my sister-in-law lives in Leeds & made it to work in Wakefield, I thought the flowers would too.
I received an e-mail confirming they had been dispatched for delivery, but this never happened.
When I spoke with customer services I was advised this was due to adverse weather conditions & the e-mail is an automatic thing sent on the morning of delivery regardless of if they've been dispatched or not!!! I was also told the flowers had been delivered to the depot in Leeds.
I have since received an e-mail in response to my complaint advising they didn't even reach the depot in Leeds due to the weather. What a bunch of liars.
I will never use this service again, I work in customer services in one of the UK's largest banks and will make it known to my colleagues not to touch this company with a barge pole. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing!!!
Ordered a bouquet for my wifes 60th birthday 5 days in advance and received an email that they were on their way, so after waiting all day and checking in with reception discovered that they had not even been shipped - THANKS for ruining my wifes gift, I will not be using you again for anything important, and offering to deliver them two days later was of no help....
Last week I went to purchase some flowers for my girlfriend and Interflora by far stood out as the best option in terms of quality. Having looked through the site though I was surprised to find a wide range of gifts as well as flowers and in the end I purchased one of their luxury 'Happy Boxes' - I wasn't disappointed, my girlfriend loved it!
Next day delivery did not happened, explanation of the Customer Service member - "the website shouldn't let you place this order - it was past the cut off time" - me, pointing out that the "website" is not an entity of its own, but is designed and run by incompetent people was ignored and the next day delivery was offered - WHAT A JOKE!!!, the birthday of my close friend will happen next year, but I will never use these clowns again!!!!
I had a great experience with Interflora. I chose a lovely bouquet for my Mum, and found the website simple and straightforward to use. The selection of flowers is fab too - I found some in her favourite colours. They arrived exactly on time and in great condition - she was so pleased with them. Thanks Interflora!!
I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday as a surprise. I knew she would be staying in a hotel in Spain and ordered them to be sent to her there by International Delivery.
On the day of her bday, nothing had arrived. I spoke to the hotel reception who told me that nothing had come for her room or in her name. Interflora told me that their Spanish agents had delivered the flowers the following day and that they were in her room- they were not. It appeared that no one was talking to each other and Interflora in UK were not talking to me to let me know the status of the problem - I had to keep calling to get updates. Not good enough and my mother never did receive any flowers on her birthday.
The customer service staff promptly offered to arrange next-day delivery of my flowers when they found out the flowers were not available for the day. And kept me updated on progress of delivery. Excellent service and would highly recommend.
My sister turned 30 on Monday November 12. On this particular day, even though it was such a special day, she chose to attend a one day training course for victim support officers. Victim support officers are volunteers to the cause and do not get paid for supporting many different kinds of victims who have suffered a crisis. The training on this day was focused on how to deals with victims who have suffered at the hands of domestic violence so you can imagine it would've been a pretty intense day of training for her.
So, I did some due diligence and worked out where she would be on this day since I though a bunch of flowers would bring a smile to her face. :o)
In theory this was a great idea and I must say I was very impressed with how easy the site was to use and to be able to get same day delivery was fantastic. I placed my order early in the morning, for a pretty array of pink flowers ands happy birthday balloon. I was even happy to pay the extra delivery charge for the same day delivery (£8 approx). I was particularly careful to add strict instructions about the fact that my sister was on a one day training course in this building just on this particular day.
I was even more impressed with the SMS text service which notifies you when the flowers have reached the end destination - brilliant!
After receiving the notification around 14:42, I was excited to receive another text message from my sister to hear how pleased she was to get the flowers and balloon - a nice little surprise!
I knew she'd be in training until 16:30 so still had a while to go before leaving the building or maybe a coffee break before finishing for the day.
However, when I hadn't heard anything by 16:30, I became a little concerned so I called the reception of the victim support building where the training was being held and spoke to a receptionist. I asked if the flowers and balloon had been delivered to which the lady replied 'yes' and so I asked when it would be likely that they would pass this to my sister.
The receptionist was surprised to learn that my sister was attending training and not an employee at this office because she was unable to find my sisters name in the office directory! Well of course she is unlikely to find her name in the office directory because she isn't an employee, but a trainee. So I explained this and even said how this instruction was included on the delivery but then I learnt that the receptionist never received this instruction so how would she ever known???
So I said it was ok as my sister was probably still in the building and at least she could collect them on her way out. ... Wrong!
She had already left and the flowers and balloon were still in reception! The lady in Reception was kind enough to call my sister on her mobile to see if she could ask her to come back (as it had only been a few mins since she left) but it was too late since her phone diverted straight to answer machine, which meant she was already on the tube, on her way back home. My sister is not due to return to the office on old street for another week, by which point the flowers will be dead and the balloon would have deflated.
So, disappointed because the instructions were clearly not delivered with the flowers and balloon. Such a shame that I spent that money on a gift and service which never reached the intended recipient. This has made me doubt if I'd ever consider using the service again and its a pity because the buying process was so good but made me sad that my sister never got her gift or a surprise to make her smile on her birthday whilst dealing with a tough training day. I know this would have made her day so much better.

I ordered my mum a bunch of autumn flowers in a vase..I paid £6 extra for a large bunch.
However when I called in to see her a couple of days later I was sad to see such a small bunch.
I have taken a photo so will be glad to send this to you.
The service was really easy and there was almost too much to choose from but eventually I found the perfect 'thank you' gift for my gran!!! She rang me as soon as it had been delivered to say it was absolutely gorgeous and she loved it!!! I will definitely be using interflora again, without a doubt!!!!!!
I ordered for next day delivery and recieved an e-mail to state that the delivery had been made. Unfortunately this was not the case, the recipient did not take delivery of the flowers until the following day which was the day after her birthday.
The flowers were lovely but a bit disappointed that they were not delivered on the correct day!

My order was delivered to my wife in a timely fashion. Getting red and white flowers instead of the pink ones I ordered actually worked out for me, as I was looking for flowers more like my wife received. Just be warned that you might get a different colour scheme than you had hoped!
I send flowers to loved ones to show them how much I love them, almost like when they see the flowers the experience makes them feel like they are so loved. However, my flowers sent to my daughter were not like the picture in the Internet page....but she still lived them. :)
We all know the situation, we are late with a birthday gift so search around on the web find something with a guaranteed delivery , only to be let down. Well that's not the case with Interflora, I found the ideal gift at a good price & it was delivered on time.
I ordered flowers for my mum for her 68th birthday. They are beautiful and she is really pleased with them. Unfortunately I received the "your flowers have been delivered"text before they had been delivered. My mum then coincidentally rang me shortly after receiving it. It was evident from the conversation that she hadn't received them leading me to finally ask "Did you get the flowers?". I rang customer service who assured me that the delivery had been made. The chap was very helpful. He phoned back and said that the local florist confirmed that the delivery had been made. I rang my mum back and they were at the door with the flowers....25 minutes after the text . Beautiful flowers, a very happy mum but sadly not the surprise I had hoped for for her..... :(
I suddenly realised at 6pm on Thursday that it was my Dad's birthday the next day, he lives near Toulouse, suddenly I thought of trying Interflora as the name suggests International Flowers, so I quickly and easily registered with their website, chose the kind of flowers I wanted, added the address, crossed my fingers and awaited the surprised thanks from my Dad, at 2pm the next day I got a lovely text from my Dad thanking me for the gorgeous flowers! You saved the day Interflora, brilliant!
The Autumn basket I ordered were beautiful. It was a tricky ask for interflora as the flowers were for my mums birthday but were from my dad who is currently in hospital after having a massive stroke. The request to interflora was to make flowers for mum to be delivered to dad in hospital so he could give them to her at visiting. Would this work???!!! YES it did thanks interflora , a lovely surprise for mum and dad was pleased to be able to give her a treat from his hospital bed and share them with her. THanks for the wonderful service.

I used Interflora for an international delivery, and the flowers were promptly delivered on the required day. I am marking them down, however, as I did not receive the promised email from them to let me know when the delivery had been made. This was offered as an option during the ordering process. Otherwise, there were no problems, and as far as I am aware, the flowers were good quality.
I ordered an orchid for my Mum's 80th birthday. I chose what I thought would be something a little different and that would last longer than an arrangement or bouquet would. However the orchid arrived with only 1 flower on it and that had got knocked off and was on the floor of the box that it came in. So instead of my mum having the "wow" factor we got the "oh no" factor as all she got was 4 green leaves and 2 bare stalks!

Ordering and delivery was quick and prompt but the recipient had a cracked vase and needless to say the water was not contained well which in effect had a knock on effect to the flowers life span (2 days). Will not be going back again!

I ordered a lovely autumnal basket of flowers for my Grandmother's 96th birthday. They arrived on time and were really excellent quality. I must say this is without doubt the usual level of service from Interflora. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.
,the flowers were as ordered,delivered on time and ordering and paying were both simple via the net.i ordered online in oz to be delivered for 100th birthday in uk. from the prompt response to my enquiries after ordering i feel as if someone took personal care and responsibility for my order.thanks for your attention to detail,i will be ordering though interflora again and will recomend to my friends.regards wilna taylor
Ordered 2:15 am arrived in Yorkshire 11am - could not ask for more! (yes same day is pricey but a lot cheaper than driving up there myself!!!, ) well worth it
Although the delivery was on time and correct, the quality of the items was so cheap as to be deemed an insult. The chocolates were horrible, the rose wine resembled a cheap line from Tesco, and the flowers were potted and bushy. And to top it all off, the card didn't even arrive with the whole package
As I live abroad, from time to time, I need to organise flowers or gifts to be delivered to family in UK. This service is fantastic. The flowers are exactly as described, and the service is excellent. My mother was over the moon with the bouquet, she received, and says that she can't stop looking at it!
I was sending two different bouquets to two different people on two different days which you would expect to cause problems, but not so for the lovely people at Interflora. Both bouquets got to their rightful recipients on the correct day. Unfortunately neither intended person were home, but again not a problem as the delivery people found neighbors who were home to leave the flowers with and put cards through the doors to let the recipients know that there was something special waiting for them next door. The only thing I would say may need looking at and possibly improving somehow is the fact that with one of the bouquets I wanted to send a hamper. They were not delivered together. The hamper was delivered first thing in the morning and the flowers last thing in the afternoon. I understand that the same people who handle food and drink do not also handle flowers but I would have thought that some effort should be made by the two different sets of people to communicate with each other to arrange to deliver both parts of the order at the same time. Other than this I was very pleased with the service I received from Interflora and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
