I use interflora on line for many different occassions. The flowers ordered have always been as they look on line and service/ delivery has always been good. Everyone I have sent flowers to have been absolutely delighted with them. I will continue to use interflora and would definately recommend them.
Ordered a dozen RED roses, got an email at 8.54am saying they were on their way. Switched phone off to do some work so missed calls and emails saying delivering multi-coloured roses instead. Complained about getting confirmation mail when clearly not confirmed. Got a call acknowledging not happy, but this is the 2nd time this has happened, fortunately the first time i could cancel the order. Will call florists direct in future, Interflora add no value and cannot be relied upon, which is prettyuch the only reason i was using them. Never again.
I have used Interflora regularly during the past 3 years with my most recent orders, the 16th and 17th, for delivery to my daughter in Bracknell, Berkshire on 6th November (IN191380121) and my son and daughter-in-law in Victoria, Australia on 7th November (IN191534601).
I was fortunate enough to be on holiday in Australia when the delivery was made and was very impressed with the service and quality. My son lives in the country so the Florist had to drive about 10 kilometers mostly over uneven dirt roads to complete the delivery. Obviously a person who gives that extra 10% for customer satisfaction.
UNFORTUNATELY the same cannot be said for the Bracknell delivery to my daughter, which turned out to be a complete shambles. I returned from Australia on 11th November and was aware delivery had not been made. On 12th November I received a call from Interflora advising me of non-delivery. The call was from 08703334321 but the persons name was unrecognisable due to foreign accent. After
hearing all the excuses alternative delivery arrangements were made for the order to be delivered to me as I live in the same road as my daughter.
No delivery had been made by PM on 13th November so I e-mailed a complaint to interflora through their website. I received a call from Sammy of Interflora Customer Services and delivery was promised the next day, Wednesday 14th November.
Well a delivery was made but NOT to me but to my daughter's address and as she was at work it was left with a neighbour.
After all this shambles and the loss of surprise, enjoyment, excitement of the occasion the order was incomplete with the bottle of Rosé Wine being missing.
Time now to move on and find alternative sources I think.
Once again your company saved my bacon, by getting a beautiful 'Bunch' of flowers to my family, which was a 'Joy' to my mother. The convenience of being able to order flowers over the internet, for family who are hundreds of miles away, when I don't have the time ti get there in person, is invaluable.
I often use Interflora, particularly as my husband's relatives live some distance from us and we don't see them that often. I have used Interflora twice so far this year, the first time on Mother's day. On this occasion we happened to be visiting my mother-in-law so saw the flowers- only to discover that she had been delivered a completely different (and cheaper) bouquet than the one ordered. Interflora investigated the matter and I did receive and apology and money off my next order, but it did make me wonder if any other bouquets I had sent had been incorrect. I then sent a bouquet of flowers to my parents last week. When I went to visit them I once again discovered a problem- I had paid for an extra large bouquet but the one they had was a standard one, with only about half the stems in that I was expecting.
I have complained to Interflora, who are investigating,but my trust in them has now gone. I have sent many other bouquets but not personally seen them, so I have no confidence that people are getting what I ordered, and paid for.
I shall now be looking for another on-line florist to use for Christmas bouquets.

As a contractor working throughout the UK i am normally away from home when my Wife's Birthday arrives. for the past 2 years i have trusted Interflora to deliver flowers on the day . no more. last year they were delivered a day late and were not the ones i ordered on-line . this year giving them the benefit of the doubt i ordered again and 4 of the six roses in the bouquet ordered had the head of the flower cut off , the girl on the phone gave me 50% discount but that still did not detract from my shoddy experience with them. understandably i will not be recommending or using them again
I was sent an email asking for this review ... clearly this was an entirely automated process ... if there was a human in the loop anywhere this wouldn't have been sent ... the email states ... "I hope that you were delighted with your recent Interflora order and that your gift got the reception you were looking for." .. first off, as interflora know ... the recipient didn't actually get anything .. I phoned to complain when the flowers didn't arrive by 7:30pm on the day they were ordered ... I was asked if it would be OK for the flowers to be delivered the next day .. I said that was fine ... I was then phoned the next day to be told that that wasn't going to happen. I then cancelled the order and asked to be taken off all interflora mailing lists (since then I have gotten one interflora advertising email and this review request) .. I'll be using iflorist from now on.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt in Lithuania for her 80th birthday, but they never were delivered. As Paypal sent e-check as a payment, it took time for payment to be cleared, but Interflora did not contact me to try to sort this out. Also, webside would not advise to place orders at least week before delivery (to give enough time for payments to be cleared). After sending few e-mails to Interflora I managed to get a refund, but this was the first time I was so dissapointed with a service. Avoid this company.
Well, they said what they were going to deliver, when they were going to deliver it and all the finer details, like hand tied and by a certain time. It was really easy to order and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and you've never seen anyone more excited, delighted, and overwhelmed with tears of happiness and joy than my friend was that day. I chose the bouquet of the month, because it looked so beautiful, but not tacky in any way - very elegant, much better than supermarket flowers- they looked much more expensive than they were, From now on, I won't be risking my flowers in the supermarket trolley or on the parcel shelf of my car - I will be getting them sent direct by interflora.
ordered flowers from a wide range of displays and prices, was very easy to place an order and was kept informed at every stage of the delivery. couldnt ask for more.
I have used Interflora for over 25 years, and they have never, EVER, failed to deliver quality products on time.
I think that the only company that comes close to them in this respect is Amazon, and they probably stole their operating model from Interflora in the first place!
Keep up the good work...I will certainly never use anybody else for this service.
PS: I don't know who supplies your Orchids, but my wife and I have at least two or three specimens that are at least 8 years old, and they just keep on flowering!!

We ordered some flowers for a sick colleague to cheer her up. We spend £40 on flowers+delivery but when I later visited her and actually saw the flowers, I felt really ripped off. They were no different to a bunch that I'd get from a supermarket for £5 or £10 - certainly NOT worth £40.00 and certainly NOT anywhere near as big as their example picture online.
Sort it out Interflora, before someone takes you to Trading Standards.
Did not receive what I ordered. Complained online twice but received no response from Interflora.
I bought a planter for my mother's birthday and she.is in her 80's. She recently had a bad experience as the block of flat she lives in was set on fire by person unknown. I expected.it to be delivered properly so imagine by surprise to hear it was left outside her front door- there was no card put through the door and it could be seen clearly from the road for anyone to pick.up. As it was her neighbour spotted them, picked.them and kept them safe. In fact because they was no card.my mother didn't know about them until her neighbour brought them around. I rang to ask what happened and the gentleman just said.what can we do- not good enough i'm afraid. Unhappy customer:(
I bought these flowers for my Nan as she's had serious heart problems and I wanted to brighten her day. I chose them as she loves purple and, in the pictures, they seemed to be 50/50 white/purple.
In reality they were 90/10 white/purple which was a tad disappointing however she said they smelt wonderful and were good quality so I guess that's the main thing!
I ordered an autumn globe for my mum which was delivered damaged. I called customer services who were great. They apologized for the damaged delivery and sent out from a local store a bouquet to arrive the same day for the same value. My mum called and was so impressed with the replacement. She said there were flowers in the bouquet she had never seen before. The damaged box really was not the fault of interflora but the way they handled the situation was brilliant. I will definitely be ordering again from them. They also included a 10% discount on future orders which I will be using next time. Thank you interflora for handling my complaint so brilliantly - all turned good in the end.
I used the same day delivery and the flowers arrived in less than 2hrs. They were so beautiful, and an exact match tithe picture on the Internet. Lots of flowers were sent the same day to my Mom, but only mine were from Interflora, and they are the only ones still alive and looking lovely 9days later!!
bouquet sent to friend who ad just had a baby. She was at hospital with her ill baby & flowers were just left on doorstep, she lives in a terraced house with no garden, anyone passing could have just remove them. Luckily a lady who lives further up the road saw them as she was passing & took them home with her & delivered them safely herself. I expect better than this for the amount of money I paid
Many of the flowers that arrived were dead. Some of the packaging was in a dreadful state. Thrown about my the courier?
To Interfloras credit, they did provide a free of charge replacement, but I had to work hard for it be provided 'same day'. The local florist who provided the second set was horrified at the state of the original set when shown them.
The lady that the flowers were for has been through an awful lot recently. Recieving dead flowers really didn't help. I won;t use interflora again.
Flowers arrived and were gratefully received but I was under the impression that I would be informed when the flowers arrived which didn't happen (I did get an email saying they were in transit but that was it). Would have been nice to know exactly when the flowers arrived so I could have given the recipient a call afterwards.
I placed an order, needed to change the delivery times and the order was accidentally cancelled. Mistakes happen, I get this. Lady on the phone offered me a refund on the delivery charge, a service that was not provided, and arranged a delivery with a very quick turn around time, this was genuinely impressive and saved a lot of stress and heartache, thankyou. However the order was then incomplete so I had to again contact customer services for a refund on the missing part of the order, extreme dissapointment, but I attribute this to the rush of getting a swift delivery organised and still think it was a good recovery.
However, I send an email to "Nigel" from customer services, whose name is on the email sent to me hoping I had recieved a good experience, ONE WEEK LATER, I recieve another email asking me to review them, well if you want me to give you a review a week to the day after emailing you with a bad review and recieving no response then you are mad. It will obviously not be a great one, will it Nigel?

If I had to write any review, it's less about the actual flowers which were lovely and more about the online ordering interface, which is far higher than many online suppliers. As a brand strategist and digital marketing consultant, I found the way Interflora communicated via well designed and compact email was highly efficient. Most impressive!! Many other online retailers could learn a lot here!
The seasonal Interflora bouquet that arrived for my parents recently was beyond my, or their expectations. It was made up of vibrant autumnal colours and the selection of flowers and foliage in the bouquet was simply stunning.......really, it was just beautiful and my mum was fascinated with the array of leaves and foliage that had been used along with the flowers.......I really recommend them for top quality flowers by post, it was just a little different from the usual run-of-the-mill online postal bouquets too!
I was recently sent a gorgeous sunflower bouquet by a friend as a thank you for something I had done for her. The flowers were absolutely stunning, so bright and colourful and smelled divine. There was a real mix of foliage and flowers and the arrangement lasted for nearly two weeks. I loved the fact that it came in an aqua pack so was easy for me to put on display straight away and then transfer into my own vases and spread around the house.
I seem to spend most of March in a bubble, oblivious to the onslaught of Mother's Day related advertising, and so in 2012 (for the 6th year running) I forgot until the actual day.
I logged onto Interflora that morning and managed to send a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my Mum on the same day.
Thank you Interflora for saving my ears from the nagging that would have otherwise ensued!
I've ordered a number of different bouquets from Interflora over recent months to cater for a number of occasions and each time I've had great feedback on the quality of the flowers. Delivery has always been exactly when asked for, even when I've asked for a change to be made and so I've been very happy overall with the level of service.
I'll certainly be continuing to use them moving forward.
I used Interflora for the first time for fathers day - after another gift did not arrive. I cannot fault the service i received. Ordering very late on a Friday evening i was so relieved to find out that i would be able to get a gift delivered and that the range was expansive enough to ensure i could find something for my Dad.
I ordered two bottles of wine and they were delivered promptly and i can feedback that the quality was great which sometimes is not always the case.
I would definitely use again!
I used the international site of Interflora whose customer service is based in Estonia. I would have avoided the company if I came across these reviews before. I can sign under each word of any negative review here.
1. Flowers they send are not even close to what they display on their web site. Neither their quality nor their quantity compares to the photo on the site. Out of three options (small, medium and large), I chose the medium option that had a minimum of ten big yellow gerberas, dozens of small yellow gerberas and about 10 blue irises. Delivered was a bunch of flowers consisting of 5 big gerberas of different colors and 5 irises wrapped in a cheap tissue!! I was really embarrassed when my mom send me the picture of "my bouquet" surrounded by other flowers she received on her birthday.
2. When I tried to solve the issue with the customer service, they first replied to me that flowers were arranged according to the price, and that the florists had to replace flowers but did their best to please me. I asked them twice to send the right bouquet again or refund me the money, but didn't receive any replies. To my third email, they answered that the bouquet had gerberas and irises "as requested". All my following attempts to find a solution were in vain....
All I can say is that I can't imagine me using their services ever again.
I'm British, my family live in England but I live in the States. I wanted to do something special for my Mum's birthday because I couldn't be there and I figured Interflora would be a safe bet...WRONG! When she got them some of the flowers were dead, some had literally grown fur and mould, she had to through them straight out because they smelt so bad being that they were rotting! Needless to say she was disappointed and I was gutted. Never using Interflora again!
Used them twice - first time the flowers on the Valentine's day for my wife simply did not get delivered and they tried to lie to me that the person was not there to take the delivery which is simply not true as my wife was at the delivery address all the time during the day. Needless to say that this is very disappointing.
Second situation - ordered flowers for the birthday and the order said that it should be delivered 9am to 6pm while when I called to check the delivery status the operator started telling me about some 'fine print' when I order that it is actually 9am to 7pm. Given this, I asked if it is possible to change to delivery address during the day and was told that there is no way to reach the driver of the van - which i can hardly believe. Quite ridiculous.
This is the company that states that they want to deliver the best customer service and 'we pride ourselves on being the most personable too' on the web-site. Very frustrating experience.
I would recommend to avoid using this company
The delivery was terrible , I paid for next day delivery but my nicece never recived them they said I that they left them in the porch. The porch is an open porch near to the main path so if they did deliverer the flowers anyone could of stolen them.On the postive side they did redeliver some new flowers but a few days later and I still paid for next day delivery. The flowers were beauiful.
I (tried) to send flowers to my wife for our anniversary and paid a fortune for an early delivery. It didn't happen. Still waiting for their answer on my complaint. The most ridiculous thing is that they invited me to compile this review without even checking if there was something wrong. Absolutely useless - They have lost a customer doing business with them for 15y+
