shocking service!!!!!

want to give this place 0 stars. never will i order again. thanks interflora for ruining my girlfriends day. i ordered two weeks ago to get flowers delivered to my girlfriends work to surprise her for valentines day. our first valentines. she was saying how lovely it would be to get flowers delivered to her work etc. i phoned interflora and they said one of there vans had crashed .... bull!!!! this was at 4pm and she finishes at 5pm. so i have giving them her house address to deliver to and it is now 7.15pm and guess what still no flowers!!!! shocking service. am offshore and they do this so i cant even organise any alternative. thanks so much. when am home i will be fighting this case and getting refunds back this is shocking service from a worldwide company!!!! you have ruined my girlfriends valentines day now i have to go explain to her about whats gone on! thanks for breaking her heart into now believing i havent got her anything. my heart is sunk right now. cant imagine how my girlfriend is feeling right now. i have sent this email to interflora aswell

NOT impressed

I never complain about anything, but i am fuming!! i ordered my mum some flowers to be delivered to her work today. i understand its a busy day for the company, what i dont understand however, is how they didnt manage to deliver flowers to my mums work which is less than 100 yards from the interflora shop!! they were supposedly dispatched at 12pm and ive just got an update that they have been delivered.... im not entirely sure to whom they have been delivered as my mums work closed nearly two hours ago!

my stepdad ordered flowers from the same shop to my mums work and somehow they arrived... so one out of the two orders to the same person in the same place didnt get delivered to the recipient who can SEE the florist from her work!!

So yeah someone has received a lovely bunch of flowers and a teddy.... i hope they enjoy them.

Never again!

Last year I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend and they managed to deliver to the wrong address! This year I thought it couldn't get any worse, so I placed the order yesterday in plenty of time to be delivered today. However this year they just haven't bothered delivering at all. Got an email to say they were out for delivery at 10:30 this morning. Are they being delivered from Australia? I would ask Interflora for a free order as compensation.....however there's a very good chance that wouldn't turn up either. The best I can hope for, like last year is a refund. Unfortunately for the second year running it means my fiancee doesn't get her roses. What good is a flower delivery service that doesn't deliver flowers!

Flower experts my arse!

Ordered some roses for my girlfriend to be delivered on valentines day at work days in advance. After hours of nervously waiting I tried customer services which is premium rate mind. Then informed they are too busy and cut off! I understand they must be rammed today but they are interflora! Not being funny but it comes around every year perhaps they should hire more staff in advance or perhaps they are only interested in profits?! Incidentally the online transactions department must be well staffed as they take your money quickly enough! Eventually after having to spoil the surprise and after me telling her not to worry she sat in her car after work on her own and eventually a half arsed van driver pulled up with the roses. From what I've hears she is one if the lucky ones who actually got her flowers in the end.
In short don't use interflora they promise to make people feel special for let's face it flowers you can buy a lot cheaper yourself. Get yourself to the local florist or use one of the other similar services there's loads out there. Would get no stars if that were possible.

Useless!

I will never order roses or flowers from you again! Interflora delivered damaged roses to my wife for Valantines day. I cannot get through to them on the phone...all lines are busy, try again is all I get! Your courier (Yodel) has damaged the roses and what are you (Interflora) going to do about it?

Lesson learnt, use the local florist next time, not Interflora!

No delivery, no form of support.

They are literally the worst company I have ever used only for the fact that if you do have a problem, it is nearly impossible to resolve it. I have used them maybe 20 times in the last 7 years for various occasions, mostly been positive but I would expect that, paying so much for this type of service. I feel a special type of resentment when they lie about completing a delivery on valentines day. The recipient was in all day, as were two other people, with a dog that manically barks at the door every time the wind blows the letter box open, so it is safe to assume that no one delivered anything. You receive an email, it says delivered, you attempt to ring their phone number, giving the order number will only allow them to say an automated "delivered" message before hanging up, trying to speak to an advisor offers the same thing, but in more words. It is not the end of the world they aren't delivered, but obviously paying two or three times the price on Valentines day for nothing, is pretty unacceptable.

DO NOT USE, flowers will not arrive!

Disgusting service from Interflora, girlfriend waiting all day for flowers and now sat in the office car park incase they arrive. Valentines day ruined and no customer service line or apology, even paid for before 1pm delivery but didn't arrive. Definately use a different company! Just terrible from start to finish.

No-flora destroys valentines

Like all of the examples below, what was intended to be a romantic positive event turned into one of embarrassment and frustration for us both. I will cut this expensive middleman out next time. Nothing delivered.

the worst ever!

Will never use this company ever again! Completely ruined valentines for my wife! Ordered flowers few days back to be delivered today but its now 5pm nearly still no flowers the status is still "out for delivery" I mean where is the flowers really coming from? Further more why advertise something you cant do?!! Absalutley furious!!

Valentines ruined. Placed an order (and paid for it). goods have not turned up. paid £45.00 for a £5.00 bunch of flowers, wife's gone home from work the surprise is ruined. I clearly told them she works until 4pm and the delivery must be before then. To top it all off i call them to complain and an automated meassage tells me they are too busy to take my call and that I should call back later and then promptly cuts me off.

These people should all be shot.

The worse company ever, Valentine day ruined

This is absolutely the worse company with a crap customer support service.
Made an order and delivered with 24 hours delay (it was a surprise for the day before Valentine Day).
The order has item missing, a bouquet made with balloons that was the real surprise) worth 30 eur that were charged to my credit card.
Tried to call the support all day long without success.

These unprofessional persons should dedicate themselves to something else.

Valentines Surprise Ruined!!!

Ordered Interflora two weeks ago to be delivered to my partners job with a note, printed by Interflora, telling her to be at a venue at 3.15pm today. Got an email this morning from Interflora stating my order was ready for delivery today and have been tracking throughout.

Needless to say the 'Out on delivery' stage of the tracking was ticked for a few hours and for so long that I had to ring my partner at 2.55pm and ruin the surprise by telling her to be at her appointment in just 20 minutes. Ten minutes later she gets a message saying her flowers & gifts have arrived, which would have given her LESS THEN 10 MINUTES to get to where she needed to be!!!

I called Interflora to get the number of the local florist they used to give them an earful and ask if any member of staff could read and if so why they waited until so close to the appointment time on my note to delivery it. Even if my partner just had to pop next door giving anyone less than 10 minutes to drop what they are doing is ridiculous, not alone making me call her and wreck the surprise. To add to my annoyance, the Interflora helpline informed me that due to high calls it would not connect me and dropped my call.

BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND A BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!

NEVER AGAIN!

Local florists with real people to contact for me going forward. STAY CLEAR!!!

Ordered flowers in good time for delivery for valentines day, only to be let down big time by inter flora got email stating due to high volume of orders they were unable to fill my order ....I will never use this company again and advise anyone else not to

NO FLOWERS ON VALENTINES DAY????

Shocking service for a high street florist company! Ordered flowers to be delivered on valetines day and they said they had no flowers left? You'd think they would be better organised than this on this day and if they did run out they would update this online! Anyway i get a call four hours later (13:35) from a scripted robotic call centre agent to say they couldn't complete the order and i would get a refund ion 24 working hours (next monday?) she couldn't even apologise properly! Cant order anywhere else now because of the SLOW response!

Very poor service and communication

Ordered Valentines Day flowers at 10.30 only to receive an email from them stating they cant fulfil the order as they are too busy.

Surely they expected it to be busy for flowers on Valentines Day? If they cant do flowers what exactly are they good for? Nothing in my opinion.

I will never use them again, this is not the first time they've let me down, I'd rather have paid double elsewhere if I'd know this was going to be the result.

There wasn't even an offer of an alternative such as delivery them tomorrow for a reduced price or any discount for a future order, just literally "We cant do as promised, tough, deal with it."

AVOID AVOID AVOID, unless ofcourse you want to be let down.

Shocking

As another review today, got a call 5 mins ago telling me my valentines "same day" order couldnt be fulfilled because they were too busy!! To top it off I have to wait 5 days for my refund. You wouldnt believe it unless it actually just happened to you!! Absolutely disgraceful service.

Very Disappointed - Valentine's day letdown.

Useless! Ordered flowers to be delivered today, for Valentines. All fine until 5 mins ago when I get an email saying "We are sorry to advise you that, due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to deliver your order". Phone up to complain, only to be told that they can't take my call due to large number of calls!

Obviously no-one told Interflora that today was Valentines day, and therefore more people might be sending flowers......

Totally and utterly disappointed with Interflora. All I can do is make sure I tell enough people to avoid them like the plague! Letting people down like this is 100% totally unacceptable.

Poor show Interflora. Time to try one of your competitors I think.

NEVER EVER AGAIN....

Last year an Eastern European woman who could not speak English arrived at 10.45pm on the night of Valentines Day to deliver my partner's bunch of (by now) very withered roses....She arrived in a vintage Fiat with the exhaust hanging off the back (they outsource deliveries to anyone who will work with them)
This year after a full apology and partial refund I decided my luck couldn't get any worse so I ordered roses, balloons and a bottle of white wine to be delivered to the same address....they managed to get there in the morning this time but only to deliver a bunch of red balloons...the wine and the roses are nowhere to be seen and the woman couldn't speak good enough English to explain to my partner what had gone wrong....Totally dismayed that in this day and age this company can survive when reviews like this are all over the internet...Avoid at all costs, they are rubbish and will let you down when you most need them to come good - I was on hold for 10 minutes today before being told they were too busy to take my call and the computer generated receptionist hung up on me, just like last year.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.

I ordered £80 worth of flowers 3 days ago to be delivered to my other halves workplace today. The order was successful, I had confirmation, they had debited my account. Only to have received two emails at 8 o'clock this morning to say they have had to change my order! Okay, so I thought well at least something will turn up. NO! 5 minutes later I received another email to say they couldn't deliver any flowers at all!!

Called customer service, on hold for 45 minutes to then be told there's nothing they can do. Absolutely diabolical.

NEVER USE INTERFLORA!!
